  1. Name of Character: Chris two shits amato Character ID: 184236 SteamID: https://steamcommunity.com/id/Trapwalker/ Your Discord ID#: chris.443 Date of PK: 11/25/2025 Reason for PK: failmug. Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: My intentions were not to mug or partake in the mugging, i was merely just standing by and watching and observing. i was not trying to partake in the mugging as i was really just along for the ride and merely seeing what was going on. Again this is my first time playing the game so i don't know what was going on and really was just watching and witnessing. for i had worked real hard to make a grind and join my current faction and i feel i was falsely lead into this trap that now led to me being PKed.

  2. People hate it because you can lose items and suffer character destruction. People are punished for breaking the rules around mugging (which there are many) because each mug and the context behind it is generally nuanced. Using it to target people for pks (engaging with it in bad faith) using alt characters to mug avoiding all risk, only mugging and not roleplaying as a symptom of dark rp brain. Mugging is an integral part of criminal aspects of the server and even as controversial as it is or has been it remains a part of the game, but it has recognizably flawed attributes which are mediated and covered by rules. Engage with it properly and don't be surprised if you get banned for breaking a rule. Placing a bounty and incentivising people to mug someone where the explicit goal (incentive) is to get that person pked? (Circumventing roleplay and mass target mugging them in hopes they make a mistake and get penalized) The very nature and goal being to inflict harm and ruin the other persons roleplay. People will be understandably upset if they feel they were subject to unfair, ooc motivated, non rp driven targetting

  3. tldr its because we don’t have a 1 crim 1 legal char system. people don’t wanna risk the stuff they have had for a while so they use alts to not risk anything major.

  5. It usually depends on who you mug and how I've personally mugged a few people and I don't think anyone hates me for it lol? It's usually hated when all you do is mug or make it your "personality" in the server, mugging someone once in a blue moon is fine but just doing it multiple times a week, is to me absurd

Name of Character: Silvio Corleone Character ID: 178116 SteamID: 76561198894711389 Your Discord ID#: thomasvillano Date of PK: 11/25/25 Reason for PK: Allegedly leaving the faction Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: Put in a retirement to focus on OOC issues, was kicked from all related discords with no communication, decided to come back and continue playing, got a message in discord to meet up in an apartment for a meeting, and died. I never left the faction in any capacity and I'm aware I was disliked by HC towards the end of my character's life due to OOC drama and I feel as though that contributed to the events of today. The Cassanos have a long history of killing members with no logical IC evidence or reasoning. If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines:

  17. Currently the warning you get when joining a Faction (shown below) is a blanket warning applying to all factions allowing no individuality in what factions stand for. What I am proposing is adding a box to this warning which the boss of each family can assign specific rules to which new recruits must agree to when joining a faction. This would allow factions to specify what they expect of their recruits so there's less surprise when people get PK'd for doing stupid shit. A few examples would be specifying that a certain faction doesn't allow mugging or allow drug trades etc etc.

  18. You were PKed for 2 reasons, both of which occurred in a short period of time. A long term made man vouching that you lockpicked inside of our own hotel Carrying and waving a firearm, with a scratched serial number and while not holding a license, around our most active property First is obviously an issue and the second is blatantly against family rules, as well as just not being how we want/expect anyone in the faction to act. Especially at a property that is at times heavily observed by police, although I think that should go without saying considering you seem to understand the size of the faction. A large part of this life is keeping anything illegal that you do lowkey, out of the view of outsiders in order to prevent attention/heat being brought to the family. These 2 things in such a short period of time led to one of the Don's trusted making the decision to whack you out of the faction. Here is the agreement you accept whenever joining a faction, warning of what may come. Ultimately it just didn't work out and I wish you luck in whichever faction you end up staying in.

  19. Hey, i put the orders in for this. I was informed of this IC but was not aware he had died. However, it sounds like you killed him during the mugging after he complied, making it failmug. Which should as far as i'm aware, invalidates his death.

