Hi. I am the member of staff who banned you, you were being arrested and during the process of your arrest you were doing retarded /me's. I think a few days off would do you some good and maybe you can seek out a doctor in that time.

Hi. I am the banning member of staff involved. You were fired from the PD by one of the IA LTs, this is something you can battle in a ticket with the Commissioner, they made a ticket and I took it, changing your name, removing your PD whitelist and giving you a charkick to reset you to make sure you didn't have any firearms/cuffs etc on your person before you were allowed to leave. Then the LT and a few other cops that were present told you that you needed to be searched to make sure you don't have anything on your person that you're not supposed to have. You instantly swapped characters to your other one, Aarav Patel. Then you swapped back to Amir Magomedov and when the cops said you will be arrested if you do not comply with their orders, you said "kill yourself fag" and then swapped characters again.

I am the banning member of staff, your clip literally shows you ramming your car into another car which then hits someone. That wasn't the first instance of you ramming the same car either. If your intention wasn't to hit people with your car/the other car then why did you continue to ram it.

Maybe you should read them once in a while. "I've played here for 2 years" is like genuinely such piss poor defense. If you had actually read them you would've known that PD raids have to be authorized by UA. You must have a dent in your head if you think that abusing your PD whitelist after you quit because no one would promote you to a Probie is actually an okay thing to do and wouldn't get you punished.

Right now with the recent changelogs, you cannot process a whole inventory/have multiple processed shipments anymore. You must collect your shipment to be able to collect the shipment out of the processor. What a lot of people did before was process a whole inventory and have all the processed shipments sit there until they were done and then they would sell them. However this new update has totally killed processing and now takes even longer to do a full inventory. I'd like to see it reverted back to how it was or just make it so all the shipments combine into one like @DopeAsRoe suggested in staff chat, or even just put a cap on how many shipments there can be at one time.

Hi. I am the member of staff who banned you, Wednesday was a very chaotic night with the server bugging out and losing all clothes, however it was stated multiple times in OOC by myself and other members of staff that normal server rules were still in effect, regardless of the situation of everyone being a white shirt for a few hours. A lot of people then decided to try and storm the PD and during that chaotic event there were a lot of times I spotted you ramming large crowds of people in a car outside of the PD. I am fine with you being unbanned, but you need to take into account that the rules don't just magically go out the window because there's a bug with the server.

Hi. I am the member of staff who banned you, I was shown a clip by one of the patrol LTs which showed you droping some firearms and other things in City Hall. They then proceeded to arrest you and search you. Then as they started walking you to the PD you left the server which would stop them from obviously carrying out the arrest RP etc. You were a bit shitty in the discord about your ban as well, but seeing as you have given an apology I am okay with your ban being reduced or lifted.

I am the member of staff who issued the ban. Your own clip literally shows the whole situation, two dudes were fighting outside of Little Israel and you were basically inserting yourself into a situation that didn't concern you as none of the guys had dealt damage to you, and then as the guy is walking off he tells you to keep your mouth shut and then you pull out your gun and fire at him and then kill him. This is you failing to follow the escalation rules as the guy was an idle threat, not an active threat. I took the reporting player's ticket and he showed me a clip and then after checking logs, you had left a minute later after killing the guy and so you were banned. "In regards to how a user is allowed to react to verbal threats. There are two types of threats, an 'Active Threat' and a 'Idle threat'. Users may kill for an active threat but they may not kill for an idle threat. The difference between the two is situational but will always pertain to if the person making the threats has a weapon in their hand. For example, someone pointing a gun at you and threatening to kill you. This is an Active threat. Someone saying they will kill/beat you in an argument or conversation. (Unarmed, weapon on safety etc) that is an idle threat. You are allowed to react to an Active threat in that moment (Not later when the situation is over)."

Hi. I am the member of staff who handled this PK. As shown in the clip above provided by @Orsini, he had initiated a situation in which FearRP takes place. You willingly walked into a room with a stranger whilst unarmed and then the second he finished typing you pulled your gun out and retaliated and lost the gunfight. Now I don't mind if this gets accepted or not, but you willingly putting yourself in a dangerous situation is pretty stupid and you shouldn't really do that going forward.

If you’re desperate to play on the server again and can’t help getting permanently banned multiple times, why don’t you just pay for an unban? That way, there’s a level of risk when you play, if you get banned again, your money goes down the drain.
