Choosing to be a place where people can have a fresh experience on the server that hasn’t been done a hundred times. Doing special events for our Clan such as acquiring weapons to ship back home to our Fenian brothers who need our support in these dire times. Doing RP drug deals with other groups on the server. As well as other special Irish-themed RPs such as causing issues in the city by being obnoxious and drunken Irishmen. (This does not mean we will minge around but we aim to contribute to roleplay) With the experience that this high command of this faction has, we can produce a lot of organic roleplay that some others would rather not do. We aim to be a realistic Irish Mob doing events in whatever property we own, Handling any problems with RP always in mind and making sure our faction is thriving in all areas without pushing one objective over the other. Provide examples or event ideas to promote activity within your faction and keep people interested. (Reference your unique RP from the question above): As most people in the city do already there are obvious things such as weekly meetings, clan dinners, and organic Irish roleplay. But on top of that during the peak hours on the server, we will aim to contribute to roleplay with other factions. We plan on always being around going to different properties and trying to roleplay things out the best way possible. My goal is you will always see an Irishman at least once a day because we will be out walking on the streets. We want things to be anonymous when it comes to our new hires so taking them on drives without telling them where the destination is will encourage RP. We will teach all our new hires how to do whatever jobs need to be done and the basic grunt jobs that need /me’s to do them. It will define what kind of main base RP we do depending on what property we get. We would like to be hired to cause harm to people who need to be taught a lesson. I would also give Gamemaster privileges to use my faction in events where there is a chance for a lot of RP to happen. If accepted, we plan on making this a strong faction that will not be like other Irish factions that have been on the server before. We will bounce off of the Italian RPers and try and make a fun experience for everyone in each faction. One example would be that when we are going promote a member to Senior Associate we set up a bait car without their knowledge. What is your motivation/reason for applying?: I get on at really weird times when not many staff are motivated to do tickets OR when there are simply just no staff on to do them. I wanna help with the "downtime" of the server, which is mainly when I get on. I've got quite a list of notes and bans, but with my schizophrenia I can instantly swap personalities to a serious staff man. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I've been playing the server for quite a while, and only ever stopped playing once between 21 and 23. I DO know the rules suprisingly. While I don't have the biggest name on the server, it's mainly because I don't care for ranks in factions. Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: They would all say I'm a great guy serving the community by donating clothing to orphan children and picking up trash off the street. I've been here for quite a while but not many old players from 2021 play anymore, if they do then they're apart of a very small group that has stayed playing. My reputation is usually Kion Por as the hard ass guy, or the clown suit guy cause thats a pretty big thing on the server. What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: Probably approved riots or just playing cop, theres always something to do as PD. Have any staff members recommended you? If so, list their names: Not a clue, didn't really ask anyone, I think if they cared enough they'd comment. ------------------------------------------------- Problem Solving Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take. Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: Make a ticket or talk in admin chat like anyone else, I'm not above staff or rules whatever, I shouldn't be taking my own tickets or dealing with my own situations because of potential bias towards the player who RDM'd me. If no staff replies then thats that, other players have to deal with the same thing so I should also have to do that ya know. Its kinda like a DMV line, no one gets to cut it. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Create an evidence list to prove my points then bring it up with someone higher ranked then me on what the next steps are and obviously hand over whatever i got and relevant information. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: Fuck em bruh, ruthless ass mf i am. If they're breaking rules, they get the appropriate punishment, don't care who they is. If its obviously intentional, its their fault and they should know the rules. Also honest to god, I don't know half the people in my faction.

Thank you for your reply. First I want to explain that this is not going to be the IRA. We never planned on it and it never will. This High Command comes from years of Italian roleplay. There is going to be no IRA or anything of the sort happening in this faction. I have seen some Irish factions that have been accepted, and have either turned into something else or as you said turned into an IRA. While I am in charge of this faction, we aim to contribute to roleplay as a proper Irish Mob. Taking Inspiration from movies and how they acted in real life. I don't know if we know each other, but I hope with this I can change your mind about thinking this faction is going to be another IRA.

+/- 1 Would need to be very careful with balancing this so it wouldn't be abused or just turn into a grindy mess. My idea would be make it so a player can only "lockpick" an ATM if there's another player currently accessing it (using the menus actively making sure they're not AFK). Gives a $100-250 payout, then there's a 5-10 minute cooldown or something which applies to all ATMs to prevent someone from running from one to another. Could implement Hoovis' idea (quoted) about getting an individual item which it sold to a different NPC or another player.

I think what James was trying to say was when people pay the fee for surgery, what they are really paying for is the medical event that these guys will perform and as well as the medical event they get an event item like a rib, jar of organs, etc. depending on what the RP situation was. It creates RP situations and event items with some significance behind them to build character background.

Making certain items like fish only acquirable through fishing with a fishing rod. Would create a fish market for businesses to buy fish from frequently.

+1 Good application PRO - Great backstory content, love the brochure idea. - Great play time and an established player of the server. - There is a need for some oil competition atm, I'd love to see some more activity in oil CON - Don't really think there are any, just that I think oil factions need to start having a degree of RP in them so they're not just copy and paste of previous oil factions, which tend to be quite boring.

+1 History speaks for itself. Most factions that are around that long, fall on hard times once in a while. The Cassano's have been one of the pinnacles of mafiarp for many years in the past, there's no reason it can't return to its former glory.

+1 I've already fallen in love with the Rockefeller's as far as legal factions go, but as with all good companies, competitive fuels the passionate soul of a business owner. I think Brown & Sons Co. can fit into that slot perfectly. However, the +1 isn't given simply so I can see competition. Basel has a reputation as an amazing faction leader and a man of the people from what I can see. My friend Lemon has told me a lot about him as well, and if Lemon trusts him, I'd trust him with such ease. To that end, if I ever venture more into the legal side of roleplay, I know a place I'd love to call home. Good luck to your faction!

Dude look at the taxi job, speedy delivery drivers, and city workers jobs. Theyre not factions made by people, thats what the @Micky2DEvito is trying to say here. I also support this have more jobs that new players can join into can really help retain and teach some of the basics of the server just by existing.
