1: Death Timer Diverge needs a death timer. While many would complain and say what if we are training in PD!?!?!! or what if we were RDMed??!?! My answer; Have staff give the ability to cancel the timer in cases of RDM or PD training. Why does diverge need a death timer? because things like RDM half the time aren't even worth making the staff ticket over it. This addition would enforce NLR, force people to report RDM, and makes killing people all that more impactful. 2: EMS While it has never worked in the past when paired with the addition of the forensics system and the death timer an EMS system on the server could actually be useful. The current legal factions in game are Rockefeller and Brown and sons which are both oil factions which is the most boring sort of legal roleplay it can get. In the government side, there is either the courts or the police department unless you want to discord roleplay and join the firearms or commerce departments. EMS would revive players for the cost of five thousand while they make one thousand per revival. This takes money out of the economy and players will be forced to roleplay when getting revived/treated for injuries. The highest levels of the EMS could assist in forensics with the Police department adding a whole other layer to roleplay. To get the EMS started, I believe it should work hand in hand with the PD sort of acting as another branch under Alvin to get it started. 3: Voice communication with whisper and yelling Self-explanatory doesnt make sense why we can type with yelling and whispering but not talk

+/- It's not a bad application but I think there is a lot of rambling in the app where you don't really say anything at all. The backstory part is great, I just wish this would carry over into the main body of the application. You mention many times about 'creating RP scenarios' but you don't actually tell us what these scenarios are. I think you may be on to something, but you need to make your application stand out and show us EXACTLY how it's different from other factions. Don't be afraid to get specific and in depth, it's only going to help you. PRO: - Backstory is well written and I enjoyed the story behind it, and I liked the way it was written from someone's perspective. - Ethnicity is different than the usual, which is always good to see. CON - Low playtime, as others have stated your playtime is quite low. - Assumptions on the racket. Your entire application is pretty much based on you getting a weapons racket. Without it, you're going to have to funnel guns through a faction who already has it - which is going to be difficult. I think you'd of been better to make a point that the faction also has a lucrative drug trade that way you're covered for whichever racket you are given. - In the 'Provide examples of roleplay' you actually don't say anything. You mention 'jobs' but give no example of what these jobs are. You then start talking about a made man ceremony which every faction has, but give no examples of how yours is different from anyone else, you just simply say 'they swear loyalty to X'. - The AEY thing is unnecessary, and at its heart is still a gun shop. If you're going to include this - Give us more, it seems very quickly slapped together.

Thank you for your feedback. I will go over the cons that you have mentioned; I understand why you have these doubts and I will explain how all of these are being worked on to become satisfactory for the faction standards here. Regarding the low playtime, I have almost gained 2 more days since publishing the application and I think my understanding of the game is much better than most people with my play time as I've been apart of 3 other Mafia RPs in 2022 (which I have led factions in all) in which 2 used Southside with all using similar racket systems. I have also connected myself with various other organisations here through friends of friends which will lead onto the next con you have given. The 'funnelling guns' has proven less difficult than expected. I have already organised a meeting with a well reputed organisation which handles guns and are working behind the scenes with my people on ways to build relations with others and how to execute it in the best way possible. There is also a comment I made regarding this further up, explaining how other businesses will lead up to this in the event of me not getting the gun racket I had hoped for. Both ideas work just as efficiently as the other and still adds to RP in the way which I want to which will be explained in further detail in the next con. The jobs in question relate to the legal and illegal ones I mentioned which open up opportunities for RP. Before I go into those jobs, I will go over why I have vaguely mentioned 'RP scenarios'; this is because the scenarios are for the PLAYERS to create amongst eachother. The whole point of RP is for a good foundation to be laid down and for the players to build on that by using their own creativity and twists on what already exists. It is very self explanatory on what the scenarios could be in the areas I mention them. Jobs: As I mentioned in the comment above (if you haven't read that already as well, please do so), I explained that AEY is a parent company to Fidalgo Transportes and Santos Security Group (the security firm in question). The roles that these 2 companies create add onto what already exists in AEY, so I will go over those beforehand: Fidalgo Transportes will have roles for delivery drivers, logistics managers who organise the inventory and keep all stock documented, and personal drivers, similar to an Uber Luxe but it will be partnered with Santos Security Group as a luxury security escort. This brings me onto the roles within the Santos Security Group. There are roles for of course security guards, security consultants who assess the risks of the client and provide advice on how to avoid any possible issues, training instructors and event specialists which work on the management and orgnaisation of the security guards when hired for a large event to ensure they provide the best possible service. The 'AEY thing' was the explanation of the gun business, giving further insight on how it works. If you'd like to understand more, please ask more specific questions regarding the company. I can't help you if you don't give me detail on what you don't understand and what you do understand. Again, the feedback is more than appreciated. We have a lot of ambition here and hope to be a big part of this server at some point in time.
