To me this is a valid ban I see no issues with it, very clear from the video that you had no proper reason to kill him, you were probably AFK when he brought you to a sit so you didn't see it but they technically don't even need to bring you to a sit lets say for example it was while you were offline they cant bring you and are not going to wait until you come back.

Very simple pk, you shot at a cop who was about to arrest someone, the cop then killed you which by the rules is a PK no matter if you think its a joke or not. Even if someone is being a bit stupid treat all situations as RP situations so you don't get caught out like this again.

It was extended to a perma ban for a reason try waiting more than 5 days before appealing it, its a pretty simple concept that if you try alting while you are banned you will get the ban extended, but you managed to do it 3 times in the same day. It was confirmed that this guy was a mugging char but in the future saying put your hands up f7 isn't really enough to get the PK overturned its more just telling you how to do it as a lot of people done know

This is a valid PK, not only were you metagaming you died during an attempted mugging which is a pk on its own

From everything we could see you ordered the PK of the guy because he made an RDM ticket on one of you, this is a big no no as sits/tickets are ooc, so ordering a pk on someone for something ooc would be metagame

as it has been a while you will be given the benefit of the doubt but just now any future punishments will be harsher due to this perma ban on record

This seems like a valid ban, if you check the rules you can't just kill someone for hitting you or your friend especially if he stops right after as that makes us think its an accident, and in the second one he was hit by another car and ended up hitting someone if you didn't see it you shouldn't be getting involved anyway.

In these situations, we don't allow PKs, you were on the correct side of the road and didn't swerve into them, there were plenty of other ways this could have been dealt with.

This is a pretty clear PK i don't see any issues with it so it will stand. If you break the rules you agree too when joining a faction the Don of said faction can PK you for it.

With this it is a hard one as you are right he broke NLR and came back which he shouldn't do and should be punished for, but you should have made the ticket for it. His friend might have said that he's gonna shoot you but it was a passive threat so you can't just shoot him for that. You most likely would have gotten away with just a note if this was your first or second offence but it was your 7th RDM incident. So with this the ban length and reason for the ban is justified. If you want to stop getting in trouble for RDM read the rules.

You attempted to tie someone up who then ended up killing you, in accordance with the rules this is a PK. I don't see any reason to overturn it so it will stand.

Due to it being so long ago and at the time you not having many POs you will be given the benefit of the doubt and will unban you. Just know this will stay on your record so if you get bans in the future for the same thing your ban will be harsher if not a re perma ban.

This is should be denied on the rules of PK appeals alone, you are still permabanned, and it has been longer than the time restraint for submitting a PK (you have waited over 3 weeks) Not only this you are able to be PKed for OOC reasons if the staff member thinks the rule break is bad enough to justify it. In this case, with your extreme stupidity, I think it is. Also, me denying your ban appeal isn't a sign of bias I've had no other interaction with you.

yeah and was pked like 30 mins before that while also with valentine last name for pulling on cops

Looking through chat logs Zqrxz asked in admin chat for someone else to help him, take a sit for him, all were "busy" but 2 staff members did respond and when he asked either he should ban you and for how long they both said yes and for about a month, neither staff member had RP involvement in the PK/weren't in the faction (seansx and logan) so to me this all seems valid though I can see how it would look fishy.

Unfortunately, the faction's rules are their rules and if you broke them they have the right to PK you.
