What is your motivation/reason for applying?: *I have been in the server for some time now, and an issue I have been seeing is how at some times of the day players tickets don't get accepted. players tickets also don't get read for long periods of time or ones that don't even get accepted due to a lack of staff online. At other times when the server is maxing out there just isn't enough staff online or in game accepting tickets. I also want to help out the community that I am a part of and learn how this part of Diverge functions. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: * I have been in the server for some time and I'm really looking to help the community. I'm an active player on Diverge and I'm motivated to become an admin and help out to the best of my ability. I know a decent amount of people and I would like to say that I have good relationships with most of them. I have not been banned from this server or any other servers. Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: * never Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: * I don't think everyone knows who I am, but I know a decent chunk of the server. Most of the people I know are from the factions I have been in. The rest of the people I know are from the dupes I would create for them. I would like to think that I have a good relationship with the majority of people I have met and played with on this server. And have had some good times with some of the people on this server. What is your favorite moment on Diverge so far?: * There are a ton of good moments and good people that I have had great moments with. Like when I got Capo or one of my friends accidentally started processing in the middle of the road, or when people used to create helicopters and fly away from cops and give you joy rides around the city. I have created a therapy clinic in the server where I have had some hilarious RP scenes. There were a ton of good GM events that I have been able to participate in, like people's insane creations like roller coasters and theme parks on the server. There are just so many things I cannot pick a favorite. Have any staff members recommended you? How do you handle this?: I'd clip it and make a ticket on it. If there are no staff on duty at the time, I would get on my staff chair and take care of it. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would clip it and talk to them to see if what they were doing was a mistake or they just didn't know they were in the wrong, and keep watching them. If they do it again clip that and bring it to a higher staff member about it and tell them how you have already spoken to that staff member about it and how they continued doing it. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: It absolutely would be considered bias if I took that ticket. A few minutes before the clip he tried to arrest me for shooting the tires of my buddies car as a joke, while he was still looking for me I snuck up to him and shot him. After I shot him I hid for a minute, after that I noticed he came directly back and was trying to get to roofs again so I got on the trashcan, he told me to get off the trashcan, I said no because thats not a lawful order nor is he allowed up there. He then goes to arrest me and yes I tried to shoot the shit out of him and got my brains splattered. My point is though, this situation shouldnt have happened, he was killed, he came back, then tried to arrest me for not letting him illegaly get back on ours roofs Anyways love you Ace thats about all

Hello, I am the Pking staff here, before anything please provide the clip of any prior interaction with the officer here. Pks are administered even when the individual being PK'd is not active on the server, typically i would pull the person into a sit before doing the pk but since you weren't on i could not do so. Continuing lets be clear, you were not just "innocently" standing on a dumpster you were blocking the latter on purpose. Regardless the reason why your character was PK'd was due to you initiating a violent confrontation with a police officer, you had shot the officer as he was trying to arrest you for blocking said fire escape when you pulled your gun out and started shooting. You initiating the violence and DYING has resulted in the "realistic" death of your character.

I will also add, if the orders only say something along the lines of providing information to another faction or something of the sort in my eyes that falls under the same stipulation as “bringing heat to the faction” which just recently got a pk overturned for not providing enough context or in depth explanation to the reasoning itself.

I will comment on this as i was directly involved in the situation. As the party hosting the todaro side of this sit down, we were never provided any in character information by alfe. If anything of him “giving us information” was said in game it would be completely OOC/“metagame” from a technical standpoint. Which for the record I do not recall anyone once saying we were provided the clips by him or anything of the sort during the sitdown. The clips were provided to roe as ooc evidence of what had happened. Therefore making this pk completely invalid. Much love that’s all I’ve got.

yeah so this is cool and all but like i dont think it was actually ever stated i gave information to another faction ic, as how tf can an ooc clip that was shared ooc be seen as evidence/intel ic. yes i paid a mil tax so i could stay in the faction, not because i admit to any wrong doings, etc. instead they just wanted to stick with "giving intel to another faction" which again all i did was take ooc clips of a situation.

