To add incentives for this type of, do things like take away certain luxuries from illegitimate/front businesses like car repairs and give it to civilian companies to force criminals to go to legal businesses to get their car fixed, or take away the detailing/customization ability from the car dealership and make it a player-based feature where a car shop would apply tints, repaint the car or turbo tune it. Non-essential aspects of RP that are still useful should go to civilian/non-front businesses and factions to stimulate RP. Would be cool to see how they interact!

Some skinny twink ass middle aged fagbag saw my screenshare and saw that i was l had tabs open on gmod cheats and blew it out of context and decided to report it to the higher command and intentionally structured it in a way that made it seem like I was actually cheating. You might ask why were you sharin your screen while having gmod cheat tabs open on google? I feel as if the legal side to this server is very slim. Obviously this is a mafia server so being a criminal is everyones goal but, I think adding new legal jobs for new players would be a great addition. Maybe even add more to the already existing legal jobs, add earnable promotions in the company. I just feel like with a well established legal side in the server it would also add more to the criminal side. Extorion, bribes, etc. It could also add more to alt chars. You'd be able to hop on an alt and take a break from grinding bricks, standing around, running a shop front.

Whilst you may have had previous altercations with the ticket maker, you did not follow the killing nor escalation rules when killing him. In the clip provided, the ticket maker had their back turned whilst interacting with an NPC in the clip shown, to which you shot him in the back with no further interaction. In regard to the MRDM, you had killed a total of 8 people in two separate incidents on the 24th confirmed via logs, both in quick succession. Coupled with the fact you also killed 4 people the day prior, again in quick succession to which you had received a note for. It is highly unlikely any player should be killing a total of 12 people, in 3 separate incidents, with probable cause to do so. We believe this ban to be justified.
