i can see from the evidence that you were on a phone call with each other and organized a deal you met up he confirmed it was you then gave you the money you then refused to do the deal in their room or his car then got in your car and drove off. Im the banning admin, i got on the server to see that you had 18 kills from your current session which is very suspicious, I get shown a few videos were you just randomly killed a bunch of people and a video of you very clearly RDM baiting, I TP to you ig and see you're are just minging. I then check your POs and see that they are extensive so I banned you

Its clear you intentionally avoided RP here so your ban will stand, I don't see anything wrong with Logans actions either, you were hostile for little to no reason in the sit which would only make it worse. The vid does look a bit like a crash and you did come back after but deleting the char when you came back just makes it look like you intentionally left so you could avoid that rp scenario.

The UA team made sure to get together and check all the evidence and facts of the case and from what we could see this is a valid PK. The perp in this case saw you pk his friend that he was running around the city with then went to an ATM got a knife out, found you again wearing the same stuff within 5 minutes then killed you. There was no evidence at all of meta-game or any other rule breaks, if you don't want to risk getting pked don't do pks yourself as a don. Your appeal has been reviewed and denied. I'm not seeing anything wrong with this PK if they are saying you did all of that and gave you a warning then the reasoning is fine, and I haven't seen any rule breaks so the PK will stand
