After further consideration, I'd like to close this appeal please.

This is a little late to the party but id also like to add and emphasize the fact that i believe the character that killed me is a zip. I would request that this is looked into as if this is the person that everyone says he is he has not been active on this server in quite some time and should not be considered a valid character to carry out hits. Was confirmed in VC by Finley current don of Kinahan amongst multiple staff members that he wasnt aware I was given permission to leave. And if you check logs it can be seen that I've never touched their faction funds.

Everytime I load in with the 50 round drum mag on my 1911 it only has 8 bullets in it even if it was fully loaded previously. Im not sure if this issue also happens with other guns extended mags.

Id also add that everyone with capo perms should be able to give recruitment perms!

Hello, I’m the one that wrote the orders on you. You did show your face within the 2 week timer under the name Kevin Flynn. The orders were written due to your blatant disregard for instructions when we told you you were not allowed to leave the faction, just so you know seeing you on the f3 list out of the faction is enough to kill you alone but there was also heavy suspicion of you snitching to get out of jail time in the past so nothing was in your favor. Make better decisions and you won’t get killed.

I’d like proof that they were written months ago please, cause why wait so long to do it? You will sit here and talk down on me all day about how I acted yet you can’t provide any evidence or even say how I “harmed allied relations” or any of the other yap you wrote up. So my question for you is right, when did you write the orders? Because I was enforcer then force retired given retired roles still played on the character occasionally then got my roles taken for no reason other than I was given “conflict of interest” as if my main faction has any involvement in your current conflict. So were the orders written before or after I unwhitelisted. Because if it was after then why’d you wait so long? If you were so annoyed by me not paying that you wanted to kill me why not do it 2 months ago? Because as of rn this is the only reasoning on that pk you’re backing up. I’ve asked for proof of any of the other things yet you just ignore it?

During my time as capo all money given to me was passed to high command when it was supposed to be, you expected a specific amount of money yet never told me I needed to cover it it was always an optional thing. I was enforcer for all of what 1 maybe 2 weeks? Before I was force retired. I have a full time job and diverge isn’t the main thing on my mind so sorry that it slipped my mind yknow typically when you expect someone to pay money you ping them or say hey don’t forget about this btw. The metagame allegation is because the orders were most likely only written after I unwhitelisted from the faction so if that’s the case you tell me that doesn’t seem suspicious? And completely disregarding the kickup situation provide me proof of the other reasons. I wanna know when I harmed faction relations in character and not in discord calls because people loved to talk shit about me and couldn’t take it when I gave it back. Also I’d love atleast an explanation if not hard proof of me “bragging about illegal activity in public” because that also just simply is not true.
