Not only have i experienced the entire new hiring experience, but I have grown into a position of authority in my home company, earning the title of faction leader. I have grown familiar with all the systems of money making. I am fluent in the rules within the city, as well as most of the standard laws we must abide as citizens. I have also grown very well acquainted with members of other factions and their leadership; having attended many sitdowns, hosting events, and even weddings. I feel as though my experience and what some would consider, expertise, can grant me an exceptional advantage and understanding of other players situations. Not only would I be able to judge right and wrong from an impartial standpoint, but I can also see through the surface reasons of a mugging (for example) and be able to consider the underlying reasons it may or may not have a political effect in the city. I would also like to have more of a lasting impact in a place where I spend hundreds of hours of my life. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: As previously stated, not only am I a long time veteran with high command experience; I am also a grinder, a faction leader, and someone who has been at the hand of verifiable unjust rulings by staff. I feel as though ive made myself a pillar of the south side community, and with that, there are many other players who would vouch for my comradery and business minded decisions. I have carried the weight of a faction through good and bad times. I have also just as many if not more hours in the day to spend staffing as I have spent making money for my people. I am also available during times where staff is typically not online, so I can cover their off hours. Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): When I was 16 or younger for a few smaller servers, I'm 25 now. I don't remember the names but Ive got some experience with being admin and moderator. The knowledge would come back to me quickly im sure. If not, I have no fear in asking questions or getting a more experienced staff member to back up, or consider my decisions to confirm that I am being fair and impartial throughout my time as a staff member. Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: Yes, quite recently, but the ban was deemed unjust due to lack of evidence and was removed from my record. Edit: Also, I had a 2-day ban last year for using Discord to set a mugging bounty on someone. Almost forgot about that; just found out you can use diverge bot to check your ban history and join date. Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I'm the faction leader of the Supreme Team. Most people know me and respect me. I sell suits to a lot of people and deal with lots of people on a daily basis. Not only do my decisions carry weight for those in my company, but in my alliance I am a vocal and inspiring player to those around me. What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: Chess Park, 6/3/89 when a group of party goers took a stand for their Civil and Constitutional Rights against an army of tyrant Police Officers. We were just there to listen to music and party, but then the feds showed up and tried to quell our fun. We took a stand against this disparity of justice and stood our ground against the tyrants. Even my Consig "Trick Trick" was falsely arrested for knowing his rights. This made such an impact on us as a company we even made a role for it on the discord. Have any staff members recommended you? If so, list their names: swlvft, z67h. Problem Solving Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take. Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: If I am off duty and there are other staff active and needing to take tickets, I will not get in their way. If it is a situation like I face quite often, where im on in the morning and it is low pop for staff, I am more than willing to step up to make sure the players are not waiting around for someone else to get on. I would "clock-in" as staff and stick around to not only handle the RDM ticket, but be there in case more situations should arise. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Report them to upper administration. This is the exact reason I am wanting to be in this position because I want all judgements to be fair. If I at least make the staff leads aware of the situation, I have done the minimum amount of my due diligence as a fellow member of staff to support the current player base. If need be I can also make a staff report on the forum page. In either of these situations I will come armed with either clips, log screenshots, or other evidence that will solidify my report as being reliable. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: As a staff member I am going to refrain from taking tickets related to my own company. I do not want this to create a bias in my leadership or ability to be a staff member. Even though I have full intentions of being completely unbiased, we have seen before that this tends to be an issue. If there is another staff member available I will make sure they take the ticket instead of me. If not I will attempt to contact other staff to get in city and inform those involved to remake tickets once that staff member has come online.

I have heard that I am a good member of the NYPD from a crowd of citizens when a different citizen was ragging on me which I did greatly appreciate. My previous character in 14K was considered likeable and humorous, even if occasionally disruptive, which I can easily control. What do you do?: To gain better context, I would request to speak with the member. If it rather clear that it was a blatant abuse of their power, with complete disregard for the experience of other players, I would gather evidence, including recordings of the incidents, the conversation, and route it up to Upper Adminstration. If it comes to me, I would cite server rules, global rules, and the guidelines for administration to ensure that the ticket is handled fairly as if any other member of the team would do. To make sure that the situation is resolved per guidelines, if at any time that either I or any of the parties feel the sides are being taken due to past experiences, I would request another member of the team takes the ticket and provide only valid and fair context.

Oil Containers, LSD Barrels, and Meth Barrels all have the same image. This leads to confusion when trying to sort out between all 3. Example 1: You're selling oil to Rockefeller, but accidentally put in LSD or Meth Example 2: You're doing a crew deal for LSD: Meth, but something either gets mixed up or an accidental oil container gets slipped in there Although these things can be solved through close examination of every item, it would be best if all 3 aren't the same image. Perhaps a change in color for each of the barrels could be a good addition, or different images altogether for LSD and Meth.

Hello! As already stated by the PK’ing staff there was a misinterpretation of the ruling. You need either the F3 recognition of someone you are protecting or a group connection. As in the same faction, not an allied faction. As showcased in the clip, the person acting in defense did not have the F3 recognition of the victim. They were also not in the same faction. Your character will be reinstated shortly. As a reminder, the RP around your death will be voided as a result. You can not pursue the killer with IC consequence, the victim may now still pursue you IC if all proper RP is followed as if you had mugged the victim and left that evening. Your appeal has been reviewed and accepted. Your character has been reinstated and can be used again.

While it is there is some evidence to corroborate the issues you have brought up regarding this issue stemming from an OOC argument, this is something that is hard to prove with the current evidence. It really could be either way. BUT, as mentioned earlier in the appeal the issue that was quoted to be the IC reason for your death was in fact voided by staff do to it being a result of character abuse. Therefor the possibility of roleplay continuing from this should not have happened. Ergo no PK should have happened. In my eyes this is the main glaring issue with this PK and the issue that could be definitively used to ascertain whether you would be getting this character back or not. You will be unwhitelisted from the faction, any knowledge you gained from your time in the faction is now null and voided and whatnot. IE No snitching & targeting.
