As I explained in the ticket you had made extortion is near impossible as it would be silly for non associated civilians to have the ability to extort made men of a criminal organization. If you tried to extort them they would simply PK you (at their own risk). If you want to extort or handle conflicts between groups join an existing faction and become affiliated.

Maybe with boxing gloves forcing a /fallover Otherwise useless old system wasnt adding any additional rp and was intensive on performance.

Pretty simple, if you're pleading ignorance and I believe you, you can't just assume any black guy is a ghetto black. Dude had just logged in 5 minutes prior to you killing him. So obviously you need to make sure that he's the right guy and you can't just blindly listen to someone. Per these rules You killed him after the second hit and in the sit insinuated that he may have 'bled out'. Your ban record shows 4 past RDM bans / notes from this year and 2 from last year. With a warn for RDM as recently as June 17th (Yesterday). You seem to be consistently ignoring the rules as you continue to get banned, likely inserting yourself in situations you don't belong in for free kills.

People never really used those and when we wanted to make that the main source of getting food all the factions, majority, did not like it. They preferred their personal registers, so we removed food shipment vendors and upped the register limit to 15 items to facilitate. The faction leaders can ask for any non WL food to be on their vendor they have access to the entire list. Plus since we re did how our shipment vendor works it would not be same, it's impossible to have a food exclusive shipment vendor without making additions. Generally pointless now, and too much work to make it feasible again!

Ok so a lot to break down here based on claims, I will do my best to address everything. I asked the staff member about this and they believe there be some sort of miscommunication. They state they simply answered some questions and never reviewed a clip, nor were they responding in a 'staff capacity'. This would be correct if 1) The cop shot YOU and 2) You didn't have a gun out (for the duration of the clip you had a gun out the whole time) I think you are confusing the Server Killing Rules with PK rules. This is a valid reason to shoot a cop, meaning you can shoot them this and it is not RDM, so not a rulebreak. A rule valid kill. However you take an inherent risk whenever you engage police and can still be pk'ed if you die. If an Officer shoots your faction member/friend, while it may be within server rules for you to defend them if you choose to do so and are killed you are still PK'ed. It's an in character choice and consequence you risk when deciding to engage police. Video game, people are jackasses, has no bearing on validity. Sounds like a joke/being a jackass, again does not affect validity. No, addressed and explained. The clip is ~20 seconds long. Here are the facts of the clip. The clip was taken by another officer. There are two officers in this situation. We can see at the beginning that you have a gun out and are pointing it at the cop, we also see your friend is dead. However, he decides to NOT shoot you, even though he is within his right to, he tells you once or twice to put the gun down/put your hands up, the Officer then turns around to deal with and shoot at someone who just stole his cop car and was going to try and run them over. He fires on that person, not at you at all and when his back is turned to you, you then gun him down. Even if he did shoot you before the clip (hearsay) you did not immediately react and the rp continued, giving you ample opportunity to surrender. Instead you saw and took the opportunity to kill him (unaware another cop was behind you). A very obvious choice and calculated risk. I see no server rule being broken here that would invalidate this PK.

He meant corner peeks, not wall glitching. Putting your gun to safety and back up still has a draw time (time depends on the gun itself) it could prove to be a disadvantage in high stress situations. "third person is fun because you can bypass a skill balance mechanic (recoil) that exists in 90% of FPS shooters" Point in case really lol Anyways, you FREAKS can still third person with paintbull guns !
