I wont dispute the 2021 ban im sure i was in the wrong but i played for a long time after that without causing any issues. If i could atleast find out why i was banned id know what i need to apologize for/ dispute. i would be extremely grateful for an unban. Why should you be unbanned? I have spent a lot of years playing in this server off and on giving exceptional RP and scenes. This server is really the only reason i play GMOD and I even went as far as starting my own faction and donating to the server just to further my own and everyones Roleplay experience within the server. Me and a few of my other fellow member from HHS are planning on making a comeback to the server so i would be grateful to join them

Add romanian/romanian-american as an ethnicity as it is mid 1990's, a post-revolution time period where many romanians emigrated to North America after the communist regime's downfall. Hello, firstly, it was never stated in the Don's orders that you were killed because of your race. The reasoning given was that you had expressed interest in leaving the family and had sided with the opposing faction during the coup that was taking place. While you may have genuinely been negotiating for permission to leave, this is the mafia. Deception and betrayal are part of that roleplay, and they are allowed to lie about their intentions. In this case, you approached them about leaving, they led you to believe it was possible, and ultimately decided to kill you instead. The following excerpt from the PK guidelines outlines just this: "CAUTION: This is the MAFIA, the don can LIE to you about having permission to leave, they can tell you you may leave, lowering your guard, and once you do, have you killed for leaving the faction. They have the same 2 weeks left orders timer to do so. "They gave me permission to leave but I didn't leave and they still pk'ed me" This falls under don's orders and by requesting to leave you demonstrated to the Don you are not committed to the faction, thereby giving him valid reason and suspicion to place don's orders against you."

This was my third one which sent me down to probationary for 3 weeks, then I was getting chased from other officers to put on a probationary vest which then I proceeded to fire shots in the air to make them back off, I was then arrested and charged when I was in the cells my colleague Mike Stevens (blobbis22) came into the cells and I told him he should uncuff me and we should take the lawyer hostage as a rp scenario I then asked multiple people if I’d get banned for this even a moderator (Crimson) and they all said no and we would probably just get pked which was fine with us so we carried out with our rp mike even said in chat if they open the door we would kill the hostage and then the officers opened the door and opened fire I would provide the necessary clip but I’m at work currently however after they opened fire we both returned fire but ultimately were overpowered and then when we were in pd basement after respawning they all ran down and arrested us and we were both handed 105 year sentences and we ultimately accepted them resulting the pk of our characters, We were completely fine with this and I ended up going to bed and waking up to see I was banned for 2 weeks. Now at first I wasn’t even going to appeal it because I was pissed off but then I checked the rules and couldn’t find anything that stated that I had broken the rules, moderators if you choose to keep me banned that’s fine but all I ask is that you atleast shorten it by a week or a little longer because I cannot possibly play Ark, Batman Arkham Knight, and arc raiders for 2 weeks straight, and I need to be able to pay my faction the weekly tab, thank you. (If this ticket is still open when I get home and people are asking for the clip I will post it)
