I will +1 this ban appeal because I saw Bullets do a -1 and to be frank, if you haven't actually been anywhere of worth with these cheats, aka this server, I don't see too much of an issue; HOWEVER, I strongly suggest that some sort of punishment be in order regardless; hacking anywhere on gmod is the potential to hack on diverge, and seeking that potential on its own is itself an issue; for six months you should be unable to PK, to mug, or to participate in PVP in any way outside of deathmatch events where they can generally tell, and there is heavy supervision within, that you might be hacking

no we wouldn't wanna adjust but if staff feels like it they could also adjust the actual PK threshold or make it so that if your sentence goes beyond 30 years the time you wait doubles every 5 years added like 35 years = 1 hour 10 minutes prison time 40 years = 2 hours 20 minutes prison time 45 years = 4 hours 40 minutes prison time 50 years = 9 hours (if not just life lol) people could work and have good behavior so when the department of corrections comes to meet them or they make a ticket in a NEW DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS they get out on good behavior this would also add the aspect of "life with possibility of parole" if they really wanted to go that far

forgot to add you only get to keep 10-15% of what you earn in prison if/when you get out so if you earned 10k over 30 minutes you only get around 1k to 1.5k when you leave, the point being so that whatever money you earn if it's not used in court it hardly means anything

Prison yard - go hang out with other prisoners, no handcuffs, entire prison area is a safezone aka you can't be attacked Grinding - Bashing rocks and/or factory work while waiting in prison, no access to ATM and no prison stash just grind after grinding like 100k in whatever way the masterful minds of the server want you to, you can pay for a lawyer and go to appeals court if you're serving a life sentence and it'll pay everyone regardless of the outcome police have no access to prison yard or grinding area, there's no ic reason to be going in there

Tax the richest players based on how much sitting bank money they have so regular players can get to have non-passive forms of income that rely on how quickly you can grind instead of shipments and timers examples of what may be non-passive; drug delivery quest NPCs, buffing delivery & maintenance jobs, assassination quest NPCs (spawning a target on the map for somebody to kill, which has the potential to act as an actual murder scene with all the RP murder items (blood, bullet casings, corpse, etc), weapons delivery quests or whatever better ideas UA might have for active roleplay money grinds that aren't sitting on one's butt and waiting

Senator should be able to represent the people's needs and be the mouthpiece to UA of what the playerbase wants, and the senator is a very want-based position that represents the WHOLE city's wants/needs. This means they CANNOT be corrupt, and they should not represent permanently, ever if UA is onboard, then the senator would work very hand-in-hand with the governor and try his best to reach goals stated in the campaign all goals must be UA approved, not all goals have to be achievable though terms of candidacy / senatorship: - (recommended) have really cool poster / posters to represent their candidacy - NO CORRUPTION, NO BIAS, NO PREJUDICE during their active term - Senator has 1 week vacation / off-duty during their term, (can choose what days are used, how many days) allowing them to act like a private citizen, but still may not produce biases or corruption of any kind - 1-2 month terms - 3 month minimum age char requirement - have never joined a currently existing criminal faction on said character - have not been banned or blacklisted from government (not PD, do not say PD you're STUPID, you can be blacklisted from PD I'm very cool that way) - have not recently been PK'd from a criminal faction (recommended) - have to be a UA approved candidate (up to 6 candidates, recommended)

Hello, to all cop mains who might find this retarded, I implore you to look further into this idea. The following aspects of Cop RP would be improved; 1. You would have much less incentive by (legally) armed individuals to pull out weapons and try to shoot you 2. You would have MANY more car chases and much more leverage on the charges you press against other people, allowing you to agree to plea deals more frequently 3. The situation can become a felony if the suspect injures or kills somebody on his path of escape WITHOUT STOPPING, so if you get into a more violent chase then it would be prosecuted more seriously 4. THIS DOES NOT NEGATE EXCESSIVE SPEEDING OR OTHER FELONIOUS TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS! THIS WOULD JUST MAKE CHASES WITH IMPORTANT PEOPLE MUCH MORE LIKELY AND MUCH MORE THAN A GUNFIGHT OR CRASHING INTO THE OCEAN AND HIDING UNDERWATER Sidenote: A criminal modifier should be added that does convert this back to felony resisting; if you have drugs or other contraband on you during the chase, it upgrades; if you also were under the influence of any substance, it upgrades; if you rammed into a police car for the chase to begin, it upgrades; THE CHARGE CAN ONLY AGGRAVATE ONCE!! For Criminal characters, this would significantly improve QoL, since if you're doing some basic bullshit traffic violation like going past a red light you're not instantly going to deal with a cop pestering or even ticketing you over some nonsense. As a cop, I personally believe it would also spice the server up pretty awesomely.
