I am the person who banned you, I know it is a minute thing but Facepunch aren't very cool with this kind of stuff and I'm sure we don't want people to get into trouble for silly things like this. I'm not against your ban being reduced, just maybe read the facepunch tos and don't make Jews as the targets in your "mein kampf" shooting range.

Regardless we can find some creative events to host at it. Criminal RP - Private things like meetings, the hiring process, etc. will be fun for those coming in. Each member that joins the faction will go through a set of tests and missions in order to gain the trust of the high command. It could be as small as moving some drugs, pulling security for a meeting, or killing someone for the family. Ideally I would like it to take around 3 weeks to a month of being a Hang-around gaining trust to have the chance to become an Associate. Made members will be extremely rare if any get promoted compared to the previous factions. We want there to be drive to play and prove yourself in the group and not just a "walk in and get whitelisted" sort of faction. Also later on, I have a few faction wide events planned. Organization Backstory (Min. of 250+ Words & any images): It All Comes Full Circle: Johnny's predecessors ran Harrison Corp. & Harrison Crime Family, He ran Davis Boys, and now he'd look to run it back one more time. Preface - In 1987-1988 in Southside, New York, Johnny Harrison Jr. ran a street gang turned organized crew labeled the Davis Boys. Members would commonly wear dark green "Magnetics" caps. They were known for not being a fan of the Italians or the way they would strongarm ethnic groups, they believed strongly in a groups' independence, and prided themselves on charging the least amount of kickups. After a strong year of moving drugs, acquiring a Russian heavy arms connect and moving guns, and having almost 300 members on the books at its peak, the leadership unanimously voted to retire. Things crumbled quickly after the leadership all caught flights going in different directions, but the memory of the group still lives on. May, 1989 - Johnny would look back at the legacy of Davis Boys and let it rest. It was time to bring it back to where it all started. Calls were made to places all across the United States. All of the heavy hitters of the Davis Boys would reconnect and meet in Miami after years of radio silence. As they sat around a table they talked of what they had been up to, but also what they wanted to accomplish if they were to do what they planned on doing. Eventually it was clear, they were going to fly back into New York and empty out those retirement accounts. Johnny would contact his Russian friend named *REDACTED*. He never left New York with the rest of the group when they cashed out and retired. He kept up with the assets Johnny had left behind. Among the random things he stored, there would be enough heavy weapons to arm a small country. DP27s, PPSHs, Skorpions, AKs, etc. The keys to the warehouse they were stored would be passed back to him upon his return. In the same warehouse a few luxury cars and a lot of Dodge Monacos would be left with tarps covering them. Johnny would take the tarp off a purple Rolls Royce and turn the key. It would sputter then start and he would drive around the city to see what had changed since he left. He would shed a tear as he drove past where World Corp. used to stand tall. He would wonder where it went and think of all of the souls it harvested. After driving a lap or two around the city he would stop in at a restaurant with the rest of the group and grab some food. Johnny would inform the others to lay low and take the coming weeks easy while he assessed what the current state of the city was. Many of those who Harrison knew would be MIA so connections would have to start over from scratch. The world of New York politics is what makes or breaks you as a up and coming crew. In the following days Harrison would try to reconnect with a familiar face and get caught up on what has happened in the time he and his crew has been away. Although funding and guns were already secured, it wouldn't make the come up much easier. The heavy lifting would come from who you know not what you have. The week would be booked with meetings and it would mark the beginning of the group's return to the city.

I messaged you because you asked people to make drugs with you in our ic-general chat as seen below Knowing you were a returning player I tried to be helpful about you not making dumb decisions,. as you can see from the times you obviously know what message I was referring to because you deleted it 2 minutes after. All in all, why you lying? my message was to inform and help you out and now you learned discord chats CAN be used IC cause you're dead.

What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I was driving around, and I drove into the PD parking lot and did a couple circles. I was not harming anybody, and a probationary officer came out and said that I was going to get arrested. and as I was trying to leave, he said, "you're getting arrested" and just pulls me out of the car no warning. so, I pull out my gun to shoot him to protect myself from getting arrested to avoid another felony charge, and he ended up killing me. there were no warnings at all in the exchange. I think it's a case of FRP because he instantly jumped to conclusions and tried arresting me without giving any warnings whatsoever. Quote

There are some other parts of the long answer questions that could be touched on, but for the most part they show you understand, but they are just short and to the point. However the part I quoted, Ill give you the same advice I had given on another application. Say the ticket is made by someone you dont know and the person who RDMd is your friend, youve already taken the ticket, how would you proceed without holding a biased opinion? These types of tickets do happen and knowing how to handle them in a unbiased manner is important.

you're right, I'll add on to them from here; 1. If somebody RDMs and I'm off duty, I don't handle it; I get ON duty and find out the whole situation, a lot of RDM could be an actual hit playing out and I don't want to act on what people don't make a ticket for UNLESS it's just blatant rulebreaking (i.e. mass VDM). For a better step by step, I begin THIS process if the ticket is made; 1. I ask the ticketer what happened and who might be involved 2. I ask the involved persons including the ticketer for a clip of the situation (I do not bother anybody who needs to be brought until I can confirm they are outside of a roleplay situation) 3. If a clip is provided, I review. If not, and there's any kind of dispute or argument between parties in what happened, then I dismiss. If it's only an argument based on what the situation is, this can be solved by actually reviewing the rules for both parties to understand what happened. Teach if possible, but if one party doesn't accept the outcome, I can do nothing about it. Second, If a staff member abuses, since it really is down to the T, I'll report the abuse. Getting any advantage from being staff, icly, is bullshit; I was thinking in the realm of doing fun stuff that staff are usually only able to do, but aren't really harmful there's not a lot that you can do as staff with your powers icly that wouldn't end up being abuse and/or powergame, so I think it's fair we keep a short leash on that type of stuff

You state in the second part that he gave you no warning and then in your main complaint you wrote that he said, "You are going to get arrested".. In my personal opinion I would have begun to leave at that point in which for the 2ND part of this, you wrote you were trying to leave before he kicked you out while in the video it shows you reversing almost into him when he kicked you out, You could have left instead of doing that.

What server rule or PK rule was violated?: In fact, they sentenced me to PK for "spare the gang in GOV" - even though this chat was a completely ooc conversation, when the one who told me to fix what was written was the recuter - in addition, they informed me that it is forbidden to talk about drugs in the IC chat on Discord only after I wrote it, and after they informed me, I deleted the message. In fact, the gov and my gang friends did MG and took the OOC information that I spoke in the chat and PKed me. I can provide any information required on the subject. It is not possible that they kill you for something that was not explained to you properly (after a day in this group) and for something that was OOC.
