What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I believe this situation is unfair because it was a genuine mistake. During the transfer, "Housefire" was assisting me by acting as a model. In the process, he accidentally forgot to return 1 item to the correct character.(Flamingo Rose Gold Chain) I had another character with some items I intended to purchase on my main character to sell in my catalogue so i had "Housefire" model them for me so i can work on my catalogue sooner then waiting to purchase the items and having him model again, and when he returned the item, he mistakenly gave 1 to the wrong character, and neither of us noticed at the time. The logs show that I dropped several items, which he then picked up and equipped. Afterward, he unequipped them and dropped them again, with some of those items belonging to my other character. I have no prior offenses or warnings regarding item transfers, and I would never have intentionally broken the rules. This was clearly an accident on my part, and I believe it was equally an accident on "Housefire’s" part, given the large number of items (around 30-40 clothing items) we were handling. No PK rule was violated, and I believe the PK is unfair because the rule break was unintentional. While I understand the need for consequences, I feel that a ban may be justified, given that I did technically break the rules—even if it was unintentional. Additionally, I admit that I lied to "Dutchcat" during the admin sit, which was unnecessary. At the time, I had no idea what was going on, as this occurred over two months ago, and I was scared when I was told I was getting PK’d over it. I’ve invested a lot of time into this character, and I acted out of confusion and fear. I understand what I did was really stupid but it was in fact an accident as well as i do understand if my appeal does not get accepted, I should have been more observant during this process because item transfer is a pk able offense but it was 1 stupidly cheap over spawned in item that did not benefit my main char what so ever. However, considering the accidental nature of the incident, I don’t think a PK is appropriate in this case If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: I have 30+ pictures from the photoshoot will DM to anyone if needed

This punishment was too harsh for what happened; the ban was sufficient, so I will be overturning this.

What is your motivation/reason for applying?: My main motivations for applying is trying to help the community i enjoy and love playing on, I've noticed peoples dissatisfaction with the staff that is usually online, specifically moments where it takes forever for an admin to respond to a ticket. I believe I can fill that spot people need as i am nearly always active and I feel I've gained the liking of those around me, especially RP-wise. My goal for becoming an admin is to make sure everyone that has made a staff ticket is satisfied and to clear up the messes of the server such as RDM, MRDM, VDM, MVDM, NITRP, and minges in general. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I should be considered over other candidates because of my desire of helping the server become a better place to enjoy Garry's Mod. I also believe i will be a lot more active than other candidates since i am currently in between jobs and have a lot of time in my hands in general. I can always be there when I'm needed unless IRL situations occur. I also feel like I can make MafiaRP a better experience for everybody that plays, I have experienced many minges in my time on the server and I know how to catch one and I can easily determine if someone is a minge or is just new the server. If so, why?: No. Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I would say that I'm decently known in the city as i host boxing events very often. I have done my best to get my name out there and i feel i have done that. I believe i have a reputation of a professional boxer that is serious about money but oocly people that get to know me most likely see me as a goofy person that likes to have fun in the server. People in the city have called me a likeable person, others call me a cheapskate but I've made a lot of friends in my short time here and mostly everyone I've encountered has grown a liking towards me. What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: My favorite Diverge moment was the New Years party at the Governors mansion. Have any staff members recommended you? If so, list their names: I don't believe so. ------------------------------------------------- Problem Solving Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take. Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I would use medal (a clipping software) and send it to any online staff. If i am the only staff member that is currently on the server, I change to my admin character and bring the "RDM'er" into a staff sit. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would get a clip of a specific situation and report it to a UA. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I would take them to a staff sit and handle the situation on my own, I would clip the entire sit and send it to a fellow staff member to get a second opinion.

What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I don't feel that this is really fair as the whole thing had been a mistake. When the transfer happened I had been acting as a model for SlugTrail, but while modeling I had forgotten to give one item back to the correct character (he had another character in which he wanted to sell some items on) so when I gave it back to him I gave it back to the wrong character with neither one of us noticing. You can see in the logs that he is dropping a number of items in which I pick up, equip, he takes a picture, I unequip, and then drop, with some of the items being owned by his other character. I don't have any notes or past offenses and I would not have done this knowingly. It was certainly an accident on my end and I believe it was also an accident on SlugTrails part as it's understandable how he could've gone one out of the probably 30-40+ clothing items we were messing with. No PK rule was violated I just believe a PK is unfair as the rule break was accidental, a ban I believe is justifiable as I did break the rules even if not intentional but I feel a PK isn't for the same reason. "You were mature enough to understand when I elaborated to you" In the sit I was "mature" and didn't fight at all since I had no idea what had really happened and couldn't explain (as the offense was 2 months prior.) But afterwards I had spoken to SlugTrail and we were able to figure out what had happened (as he has pictures from the photoshoot). "you gave that same chain to him in 3 minutes." I had forgotten to drop him the chain (I believe I also forgot to drop two suit pants, I also believe this is the cause of the transfer) as we were taking pictures of a number of items. "A photoshoot does not take 6 days on the logs, he gave the item to Thomas on the 1st of January and went back and forth quite a bit" This was because SlugTrail was unaware of the transfer at the time and was redoing the pictures for his catalog.

I am of the long standing opinion that the existing PK song is fucking BEANS (negative) and the song "That's Life" is wayyyyyyyyyyyy more fitting. Hello PKing and Banning Administrator here, Like I mentioned towards housefire was the reason of this pk is because I saw in the logs the Item Transfer within 3 minutes. I can understand the situation of forgetting that you item transferred with a photoshoot of a few dozen items, however when I checked logs to confirm everything with chatlogs etc, (during the time I brought you and told you you'd be pk'd for it) I saw a namechange log you never reported yourself neither that you perhaps have been accidentally name change prompted by a Staff Member, knowing you were a felon and your characters name got reversed, you decided to tell me the thing about Pendred with the 'charid has 69 in it story' which made me consider you were lying to me (also about that same item scenario) I have to disagree with this, you 'did not benefit your main character' whilst you never sold it perhaps you did have (still have) the item in your inventory from a different character, other topis is that people say an item is worthless doesnt give them a 'free' item transfer 'pass'. It would've been understandable if this certain item had been around a few other players in a few weeks of time and someone sold it back to you without they and you knowing it originally came from another character of yours.

+1 An instant Pk, without any former punishments, over a rose gold chain is crazy. It's worth 1 day of pure grinding, not worth pking a god knows how old character over it.

+1 He had no prior incidents before hand and all over a practically worthless chain, I feel like it is obviously a mistake on both parties and SlugTrail does not deserve his char to be pk'd.
