-1 TLDR: Keep jmooresy banned cake. Starting diverge I had jmz repeatedly shout abuse at me with no context of the rp of the server, later finding out that this guy was a staff member and was treating me like this in my first steps of the server could've pushed some people away so I'm glad I knew to ignore someone just dribbling hatred for no reason as after this and joining a faction that wasn't just shouting abuse at me. Further more I've had this guy show up to an apt in ghetto, switch to his staff char to see what was happening and then switch back to his main char. (What a lovely second meeting). During the conflict I had repeatedly again received abuse (including telling me to kill myself) from jmz but also from his cronies who were instructed to spout the same hatred that this insecure wee guy had spent months shouting at me. Finally moving on from my own bias and looking at the situation from a wider perspective, this is just me, I've talked to other people with similar experiences, these are the people who have stuck around, how many people has jmooresy bullied off the server before the got a chance to explore it? With the events that took place and in the lead up to the ban jmooresy was known to be a nuisance, but went over the line truly with the doxxing. To upload a ban appeal 6 days later stating to have changed, while hanging around in diverge general in my personal opinion shows a lack of growth and learning and more of a desperate plea and bargaining to try and claw his way back in without fully taking on the consequences of what he has done, without thinking about now others may feel about him being back, especially those who has harassed and ultimately doxxed, minor or not it's a complete arsehole move and I would be disappointed with the higher ups of the server if a ban was lifted so soon for behaviour that is hurting the servers player base at an ooc level. If you're reading to this point jmooresy, I do feel bad for you, I get you've spent a lot of time and money creating friendships and community on the server but I do think you need to reflect on how you make others feel before you open your mouth sometimes, not even as a staff member but as a player too, I have to give it to you recently you were becoming less cuntish but once again you've only got yourself to blame for the events that happened which lead us to your ban.

Hi I was the admin who approved of your PK. So the clip that was provided to me was you cornering a guy and asking if he wants to see a magic trick. The magic trick would be that everything would go black if he just stood still. You were anxiously looking back and fourth and when he finally stood still you took your chance to attempt to restrain them. He backed up and then shot you which led to your PK. I also checked logs and you were using restraints quite frequently and using them less than every 10 minutes.

You were a very recent " former staff btw". You should've known better, you've been given so many chances and you never grabbed the chances whenever you were given a chance. Most of the people wanted you gone, but Pendred gave you chances and you kept lying that this shit would not happen again, You gave us your word and didn't follow up your promises. Right away after you got removed from the staff team you already received a ban and notes,whenever I saw you on you were just RDM baiting and breaking other types of rules, with the icing on the cake you doxxing someone. The worst part is that you got doxxed yourself and you know how that feels and how that is. In the video, there is nothing coming over radio saying orders weren't approved, if you watched the video you'd see that. I took your word specifically saying he is active which is in the clip and acted accordingly. Since when were cops supposed to shoot a man for having an altercation? There was no attempt to arrest, nor did I harm the man in any way shape or form which is also in the clip. Maybe in the future you shouldn't give active orders without taking the proper steps beforehand...

I am the member of staff that oversaw both PKs. The Colombo one & yours. First of all, when I took the Colombo PK, I didn't check the screenshot properly. I glanced over it, saw the PK reason, and logged it. When I logged the PK, I noticed that whoever took the screenshot didn’t include the F3 of the person giving the orders, which is required. I then disabled the PK status of the guy involved in the Colombo hit, pulled one of your guys into a sit to tell him to redo your orders, and he radioed in telling you guys not to do anything. As he did, Acqwon killed the guy who was awaiting orders. I then set the guy active again after receiving a proper screenshot of the orders. You found him at the park and gunned him down instantly, while Detective Martin Riggs was in the area. He then gunned you down right after. Maybe you should consider doing a safer mob hit and not killing people in front of cops in the future. I spoke to UA, who said I was okay to approve the PK on Acqwon.

Hello, In the clip attached to your appeal you very clearly show a disregard for the rules and stop after hitting him, only to speed up again and run him over until he's dead. There were many opportunities to avoid this situation and you took none of them, opting to VDM instead.

I don't know if Pendred is aware of this, but the hand body groups don't actually work, if there was some way of making the hands invisible when they are equipped, so they don't clip through each other that would be cool.

Hello! So, you situation was odd. Generally it's not always LTARP a felony and you are PK'd, it's based off the severity of the felony. In this case, we couldn't confirm the severity because well you had your friend kill you and erase all evidence. We went through your logs meticulously and there is a clear separation between your lag DCs and your player DCs. All of your DCs for this timeframe in question were showing as your own doing. Because of that the LTARP is confirmed. On top of that, you admitted to not only metagaming but having your friend kill you while actively involved in a RP scenario you kept trying to dodge. This would result in you dying for not valuing your life in RP. Between the clear malicious DCs, the metagame, and the failure to value your own life the reviewing staff have decided your character will remain dead. Your appeal has been reviewed and denied. Okay, as this guys number one hater, I must say it is good your finally taking accountability and making a appeal rather then flaunting a cake in diverge gen. However you said you have sat with that ban for a while. It has been a week. That has been almost zero punishment and I don't see how you would have been able to change as a person in this time.

-1. Seems you were banned recently. Like within a month or less. I personally don't think you deserve to be unbanned. Doxing someone is WAY TOO FAR and out of line. This ban should stay for a year or two and he was extremely disrespectful to me when I first started. I hope you can change and think you genuinely are better than that.
