Hello I was the Moderator who banned you, in the clip you were shown to be driving through little italy then immediately try to hit the player you vdmd and miss then swing back around again where you then kill them. Rule 3 of vehicle rules: Do not intentionally run over users for no valid reason, targeting people on sidewalks, cross walks or in traffic stops for no valid reason is VDM. If you accidently run someone over in the street it won't be considered VDM if the staff member deems the opposing party at fault. If you see someone in the street and intentionally aim to run them over or fail to attempt to avoid them it will be considered VDM regardless of them being in the street or not. Whilst there is some merit to your roleplay, you are also using copypasta and spam in chat, and in 911 calls. You were warned 40 minutes prior to your ban, which should be enough to stop. Do not abuse or spam the 911 feature in future. That being said, a mute seems like a more instant and effective punishment for text related issues. Your ban appeal has been reviewed and accepted. +1 Since I've been on the server, DB has been helping me and other people by showing our way around town while always finding time to stay on late and enjoy his time with others. He's always been respectful to everyone, and works great as a mentor. He somehow has a friendly and yet menacing aura. This guys is needed as a staff.
