Why should you be unbanned? Ok so last night i mugged some Jewish dude and a lot happened my buddy died he got pked after the pk timer was off he snitched to a cop a gun fight happened and i killed the cop but lost to another jew i didn't get pked after a long admin sit at 3 in the morning it was over i gave some of his shit back and kept one thing he was ok with and it was over but today I get pulled in the middle of the faction racket war and he says its a mugging char i try to dispute that and say no its not because i have probably 1million dollars worth of suits on there and then he brings up the char hours says i don't even have 30hrs on it but okay it is still my main char and it has a lot of shit on it, its in a faction as well but after all that he still calls it a mugging char even in the sit Jennay and Seann didnt say anything about it and jennay even checked my stuff to make sure i wasnt a mug char

This is a well deserved Perma ban (and it isn't the first).

First of all, you got that "million dollars worth of suits" by mugging people, and that's obvious. You don't grind for 30 hours on a char then get that much value of anything.

Secondly, you have done this exact same thing in the past, Target Mugging, NITRP and you even metagamed when talking to some female in game, using your voice, and I quote, "Yeah, I got blacklisted from Bonannos, Altovitis and Gambinos. Those guys really hate me.". You said this while on a completely new DeCavalcante Char. 

You have shown absolutely no interest in actually Roleplaying on this server, and instead playing it in your own way by mugging, deathmatches, OOC disputes, and metagaming.

Only way outta this one is by paying for the unban. "GG's in the chat bro" - String.

I believe personally that it is perfectly clear from the frequency and repetitiveness of your behavior that you do not intend to interact with the server in any meaningful way, and that you do not intend to ever learn from your mistakes

Hello, banning admin here. You were banned as a result of having a mugging character after just coming off almost a month-long ban for doing the same thing, you were permanently banned as a result of your previous bans and notes. The character you got banned as a result of mugging on, Jake Fichier, as you pointed out has less than 30 hours of time played, yet you said that you had loads of money and suits on the character. Why mug for more at that point when you just got off a ban for using mugging characters? Your main character may be set, but what difference does it make if you can't roleplay enough to get money/suits legitimately? Mugging has calculated risk and if there's nothing for you to lose, the person on the receiving end takes all the risk for you. Here are the rules that I felt were broken, I hope this clears the situation up. Good luck on your appeal.

1. Mass mugging in order to to PK people, or 'PK hunting' / being 'PK hungry' is not permitted. If an Admin feels like you're doing things intentionally for no regard for actual roleplay they may deny your PK requests issue according punishments 
2. You may not make a character for the sole purpose of mugging, for example if you are pk'ed for mugging and simply create a new character and continue the same actions. It shows you have no regard for actual roleplay.

Literally only ever seen this guy mug. No actual rp. Mugging is cool and all, but that cant be the only thing you do on the server.
