I enjoy playing Diverge and I saw the announcement, so why not apply and help out. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: * Becuase I know way to much about this game. Having been HC of a crim faction, and currently Sergeant Detective, as well as CADA and Bar Adjudicator. I'm a very active community member. Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): I helped run a server called Wolven Territory Lawless Roleplay for a few years as community Manager before I was given ownership for the last year of the servers life. (I didn't kill it I promise, it's complicated). This was when I was a teenager from when I was 15 to 17 approximately. Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: No Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: Mostly everybody knows me or has heard about Maggy Finch but it's certainly split on people liking me or not. Generally I have a positive reputation as I try to be kind, and my bad reputation is typically just about my gender as some people have an issue with that. What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: As a new player SomeSpy took me and several of my friends, one being DopeAsRoe, on this week long plotted out story arc and we had to rob a CIA cult house, the PD, and a Train. It made me fall in love with the server. It almost felt more like a table top rpg than a video game which was a really fun experience. Also, Jmoorsey Apology video was pretty funny. Have any staff members recommended you? If so, list their names: DopeAsRoe ------------------------------------------------- Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: Assuming I'm not the only staff online I ask for an RDM sit in staff chat and show the other staff member the clip like usual. If nobody is online or they're all afk and it's been a while bring the guy to a sit with myself and give him a warn or ban depending on his PO's. Clipping the sit to make sure somebody else can go over my work if the person decides to make a staff report. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Collect evidence, such as clips of the abuse and bring it to UA A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I'd ask another staff to take it. If nobody is taking the ticket I take it and go through the typical sit process and punish the friend/faction member based on their PO's. Clipping the sit to make sure somebody can go over my work if it gets brought up.

im just gonna copy and paste my reply from your last appeal, "Heres the context to the flag blacklist, Yesterday I saw you put up a dupe which blocked off the parking areas of little italy. Despite your priors for prop misusage I had decided to be lenient and simply tell you to delete it and not paste it again. Which you agreed to and promptly did. THEN, just a day later, today, you pasted the SAME dupe also in little italy, ALSO blocked a property and parking area within little italy. Considering your POs and the fact that just the day before I had told you not to place that very dupe I believed that blacklisting your flags would be a completely valid punishment. Additionally, after I had taken your flags another administrator came to me and said that in a separate incident (whether it was before or after our initial discussion I dont know) in which you had placed this same dupe once again blocking a parking area of little italy. And in this situation someone WAS crushed and killed." It's been a little over a month since your last appeal which was denied. I hope that you truly have learnt your lesson, and IF this gets accepted you won't be silly with ur PET flags again. And, I do hope you know if this were to get accepted you'd be on a very short leash when it comes to using your PET flags.

Your PK reasonings has been explained in a long paragraph, and the logical argument of a person you have beef with disappearing when you were with him on the boathouse just for your friend to be at the place which isnt involved with the faction in any way to threaten people to leave with gloves on is enough reason for any organisation to assume worst of it when the guy sitting there suddenly disappears and loses contact in every way for the whole day. Rest is just answering to your being loud to be right, you were a big problem in the faction and you were expected to be removed. If we're gonna speak about incompetence you never took up to the task or upheld the duties I have told you many times to make sure members are making money for the faction, security of the boathouse, actually acting as a Underboss rather than a foot soldier hanging around on his own until he has to be instructed by even how to breathe. You just worked for yourself I had to be on every night to do your work as the Boss of family so I dont think you have the say on competence. You pk'd Mike for "Shooting at Close Business Partners" which you mentioned to me that the person shoot him was an admin removing the light in Boathouse which you turned into Public Theater, then he sat down and watch the movie which smells failrp that he came as an admin and stayed there ontop of that shot Mike just because he was making him leave. And you are claiming metagame because some stuff have been discussed through dm's yet you recieve information from dm's and come to the place because of the "ooc information" as you claim even though you weren't getting on purpose and constantly delaying like as the meeting that was gonna be held because of your stunt with public movie night. And many more infractions can show that you discuss stuff through dm's and do them ingame which I dont think matches up with what you are claiming right here. You have stepped out of line many times, failed to do your work, created drama, compromised safety of the boathouse and members many many times, and primary suspect of a member who vanished without a trace even though he was praised by the whole faction and didnt have anything to be scared of at the moment. I will refrain from feeding you any longer as all the reasons are sufficient enough, too bad you couldnt crash out on your own and salty because of that but you are finally out of the game which you wanted to leave anyways.

Sorry but I've already made up my mind on getting rid of you, at those chats it was just giving you pressure to confess OOC so I'd have a clear conscience for ending a long friendship. I dont think nobody would be dumb enough to face directly someone who they suspect in DM's on the potential of scaring them away? If it was really built upon metagaming I wouldn't even add you to any of the groups in the first place and discuss it between eachother. 1-) You have started interior drama as a High Command with a Low Command for no apparent reason even tho rules you have agreed to uphold have stated clearly not to. 2-) You have rented the property to some people you know OOC but not IC, for 10.000 $ to have a Scat Party in it which turned out to be a PK as you yourself have told me in DM's which the Deadman missed out on thus bringing potential heat and diminishing our honor. 3-) You are which everyone in the faction can report, never acted as a leader neither uphold your duties as Security Chief other than crafting CZ-75s. 4-) Even though you have been warned strictly on the 2nd reason even though you have been told before that not even associates will be allowed on their own at the property, you bring more people in for a movie night with your own message to me which then ends up with a shootout at the property. 5-) As rules everyone told when entering into our faction: Our factions members outweighs anyone outside of our faction; No friendships outside of Romanians is the rule for all the Romanian members yet you constantly associate and openly admit you are friends with people thats not in our circle neither our business partners.
