What server rule or PK rule was violated?: So first and foremost, I was a capo in Altoviti (Not required to pay kickups) I was then moved to enforcer due to activity reasons for a short period of time, technically is required to pay kickups but no one ever contacted me in regard to paying or anything of the sort. I was then retired and then around a week later all of my roles were removed in their discord. If someone from the faction can provide any hard proof of me harming relations with allies, I would love to see it as the only disagreements ever had with any allies within the commission were out of character through discord due to people shit talking me for no reason and not being able to take it back. If proof can be provided for any of these reasonings I would love to see it for myself as none of it is true and it's just an excuse to kill me because they don't like me. Can go more into detail about my falling out with the faction and alliance etc if need be but I see no reason to as if any sort of investigation is done it will show that the reasoning behind this PK is complete bull shit. If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: N/A

I agree that less lethal options should be introduced, but not because the taser is too ineffective- If you have a reticle and just slightly shoot ahead of the target then the taser is not too bad. Though there’s no harm in adding a little bit of spice. It SHOULD NOT be limited to PD either, available to everyone because they are non-lethal. (Obviously if used against cops or fear-rp situations then normal rules would apply and you’d get pk’d, and regular server rules apply such as ARDM/RDM/NITRP). Cadet’s and Probationary Officers can train on them too, ensuring they are up to NYPD standards before moving up to the rank of Officer. To balance things out, you could also add pro’s and con’s to each piece of equipment. Maybe it can be a new racket? Possibly for legal factions only. Beanbag shotguns Pro’s - 1. Knocks down whoever you shot for a short time. (like /fallover1) 2. Can be open-carried (duh it’s non lethal) 3. It’s a slug, so the range should be pretty good. Con’s - 1. Would have orange or some colour representing it’s just a bean bag shotgun. 2. It’s a slug, so your aim has to be good. 3. It’s a pump shotgun, and re-chambering a round takes slightly longer than usual. 4. It’s a separate firearm, you cannot use regular shotgun ammo or have another primary equipped with it. Pepper Spray Pro’s - 1. Temporarily impairs the vision of the target. (Like a Brown’s Blended Bourbon but worse). This can be used as an alternative to a taser; as you don’t need to be too accurate and is quicker to deter criminals from starting shootouts. Usually when a cop pulls out a taser and he’s alone it’s GGs. 2. Good to give to newbies that don’t have licenses for firearms to slightly give them an edge getting away from muggers or general situations that require them to run away. Con’s - 1. It’s a mist that lingers for a very short period of time; the user could accidentally pepper spray himself or other officers. 2. Has a limit on how many times can be used. Maybe 3-4 sprays until it’s empty. SATIRE Pink fluffy handcuffs. I mean just imagine walking the “tough guy” back to PD in pink fluffy handcuffs. No matter what he says, no one will take him seriously. K9’s. Have a staff member occasionally switch to a dog model. Can be faster, and can sniff drugs, firearms or explosives. I know Monaclu would be down to do this. Water Cannons. Put it on a bearcat and just flush everyone away.

As said never once bragged about any sort of illegal activities. If anyone can come forward with some proof that would be wonderful, I would also like to know the date the orders were written if possible as if they were written within the 2 week timer of me leaving the faction that would lean heavily towards them only writing orders due to knowing i left the faction from metagame.

Hello! I was the Admin who oversaw your PK. Orders were as you already know per you stating to it in the appeal- due to harming relations with multiple allied factions, Failing to pay dues, and lack of safety of the faction by openly bragging about illegal activities. Seeing the age behind your character you already know that there were risks with joining the faction, openly bragging about the illegal things you have done while in the faction does put the whole alliance at risk! As for the paying kick-ups; as you also stated in your appeal, you were once a capo. While yes, you probably did not need to pay taxes as a capo, you stated "technically" which could be interpreted as you having knowledge that you did in-fact need to pay kick-up as an enforcer. Sorry for the lost of your character! Hope this reply helps!

The reasons surrounding your orders were shaky to begin with so an investigation was opened with extra scrutiny. When conducting said investigation, it was found that your leaving the faction had been metagamed from an OOC Discord call. They also had no evidence for the other claims of why you were PK'd. For these reasons, those responsible for being malicious in using the metgamed info for your PK have been handled and your character has been restored. Your appeal has been reviewed and accepted. He was very displeased about my behavior unbecoming of the Bar association, so somewhat justifiably so, he disbarred me and blacklisted me from ever practicing law. I was very displeased, so I went to my friend who some may know as Ruppert (Who is also a self-admitted homosexual man) and asked him for some firearms, me and my friend went to the courthouse that Mr. St-Laurent was stationed at with the intention to rob him for the maximum amount required, to my suprise there was a whole swarm of Police Officers ready to attack! my friend was threatened, and opened fire---immediately, the officers shot at us, trying to kill us, so in response, I shot at them with the intention to kill, unfortunately, I was killed. Minutes later, administrator (now former) known as Anazi took me to a staff sit and lectured me that I coordinated an MRDM attack, I explained that I did not shoot first and did not harm anyone there, but he was not too happy. And permanently banned me. I ask that the community have grace and unban me, I was always (for the most part) an upstanding and well-regarded member of the community, and I think that I've served my punishment and should be allowed to return. What server rule or PK rule was violated?: i believe that the pearson who shot me had 3rd party help in this fight due to him knowing when we pulled back and where we were, additionally he extremely quickly snapped to mine and my partners exact locations to kill us. during the initial attack they were staying in their base however the moment we started to pull back they started to follow, he followed over to my position where the moment he peeked the corner he was able to shoot and kill me. he then walked away to go back inside to where he also killed my partner in a similar fashion by very quickly snapping to his spot up on the train tracks. Main points are him knowing our locations and movements and snapping onto us while shooting. What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I should be unPK'ed because the individual who killed, Char ID 160706, seemed to know exactly where everyone was going in that entire raid. There was some sort of hacks used in this situation to know exactly where the hitters were. When we were about to attack, the opposing side, at roughly 4:00 AM CST, decided to hop on to protect the property. Originally, there was just Marciano Altoviti, who was to be the target. Immediately after we had 5-6 people on a roof far away from the warehouse, they loaded in 3-4 more people.. With no one around the area except the individuals inside the warehouse, they kept baiting to attack the warehouse. When we make an attempt, all of a sudden, they load people into the server to prepare right away. There was no way to really tell if we were going to attempt an attack unless you were able to see through walls how many people were planning an attack. Subsequently, there was only one Altoviti on at the time, who continued to switch on and off characters, which we took note of. Initially, we pushed into the warehouse and attempted a hard push. We decided to flee back, and as we fled back, they attempted to push in the same second we fled. In this instance, you would want to scope out and wait to see if the area was clear before attempting to fight back. But they knew exactly where my other hitter, Tristano, was, as well as when I tried to swing back, where I was. In my push, I have a video that shows I spotted our target through the peaks of the train track and took a general note of where he walked to without even looking at the tracks. In that same second, he immediately guns me out by turning around, aiming directly at me, and killing me. I noticed the target at 00:14. 00:18 I take a general guess to estimate where he would walk to and take note of last position. At 00:22 somehow he locks on and finds out exactly where I am, seeing me directly. Exactly on that same second of 00:22, he shoots me on the head and I die. According to the staff, they were watching these fights. this was the initial concern in the beginning of it all, "They are most likely going to use hacks." As soon as we stood infront of the property, they baited by expressing heavy activity through rumours. While the argument could be made that "He heard you", it seems odd that the entire fight he knew where two attackers were, and when it was the right time to push when we left with zero hesitation.
