You quickly got to a record of 8 bans and 11 notes in less than 4 months. You have appealed multiple times and been given chances with appeals in the past but seem to have the inability to stay unbanned, many of your past offenses vary on some sort of RDM/Minge/NITRP violations that you can't seem to shake. Toast is correct, you should have waited for staff to handle the situation instead of letting a moment of anger dictate your actions. You were removed from the Police force for the incident. Seeing the situation further and considering this is your first ban I will be reducing it in good faith, as well as modifying the original ban reason. Read the server rules. Have you considered changing the active cult aspect? The organization that began as a cult and instead morphed into a modern crime family. Retain some tradition but largely view the cult aspect as a part of the 'old history' or your group.

In what fashion? There's less than 2 Billion in total circulation (Including dead character and inactive players) and no faction bank account has more than 100 million. All for a server economy that has been operating 24/7 since December of 2020? Leagues better than your average Dark RP economy.

This is what you wrote when you appealed your first perma ban You then got banned 5 more times after that. Banned on May 30th, 2023 you first appealed this second perma on November 1st, 2023. In that appeal you stated the following. You claimed to not recall the original ban reason but in this appeal you are quite adamant that it was a false ban (more than a year later when these claims can't be verified!). One would assume if a ban was false you would appeal immediately of course. Then on your most recent on April 1st of this year I replied with the following comment when denying: Why do you believe you should skip this waiting period? In the event someone is pk'ed wrongfully and the PK is later reversed do they simply lose that item? The Item is duplicated? The staff must spend their time tracking the item down & the person that obtained it loses it? Risks to rummaging through a body? Targeted pks for items? Fun in theory, probably more annoying in practice.