  24. Things are always changing so how about just roleplay and try to be smart? Some of these tips in the meta game are ok but maybe it is better to have newbie criminals who haven’t been given orientation from a faction fall into the newbie trap. There’s always going to be a learning curve, either way, and the goal post will never stop moving as features are added/changed. Just don’t treat it like real life, leave your ego at the door, play your character somewhat seriously if you actually care, and don’t be too upset when/if you die or lose shit. Even the best of us take Ls or make dumb choices. A Sicilian proverb comes to mind. “Unu sbagghiu si po’ perdonare, ma du’ è ‘na scusa.” (“One mistake can be forgiven, but two is an excuse.”) This implication is that making the same mistake twice shows carelessness or intention, which is less forgivable, even if at times we play tongue-in-cheek (I know some people take this less seriously, even. I know it’s not real fucking life.) It aligns well with Mafioso culture’s emphasis on accountability and learning from errors. So, it fits to keep a clear head in character AND out.

  25. In "real life" the "mob" makes most of their money from EXTORTION and always has. There's basically no actual way to implement this in game. It would mean a player controlled segment of society getting bent over for white collar crimes. Noone in a video game is dedicated enough to the RP struggle to get fucking visited every Sunday to pay 10% of their completely legitimate candy store. Get real.

  27. You main a character who has absolutely nothing to lose and practically no way to lose it. Go fuck yourself, Shittor. The quality of your contribution to this community is literally in your name. If a system like this does get implemented due to this suggestion or because it was already in the works: I believe you should, after speaking with the NPC clerk, officers should get the ethnicity, age, height, and weight. Also, there should be a fair but tiered cooldown. As time goes, maybe less and less of the description is met. Like if you get there right before the cooldown ends, the clerk might only remember the ethnicity. I’m not sure how difficult it would be to implement but I’ve seen seemingly much more complex systems implemented here. I definitely don’t think that this suggestion should be completely thrown out, I just think the lazy pigmain douche who suggested it did so in bad faith and out of sheer laziness. i just hope anything like this isn’t done so in a manner that enables metagaming. And I’m sure none of you want that, either.

  30. I have played games with RP servers that used “RPA” Roleplaying Administrators who exist with the lowest level permissions simply to do RP events and help mediate RP scenarios; could even help mitigate some of the lesser staff tickets that Admins don’t want to deal with or don’t require as much oversight. +1 at the very least to OP. Great ideas, for the most part, if not entirely great.

  31. Part of my suggestion would have included cars getting dirty/requiring a minigame to actually scrub it, but I shy away from it due to the fact that the engine/game has so many limitations. I'd rather let them decide whether it'd be solely RP or if it could be an actual game element. I'm fine with either/or.

  32. I cannot believe my Car Wash topic keeps getting hung up on my mention of getting gas. Plenty of RPs *require* it. It’s just a habit of modern Roleplay to me.
    -1 points
  33. Simply put, a car wash would be a great addition to the city. A good job for civs or even side job for crims/off duty LE/government. A lot of us RP getting gas and other things with our cars. It could be a great meeting place for people. Socializing or even solo RP, a reason to "make a quick stop" or even somewhere to do a quick deal "hiding in plain sight". Everybody in the hood loves the Car Wash. Any takers?

  35. I guess I just don't understand gmod or props enough, cause I gathered a large list of props and they either weren't available for whitelist or they were too illegal w/ item counterparts so they denied it due to potential metagame/powergame/police issues. I wanted to be able to at least have some drugs broken down for use in a private setting. I was willing to take the hit if I got caught with weed props or whatever. I don't see how it's any different than spawning crates full of guns or whatever, but eh... whatever. Good luck getting some new props put in. I love using them for RP.

  36. We should make our own Divergian version of these by editing this source material into IC papers and spreading them with typewriters. I’m sure that’s kinda the point of this but we can do less direct ripping and make it a fun project. I know one of my characters would be willing to do a gaming zine as a hobby

  37. After gun bags, this is the type of shit we need. Not big backpacks for tons of items but shit like this taking up chunks of our inventory so we can hide contraband from dropping in plain view but not breaking the inventory limits

  38. Hydraulics being a common (yet still expensive) feature for low riders was popular or even commercially available in the low rider scene since the 60s and 70s but they weren’t really mainstream or affordable until the early and mid 90s. Raising and lowering the car for riding was a thing for a long time but the whole bouncy low rider hydraulics was a 90s thing. Not really arguing or anything, just tossing it out there. Unc type shit.

  40. Actually had to sit and think about this one. Clearly knows the rules but I have never seen him follow them. Funny guy but I’ve never had a legitimate RP with him. Can be very fair even when he does wrong but is still a high key troll and low level manipulator. Please. For the love of God. Absolutely not. -1
