everyone that played on Miami misses it dearly, myself included. Miami died because the server simply didn’t have enough people playing on it and people eventually returned to south side (it was familiar for them) with all this money pendred has been making from the custom content a gmod YouTuber can be paid to advertise diverge. This would bring in an influx of new players, so many that Miami could be added back and be alive once again. The new players would eventually get hooked on the server (because Miami was amazing) and begin to spend money. This is a fabulous investment opportunity!

Kinda like the hide medal things you could hide peoples descriptions or names for like meeting or rp scenarios or if people want to be more emersed in some roleplay you could hide the stuff above their head

Even though this is said extremely badly I agree, often times people trying to start factions or people who are citizens or new can't get any buildings to themselves as both townhouses get swiped pretty quickly, ive always said that area would make a for a really good actual "ghetto" maybe even add a business or two over there. plus with rockefella being right there its a pretty popular part of town, the big ass mansion barely gets any use unless its medals or we have a global event going on and ask before hand, there RP just leaves alot to be desired, i would understand if the governor would actually use it and RP in city but its just a big ass empty building atp.

We want ownable townhouses that anyone can own just like ghetto. Townhouses were always used when they were purchasable by F4. Thats what im suggesting, replace the governors mansion with the old townhouses that used to be there that can be owned by anyone through the f2 command.

Simple fix to this, be open to accepting a gang faction then just giving them a couple townhouses.
