Hello, I requested this PK order. The reasons I decided to do so are as follows. Firstly was the incident with you getting chased by the police and then running through our shopfront with the police following you through. This puts the faction and the property in danger from warrants, seizures or police investigations. In doing this, One of our Capo's was then asked to be a witness in your case which in turn could get him in serious trouble. Upon completing your sentence my Capo tried to speak to you regarding this incident and how it breached our rules within our faction to which you continuously blew him off and avoided him. The second instance was you pulling out a firearm right infront of police officers without having a proper license for that weapon. You then again ran away from the cops resulting in you getting chased, arrested and charged with a felony. This erratic behaviour, complete disregard of our faction rules and the immense amount of risk/danger that you put my Capo and property in is the reason you were PK'd. Also @Abbesh, Brummy is an associate so his words to you of "its fine it happens" mean absolutely nothing.

Oooo he tryna ruleplay it. Roleplay comes first dawg, 90% of your behavior in a crime family should be common-sense. If you’re at the bottom of the totem pole in a family, you should be on your Ps and Qs 24/7 and should have a goal of not interacting with police in any matter to avoid things like this. Always show courtesy to your family and talk to higher ups and ask questions about what to do and what not to do, as they can’t train you on EVERY possible scenario otherwise recruiters get burnt out due to recruits taking several hours to train on these kinda things, assuming the recruit even lasts before they quit the server or get themselves pk‘d. remember: you’re an organized crime member not a gangbanger, always avoid police interactions and if ur forced to deal with the police, as far as they know you’re an upstanding citizen, bringing them to your place of work is a free reason for investigation for them.

I had a congregation of 5 different people look into it, including myself. We determined that this in-fact is baiting; which is against the server rules. In essence attempting to initiate a conflict in order to garner an escalation / reaction just for the excuse to then kill them, disguising the interaction as valid RP/within rules whereas the spirit of the rule and the intention is violated purposefully, this is usually done in a targeted matter against players or groups you do not like. It's no secret that there have been shifts in server dynamics recently a lot of people feel as if tensions are heightened, however, no escalation or conflict is currently active and as such there are no special permissions that grant people the ability to perform targeted harassment of properties or businesses, nor are things like shootouts cleared. This was a clear initiation of a bait as the individual who went to the opposing property went there without any real reason. They solely arrived there to cause problems and when rightfully asked to leave refused to do so in order to force escalation to fear RP / violence in which pre-placed members providing over watch on an adjacent rooftop, who would have had no other reason to be there, and who would not have known it was someone with their f3/someone was being attacked had they not been watching and been aware of what was transpiring, then opened fire seconds later causing a mass shootout and escalation of what could have simply been a fist fight or property ejection. "But it was rp i went there to cause problems it was valid rp" As stated No active conflict or special status that warrants you extra permission to cause problems / target unnecessarily. You went into their property with armed back up knowing full well the possible outcome if they rightfully removed you from their property by force. The baiting is pretty clear cut in this context. As for the claims of bias, pretty instantly when punishments were handed down claims of bias were made, claims that the ban was made longer due to bias, claims the ban reason was false and only done as a result of bias and claims that this appeal process would be tainted by bias. Ultimately, it's possible for staff members to make errors, they are at the end of the day volunteers on a server and do their best to get it right from sit to sit, which is why I am reviewing this along with other uninvolved parties. So for the ban. I find there is a rule-break and there is wrong doing. This is your 5th ban, and I will be giving you some leeway, i think the ban for 7 days is a bit much and will be reducing it to 2 days, but I am warning you now that you need to abide by the rules better, i mean staff can't be 'biased' in your bans if you're a rule abiding player right? Surely that is logically sound.

I don't see you doing much for improving roleplay let alone creating roleplay, like what do you do exactly? run a business, or grind bricks for the don. 90% of your RP is beating/shooting white shirts to keep them off the property. Enlighten me on what you do for roleplay.

Not the banning admin, or anyone of importance, but heres my opinion and some numbers. You had set up for a shoot out to occur, it is clear as day in the first clip, otherwise, why would all those people be specifically on that one roof that had a perfect view of the business you were intentionally harassing. I don't know who anyone is on this server, nor do I even know who you are as a character name level. Since joining in september 2022, to march 2025, you've had 0.37 bans per month. (Sounds like a good number right? kind of...) Since your first ban in November 2023, to march 2025, you've had 0.69 bans per month. (Almost doubling, the time between first join and first ban) You have 22 notes and 11 bans (excluding the most recent permaban) with 54.45 DAYS banned and only 38 days, 3 hours playtime. From your "total time experienced" (bans + playtime), you have spent 58.84% of your time banned. Banned time to playtime ratio is at a high x1.43. With your notes and bans being considered now, you were punished nearly 2.06 times per month for every month since your first ban. That is very slightly more than once every 2 weeks you either got a ban or a note, since sept 2023.... that is sad. TLDR: Extensive notes and bans will always lead to a permanent ban, now if its actually permanent, that's for others to decide, there is no bias here, if I was still staff I would've done the exact same thing regardless of who you are, or who you think you are to be able to continue to break the rules without any actual punishment. You need a break from the server to realize what you actually want to do on here, other than break rules consistently.