When you join any criminal faction you accept this prompt: There was a sit down between your faction and Todaro over the tension between both your associates. In that sit-down the Todaro associate said you told her the associate was talking bad about her. ICly it was stated you gave information to another faction which caused conflict. Your factions HC had a talk with you about it and taxed you which you paid but, ultimately they decided they could not trust you and you had to go. Good luck on your appeal-

What is your motivation/reason for applying?: Since the day I logged into Diverge for the first time, I was hooked. This is the only roleplay server I play, and I care a lot for the quality of life for the players and for the community's integrity. My primary motivation for creating this staff application is simply because often late at night and in the early mornings, there are either 0 staff online or so very little staff on that there are simply not enough staff to accept and handle player tickets. Mass RDM, VDM, and large groups of minge players are very frequent when bad actors notice there are no staff present in the server. I also don't work a 9-5 and have a very adjustable time schedule, to say the least. I also love this community, genuinely, and I'm looking for a break from crim RP and may even consider staff-maining. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I have a very open schedule. I'm patient, tempered, and listen carefully. I don't have bad blood with anyone in the server. I don't really take insults personally or become 'angry/upset' because of such comments as 99% of the time players are simply frustrated, upset, looking to start an IC escalation, or simply a minge looking to get a reaction. The last note I received was for RDM and that was all the way back in November 2025. Somehow after roleplaying as crim main for 9 over months I have not received any other notes for any offense, and I have hospitalized MANY people since my note from 9 months ago. I was surprised to hear how relatively clean my record was when I asked an admin last night about my PO's. Do you have any previous staffing experience? This was around mid April 2025, about 1 month after joining. I was banned for metagame because I quite literally did not know what OOC and IC were, to me, they were the exact same thing. Essentially I had zero concept of what roleplay was. As to why it was extended to permanent instead of a few days was because I disrespected the banning admin, never let him get a word in and told him "I don't give a fuck If I get permabanned". The banning admin was more than patient with me as I believe this incident lasted around 30-40 minutes, and the admin was genuinely trying to get me to sober up/clear my head in that moment to try and get me to understand what was happening. But this was a great learning lesson for me, as I no longer drink alcohol because of said incident. Thank you, Fox. I would say I'm known to a small amount of people, but not "well known" by any means. I'd like to say my reputation is pretty solid and respected. I don't have people go out of their way to harass me nor do I start problems with people nor do I ever try to make someone's day worse in Diverge as everyone joins this server to have fun, not to log out upset or with a grudge against another player. I'm not sure what other players think of me. I currently have -133 reputation on the website of the time of this post. This isn't because of dumb or irritating comments on the forums, but rather because a few months ago DopeAsRoe jokingly wrote on Diverge general to go and mass dumb react a user on the forums and multiple players and I went back and forth in a dumb reaction war. Ironically, mine is -133 because DopeAsRoe dumb reacted all my posts.... I feel betrayed.. but that's ok. What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: My favourite moment on Diverge was crafting either the 1st or 2nd MG42 during the 2025 Christmas event mostly from scratch and a little bit of help from other people. However, this is actually a question I've always wondered. What if there is an RDM and no ticket made? "Friends" RDM each other with "permission" all the time, and don't make a ticket. This is something I'd need to be mentored on by experienced staff members. Regardless of all I wrote, RDM is RDM and has to be dealt with. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would document with as much possible evidence, report to upper administration and go on from there. Staff abuse is possibly the worst thing that can ever be tolerated. Staff abuse slowly kills all servers on ANY game and I have zero-tolerance for it. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: It would objectively be an inherent bias, subconsciously. Your mind might want to be lenient or let them go because they might be your friend, but I would quite literally treat them like any other player. There is no bargaining or any of that sort simply because we are in the same faction. If player did RDM, he will be dealt with the same as any other player regardless if it's my faction, an allied, faction or an enemy faction.
