Hello. I'm one of the assisting staff members in this situation when it came down to your PK. This might be one of the funnier appeals in diverge and yet even so You were Clearly Metagaming in a VC During a Mugging attempt. Not only was the Mugging already a fail since the person you tried to mug had a gun on safety. but the people you were metagaming with actually self reported.. In Terms of Your PK. You were effectively Pked for dying during a mugging as can be seen below. For future reference as SuleG2 Mentioned above. Your Computer. Your Account and Your Character are all your responsibility as a person. Also you should get more familiar with the server rules Mugging Rules. 1. Be cautious! If you are killed while committing a mugging you have the possibility of being Pk'ed (Permanently killed)!. Pk Rules. Being killed while trying to PK someone. / Being killed while attempting to mug someone. FearRP Rules. 9. If you are holding a weapon actively in your hand then fearrp does not apply and you may retaliate (even if it is on safety, E+R).

Hey, staff member that issued the PK here. As far as I'm aware , who you let use your account falls entirely onto you, therefore, anything that occurs on said account, also falls onto you. Your sister as you claim, initiated / was apart of a mugging, and was killed. Therefore, resulting in the PK of char. Goodluck with the appeal.

+1 rep, i was with him so there was consequences of his actions, a 5+ year char (me + my friend he was with) could have gotten PK'd, even though he was new, the 2 people he was with, was not

After talking with Physko about the above, it was explained to you prior that yes, it is ok in certain circumstances. But there was a slight misunderstanding on when you are able to do so. Those circumstances being if it was pre-approved by staff but also combined with being spawned in prior to using it in an RP scenario. Spawning in a jet ski out of nowhere is fail RP, but I'm sure you are fully understanding of that fact. You have had a previous note for throwing cars into the sky, which is most likely why Yugi rightfully handed you a blacklist here.

So, I think the point Monaclu is trying to re-iterate here, is the fact you were told to stop and you continued. Whilst what you did necessarily isn't the end of the world in your view, that is entirely your opinion. To some members of the community this is a big deal and you should respect that. Driving around with a boulder on your car isn't necessarily realistic nor is it accurate roleplay. In regard to you talking about an explicit rule, whilst there isn't a specific rule for this situation this is a clear misuse of your pet flags. Please re-read prop rules 3, 5, 7 and 9. This blacklist is not permeant and will be appealable in future, but at this current time we believe this to be justified.

I was banned for ban evading which i forgot which alt was used i had many following along with SK who was banned with me but he was unbanned and turned a new leaf i then began my new leaf on my main account i use which is this one i was previously banned and waited out my 30 day ban and was only now when i came back it some how logged me as my old alt i haven't used at all since and that was the last ever account i have been on since he gave up on his wrong doings and ever since then we had been nothing but legit and played by every rule and waited out previous bans i ask that you can also give me the benefit of the doubt that you gave to him to continue providing a fun and enjoyable time with the people i have became close with and be the best i can and i give you my word like he gave you his word. Thanks in advance i understand by this appeal it could be appealed or denied and which ever you think is necessary i will not second guess the outcome or dispute the opinion of why i did what i did with him or part taken in it i just wish to show you i can be just as good. Judging from your appeal it doesn't appear as if you tried to lie or hide the truth in his situation. As it stands you were using a non approved vehicle dupe, and you have a prior note for pet flags, which leads me to assume you've been warned about how to use props in the past and should be more knowledgeable about the prop rules. 5. Do not spawn moving prop dupes without prior approval. Staff will have final say if your prop boat/trailer is permissible. 6. No flying or floating prop vehicles / machines / mechanisms. 9. Breaking these rules will result in a ban or removal of PET flags.
