ok lets say there was to be "foul play" and they were waiting for an ambush expecting the guy to die you still took the risk and decision to shoot him in the literal pure open AND in the radio you can clearly see your faction members telling you guys to clear the area which you guys obviously didnt you guys could've taken him to a more secluded area you guys took the risk ultimately pulling that trigger locking in the major decision in which determines everyones life, shouldve taken the job more seriously. good luck indeed would be odd how the victim with orders on them knew about the orders unless they were truly told off by someone who knew icly

Guess i never said it here but the mansion AREA (strip that leads up to it and mansion itself) can be rehauled into a "industrial" block it doesnt need to be pretty could be literally anything lower end like townhouses, factory buildings, convenience/liquor stores OR could be a "Wallstreet" like block with professional buildings / luxury restaurants a potential mini world corp to make the world corp slaves shut up OR another urban area more clubs / bars / entertainment like a block LITERALLY the ideas and potential over there is insane (now this is in theory as well of HOW MUCH the area can fit truly) obviously nothing happens overnight a new area of properties could really shake up things for new coming factions or existing ones to move elsewhere changing up the environment also this would provide just more general stuff in the northern end of the map as it is imo incredibly dead no reason to go over there unless you’re one of the few that has to own a property there this change would be benefiting all nearby buildings to continue RP to the area (7/12, gun store thats never used but can be with this change adding relevance, warehouse, laundromat, etc) overall would be a major update / upgrade to the northern side the mansion could be "under utilized" but there's realistically only so much you can do after you use it a few times, obviously a little bit more you could do BUT its owned by the government which never uses it and when you rent it youre under government watch and limited to what you can use the building for overall theres just way more to gain and benefit the entire community with something the people can utilize and move around not a fat chunk just sitting there (its pretty much the old maps harbor warehouse that was in the far corner just sitting there the gov mansion corner/area is a ghost town.)

Could be a good fit for a true authentic style biker bar would be sick to see lines of motorcycles to have lined up (to despawn in few mins lol) and maybe a bouncer club vibe maybe not a repair garage tho lol I get its plausible but it just would be weird imo

nails it well there really doesnt seem to be anything different nothing unique doesnt really dive in the unique RP/experience and as far as i know theres no other garage thats combined to have a bar/garage which SOS happens to own so what are you going to do then? what other RP/ventures can you provide? nothing else is listed and what is mentioned is legit just SOS experienced leader but yeah seems like no point currently, at least with whats currently listed good luck

issue was it was never actually used though, once you stepped inside you were completely prone to being robbed making it a literal ghost town property where people just jumped off of it if it was to return it would potentially need to have a government purpose/city purpose building (maybe a government hotel essentially but with businesses where citizens can safely own individual/legal businesses) OR (put NPCs inside that can be utilized/negating mugs) the idea of people being able to own one of those offices for their private businesses was incredibly good and ive seen great RP with the offices for both business/legal work but it cant be executed safely/effectively unfortunately due to as already mentioned

ehhh nayyyy It ultimately doesnt really benefit anyone and just creates smaller nuisances to already annoying RDMs and what if the person had 0$ on them to begin with? or just kept it all in their bank i guess it would encourage long term players to not cause issues and get killed but even still if someone doesnt value their life i dont think theyre gonna value it regardless over 2.5k or whatever the amount is set etc as for skills thatd just be so annoying the times ive loaded in and been dying of hunger or general afk and coming back to see im now in the hospital this add would be unnecessary

I made it very clear on my intentions and i was accepted in for those reasons/factors of id be an intern and obviously out of crime a population inflator I wasn’t even given associated perms/role in the discord (im a literal clown i was wearing a clown suit upon hire what do you expect) even still i was never put through any hire process other than what the properties are i was trying to leave as it was clear i wasnt wanted around nor did i do anything with them idk how tf i was "Stealing" im gonna assume it was the hire on money but i clarified i had money but was still given money (10k hire on) it cant be stealing if you give it out and NEVER ask for it back with that logic every hire is “stealing” which is a dumb wanna be loophole for "reason". I also was never interacted with after my hire even when I would pass them in the streets / general interactions (chances to tell me to knock it off or the money etc) and ive never said the name lol if i was causing problems the correct thing would just to ask for the money back and kick me out / just unwl me and carry on / giving a warning about the situation etc i was never interacted with post hire in any way nor was fully hired in of the faction/crime side

Hasnt even been a whole month since you posted this and i know very well you cannot experience the server in such a short time (rules, politics, general rp experience, how the server even plays out etc) i feel staff should be harder to obtain and for those with undeniable knowledge and experience goodluck tho 50/50 leaning -1, if you dont get it this time youll get it next time with some more time to show off yourself to the community

+1 Gov Mansion can be reworked into an "industrial/wall street" region with world Corp and maybe other industrial/business esc buildings gives a lot of RP opportunity for general people and actual business opportunity/ideas for factions A LOT of potential but shit doesnt happen overnight + mapping takes time
