Hello, admin who decided to pk your char here- In the clip I was provided it appears you shot n killed a white shirt then shot at an officer and missed, After missing you began to run away to which the officer responded by shooting at you and ultimately killed you. From the time you shot at the cop to the point you where at the back door of the store it was 5 seconds. I don't think that's long enough to consider you no longer a threat to try and to do a simple arrest. Regarding continuing rp and still being PKed, Owen Davis wasn't the officer to have killed you, and regardless of ticket wait times and VCWP having to be reviewed, there's chances of your char not being PKed until hours after the situation. Hello, Firstly, it was not Kosher who ordered your death, the orders came from Genovese/Bruno-Scarfo. After you left their faction back in May, they placed orders on you within the allotted two week period. If a faction places orders on you within two weeks of you leaving the whitelist, they are allowed to activate those orders whenever it is most convenient for them. While it is possible for factions to act in OOC bad faith by intentionally waiting an extended period of time and using old orders as ammunition later on, that does not appear to be the case here. The reason it took them so long to kill you was because they did not want to create any bad blood with their ally Kosher. They simply waited until you were no longer under Kosher's protection before acting on the orders. Clearly not acting in bad faith and a good RP reason to do it months later down the road.

He acted on defending himself after someone else decided to tell him. With that out of the way, there were multiple other reasons he chose to put orders on you that were outside of just the scope of you were trying to kill him too and there was evidence to back up his claims. He used his permissions to order your death for those which he well within his rights to do so pending him facing consequence if he kills someone the Don doesn't approve of. What server rule or PK rule was violated?: So basically, I was hanging around Infront of hardware atm and a situation ensued where a bunch of people we're punching the sole cop that was Ons car and he was just going frantic and shooting his taser around trying to tase me as well, At the time I had a couple illegal items on me so I was quick to try and get of it the dude wouldn't let up so I tried shooting him and failed, He was stuck in the crowd of people so I put my gun away and started to run through the crowd mind this was about 30 seconds of me trying to maneuver around people and get into the clothing store to make my escape route. At this point Im no longer even an active threat my gun was away, and I was simply in the back of the clothing store seeing if he was chasing me and I just got blown away through the wall. Since I believed, the scene was going to continue regardless so I went back to where I was since a glitch really caused my death I was legit in no line of sight of anyone at the time of my death, As I came back Owen Davis puts me in cuffs and we went from there, I went through with a lawyer ended up sitting there for 30+mins arguing my case which ultimately ended up in me just signing a felony plea deal witch I really did not want to happen. But I did anyway and I waited my 20-minute timer and wasn't pked until like almost 2 hours from the situation. Hello, Staff Member that banned you here. I reviewed the clip of the incident and also got another opinion from Dutch a Seasoned Administrator regarding the situation. After reviewing the footage and discussing the incident, we both agreed that this was a clear case of RDM. You had no valid reason to initiate the confrontation in the first place. You approached the individual at the ATM and began punching them despite them having done nothing to you. By doing this you effectively baited them into responding and escalating the situation. You then further escalated the incident by shooting both individuals after provoking the confrontation. There was no reasonable escalation leading up to the shooting, making your killings unjustified. Your previous history was also taken into consideration when determining the punishment. You currently have 4 previous RDM offences (even after I gave you a second chance and didn’t ban you) and 2 previous Improper Escalation offences. Given the repeated offences, your punishment was reflected based on your POs. After reviewing the clip, consulting Dutch and taking your previous offences into consideration, I believe the punishment issued was appropriate.
