Hello, I was the staff member who banned you. The person who was "threatening you" had their gun on safety and was trying to lock their door, which you stepped in to prevent. Then proceeded to shoot them down without warning. You weren't conversating with them prior, you inserted yourself and instigated without reason. As for the minging about, I had you in at least one sit prior. You and your friend were going around consistently harassing people on property, he was mic spamming. You came in a pair and were with each other doing these actions. He got banned and you weren't but after the RDM you were punished for what I put on your notes. This feature would be a bit different than a type writer. Allowing you to make tickets for restaurants, Write notes for crime or communication, and maybe introduce it into the pd as well. These things just make more sense to write down physically at the time it happens. The typewriter is convenient for copies, official documents, and for adverts. But I don't want a billion docs just for wanting to jott something down.(and hand it to someone, /notepad is not relevant in this thread)

The operative word in your argument is "stole", but in reality I didn't steal anything because there was nothing for me to steal. There was no formal company setup or even any funds which they paid me in this "entertaining of ideas". Additionally, my business concept and plan which I initially proposed to the commerce commission was manifestly different from the ideas put forward in dms from the other party. I wanted to make a bank that would have its income derived from court settlements through insurance which would be tax deductible whereas the other party wanted to have their bank based on gold and silver deposit reserves as well as other businesses which ran off of that revenue such as casinos, insurance companies, private security, restaurants, and a stock exchange. Basically I was solely focused on banking & insurance whereas the other party wanted to go into multiple business ventures. But, the main point is that no monetary or potential monetary harm could have been caused because nothing existed yet to be stolen. So I initially wanted to go separate ways when the other party started to not like my ideas for a business and just do it myself. But, I guess the other party has a claim to all my potential future ideas for any business enterprise or model because they can just fear rp me into submission if they believe I will cause them monetary harm. Some people would consider that power gaming to disallow someone from any mode of legal economic enterprise activity. For example, lets says person A who is an legal gun dealer wants to sell Glocks to people for money. However, Faction B who has an illegal racket of selling Glocks to people sees person A's business as a threat and decides to fear rp the person. During that fear rp they say that person A can no longer operate any type of legal enterprise or they will kill him. Person A shuts down his gun business and then decides to open up a restaurant. Does that mean that Faction B has a pkable offense on person A? I think not because it would be an abuse of the fear rp mechanic to disallow a person from activities which do not pose an identifiable harm to the faction and that do not conflict with the faction's initial reason for choosing the fear rp route. To close this out no I am not a coward because I wanted to setup a legal business and protect myself from intense consequences for doing so.

Hello! I am wellburger, I was recently banned for RDM and minging. Just to start off with the minging, I had just started 2 hours before my ban and my friend who got me into the server was trolling/minging. I was not apart of it and can have multiple vouches of this, I was not in a single sit till my ban and I had been a good citizen roleplaying accordingly. Now for the RDM. I was walking near the motel and saw a couple guys walk there so I went to go say hi and be chill and then when I walked up the stairs I saw him pull out a gun. I thought he was trying to threaten me, and then I shot him and killed him. I was new and thought if people brought out their guns, you're allowed to shoot them. I truly didn't know my mistake and I am so sorry for the guy I killed, I think this ban should be revoked since he was then compensated and I learned my mistake. If there is any rule form/test I am willing to fill it out to get my ban revoked. Then again, I ask for some sympathy for my unban since I truly didn't understand what I did.