With the check system now being in play in my opinion there should be a counterfeiting system. Buy a printing press from hardware, get ink from the illegal vendor, and buy the "currency paper" from faction vendor. Try to pass it off to a NPC vendor for cash back or to break the money into small bills. Add a mini game into it so there can be space for error so 911 can be called for the risk.

I agree with you but there was no roleplay in any encounter with anyone. i was not told who my superiors were except for Brummy. I tried to speak with my fellow members but i never recieved any response. they literally invited me showed me where i can produce drugs after my incident with the police. There was no mention of me running through the premises or anything like that. I ran through our restuarant not our Base where we produce drugs btw. I am the capo, regarding to the meeting situation i sent out two announcements, which you were in city for but you were careless enough to get yourself arrested, this also being when you ran through the restaurant and risked the company. I told you guys 30 minutes prior as well as the night before about the meeting with an announcement which i will happily provide as proof about that. You also implicated me due to you being arrested basically on our property (witness), and an officer coming up to me and asking for my identification because of the whole situation.

I was not informed of any meeting or anything i have seen the black dude with the arabic dress multiple times in the apartment whilst proccessing drugs . Not once was i called for the only time i came to the Habibi Delight i was not allowed in to the meeting? and that meeting was the hit for my head "pal". First and foremost Reasons: ■ The person in question, has repeatedly done something to directly harm you, the family, or another member of the family. Unwarranted Harm in a financial (+10,000$) or repeated physical way, there has to be tangible damages, disrespecting someone once is not a reason to kill someone. This also means you cannot PK someone for mucking up JUST one time. Having continued issues or warnings about behaviour or disputes can cause escalation to a PK. (record the Warnings/encounters/transgressions need be) ■ Continued and repeated (despite warnings) poor behaviour, misconduct, violation of your family rules or even blatant disrespect of made men in your organization. ■ Collaborating or potentially collaborating with Government / Law enforcement agencies to take harm the faction. Reasonable suspicion they are a rat. [You may be asked to provide proof] ■ Bringing 'Heat' to the faction As a result of their reckless action or arrests they bring attention or heat to the group and are therefore too much of a risk to keep around. The first arrest i ran through our premises and after i was released from prison, i came back spoke to Brummy which told me that it was okay it happens. I never recieved a warning or any disciplinary action from any of the faction members about my two arrests. Where is the evidence for this "careless" action i took? As for the staff members who gave input, a lot of this is a he said she said and if you believe their is implicit bias or wrong doing you can file a staff report or have things like appeals reviewed by other staff, I see the logic and reasoning behind extending your ban, you have a massive ban record and honestly a permanent ban makes sense, it's your 6th ban this year and we are only 3 months in. The clips I was shown provided evidence you were RDM baiting, every staff in the sit agreed as such. There was no bias involved in my decision to ban you for a week, I simply looked at your POs, and then banned you for a week. In this clip, you can be seen RDM baiting, being told to leave multiple times before your friends on the roof open fire, causing a shootout.

+1 I got banned too during the same sit he got banned on, in the case I were to give my opinion on the situation I'd be heavily biased so I'll just state out the facts of what happened. During the sit after we tried explaining ourselves no matter what Adam just kept saying the same thing, without no fucking explanation he just kept saying something along the lines of "staff believes it was rdm bait and mrdm" as much as we argued it wasn't they just kept on insisting it was. The banning staff "Zeus" and who I believe was the one who took the ticket was spectating the whole thing, he claims it was RDM BAIT and MASS RDM because money blue was positioned somewhere were he could easily shoot them waiting on them to punch me. I got into the La Volpe balcony and chilled there for some time, 5 minutes later I was being asked to leave, after being asked to leave maybe 5 seconds later I got punched by a guy standing there they insulted me and pressed me to leave as they were in their right too as I insulted them and pressed them back. (being the most unbias as possible) I find it weird it got taken as RDM BAIT (heavily linked with money blues MRDM BAN) as I was punched seconds later they told me to leave. Not like I stood there for anymore than 30 seconds not complying waiting on them to punch me . Money Blue reacted as anyone would react and shot the guy who was punching me. I don't want to comment much on the bias topic but I do want to mention that two staff members who weren't called to the sit or related to it joined the sit and started making bias comments against money blue and me, and Novi who was involved or at least present in the situation got on his staff char to join the sit.

You're just getting emotional and attacking me. I don't even know you nor have I had any conversations with you. My contributions to the community are all done in-city through quality roleplay and upholding the spirit of the hobby rather than getting caught up in constantly trying to push an agenda that eliminates having to work and interact with others to keep up with the competition. Everyone comes in hot trying to come up with some new way they can level the playing field and/or get ahead of others. How about work with what the city has to offer and think out something more balanced that actually contributes something to the city rather than "money printer go brr". You're completely see through in this endeavor and that's why you're mad when I criticize it. Get over yourself and realize that your ideas need refinement and you should actually attempt to play the server how it's intended. You really need a counter-fitting character that bad? I got Arrested by running through the premises about 4-5h ago cannot really recall so your announcement if yesterday does not match the time frame. Not once did you or anyone else attempt to reach out to me. I had to reach out to the guy that got me in the Clan and he told me do not worry about it.
