I have been playing the server for almost 3 years now and have been staff before on the server. I think some of the current staff are incompetent losers on some real shit that don't know this larp shit like I do so I want to save diverge essentially. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: * I Think I should be accepted over other candidates due to my previous experiences. More importantly my previous staffing experience on Diverge. I also believe I have extensive knowledge of the rules and able to reliably recite 99% of them. I will also be able to reach and exceed my ticket quota and wont be needed to be staff locked. This is an absurd ban when it should be a mute especially for speaking the truth. Ok now im just catching strays here... RPing as a Russian is hard to pull off as I feel the expectations that people have for the particular RP sets a high bar for no reason. For instance, doing an accent that's far more popular in America (The New York/Italian accent) is far easier than a Russian one. Due to the decline in Russian RP and Eastern European RP over time, obviously it makes it harder to create the aforementioned RP with no guidelines or to act as a predecessor for a previous faction. I think as a whole eastern European RP will increase in quality over time as more factions choose to create eastern European factions and as my factions solidifies in the long run and focus more on RP. This is one of the reasons i created the faction to influence the growth of RP and number of factions in this particular area. And P.S. to the app creators, Security company didn't go that well for us i'd try something else.

Obstruction of justice is not a petty crime and doesn't compare to jay walking or loitering etc. You escalated the situation by shooting at her and lost the gunfight which resulted in the PK. I don't really understand what you are trying to convey in this appeal but I assume you are claiming that she was being "corrupt" however corruption applies to breaking the penal code and not SOP violations (which may have occurred in this situation to my knowledge of PD). You did not have to escalate but you made that choice yourself. I hope this added clarity to the situation.
