I was contracted by Bao Zen Nosha to mug this a specific person that either left or was unwhitelisted in Takashashi. He said to grab all the Japenese items that they might have and to return them to him. Upon identifying the female and initiating the mug, I noticed that they would not put their hands up. Given the knowledge that they were in Takahashi and I had recently worked at Takahashi, I knew that this individual may be in possession of a firearm. With this in mind, I did not want to restrain the individual without them putting their hands in the air first as a safety precaution. After many warnings for this person to put their hands up had passed, I decided to just end up shooting them because they were not complying with my demands. I don't see how this is pk hunting, given the contract and it's details. I would understand how this looks like pk hunting if there was no reason behind the mugging. If I was just mugging anybody with clothing store items and trying to force a pk. However, I gave them many opportunities to comply with my demands and they did not listen. i know there was the risks but the thing is that they gained an advantage over me when he RDMed me because i lost my gun, if they didnt rdm me i wouldent have been afk getting a clip for an admin ready. its just unfair because if they didn't rdm me i would have been prepared or at least not sitting down with no way of defending myself.

Hello, I was the initial staff that had set you active before promptly setting you unactive at the request of the TM. It seems there was a lack of communication on the side of the faction PK'ing you, regardless of the accidental RDM there were orders set on you. You were previously involved in the faction, knowing what illegal extent of the faction, this allows for a PK. This is among many other things that are valid reasons to PK someone, you stole from fellow members of the faction, kidnapped, and threatened them. Additionally missed out on kickups. You have been an active player so I don't think i need to re-explain how dons orders and what risks come with joining a faction.

Before the PK, I was RDMed by the same person who later Pked me. As a Result of the RDM, i lost my pistol and was left unprepared for the RP situation. While the PK was happening, i was AFK preparing the clip so i could submit a clip of the RDM to an admin after making a ticket. The RDM put me at a disadvantage by taking away my weapon and distracting me while i was trying to gather evidence and make a report. i believe this made the PK unfair, as the same person who RDMed me benefited from my disadvantage. Hello thank you for your appeal, upon reviewing the situation we would agree that you were mislead in the situation that lead to your death. Due to this the players actions have also been investigated, but I would also advise for you to read the server rules so that means you know situations that could lead to death occur. Your appeal has been reviewed and accepted. Your character has been reinstated and can be used again.

I honestly have to agree here, you really don't see any homelessness rp these days. I remember this one guy who used to hang around Little Italy. He was such a convincing bum that I think he may have genuinely been pulling from real-life experiences or something. It was really sad to watch. He would hang around the casino sometimes too, gambling all of his money away at the Lucchese tables. One day, he just disappeared. Some said the CIA kidnapped him, others said he killed himself. Nobody really knows. Ever since that day, I haven't seen such an accurately portrayed bum. His name was like sing or string or something.

Add rusty needles so if you piss off a player RPing as a homeless bum on the streets they might stab you with it

Good morning, I am the administrator that took the ticket for your PK. Upon initial review of the situation, it was clear that you had in fact raided the motel room in question by lockpicking the door. This constitutes a raid in the server guidelines, and dying during a raid leads to a PK. Under normal circumstances, this would be a rather straightforward situation. However, recent information has just surfaced, and a clip has been provided to me by the individual who told you to lockpick the door and assured you that there were no consequences attached to doing so. Seeing as this was a claim you made in the sit, but could not be proven at the time, I believe that further review of this situation is necessary. At this point, the situation is out of my hands, but I will forward the additional clip that was provided by the individual who instructed you to lockpick the door to higher ranking members of the staff team that will be responsible for reviewing this appeal.
