Fairly simple, I think all of the static properties, billboards, vending machines, chest tables, phone booths should be purchasable by players and they should be extortatable, used for control and managed as passive income investment properties. I have mapped the city to give an outline of what that would look like based upon the city streets and arbitrarily assigned numbers to the specific city locations, I'm willing to do work such as to take pictures of each location to create a purchasing catalog. I'd prefer a system like this: - Showing/searching an ID has a x amount of minutes that the person can recognize a name, so it prevents ID fishing. - But F3 is permanent no matter what. By hitting F3 you are allowing someone to recognize you. Having to get someone's F3 on 3 different occasions is unrealistic and a pain to accomplish...

You can follow them in a car, but by the time you get out of the car they're gone. They always end up in the same place; the ocean. There, they're untouchable. Now, picture this: You're an officer of the NYPD. You have a criminal you're chasing on a felony charge, big case potential. He's running way too fast for you, you're going to lose him. BUT WAIT! You've just so happened to prep for this moment by purchasing an Adrenaline Shot from the NYPD locker for like $10,000! What a change of dynamic! It has the same exact effects of cocaine; except it's legal for police officers to carry and utilize!
