Let me break it down fully from when I took the ticket to when I disabled your PK active status. Timm "Eggsy" Caputo made a ticket stating he got mugged and can identify the guy who mugged him. I claim the ticket and bring him to a sit room where I asked him how he could identify you. He said based on your model, voice and description and then sent me a video of you pulling a gun on him in an alleyway and telling him to put his hands up. Your description at this point in time was "Killian Monjaro Behe". I then said to Eggsy I would set you active and told him the risks of going after you then I returned him. I then flew around watching over Eggsy and his Corsican friend closely. They found you over at the park playing chess with Hamir Abdul, you spoke in voice then and your description was still the same. They followed you around for a little bit and found you again by the Trattoria where it appeared to me like you were being hired by Cassanos. You were walking around out front and they went into the Trattoria to fake order food so it didn't seem suspicious that they were in the area. Then you disconnected so I told Eggsy I would wait a little bit of time to see if you would reconnect, if not then he would have to make another ticket later on. Canadian-bacon even confirmed to the staff member who oversaw the PK the second time that you never changed description.

Hi. I am the original administrator who was going to oversee the PK. You mugged a guy without wearing a mask/bandanna to conceal your identity, which allowed the person who was mugged to identify you. You never changed your description or attempted to mask your voice. After Eggsy and his friend in Corsicans did some searching, they were able to find and identify you. They then made a ticket and showed me how they could identify you, and I had set you PK active to them. They followed you for a bit until you disconnected outside the Trattoria. I then told Eggsy I'll give it a little bit of time to see if you would reconnect, and if you didn't reconnect he'd have to remake the ticket to have you set active again. That is everything on my end. I believe @Bullets might have more to contribute as he oversaw the PK later in the night.

Hi there. I am the member of staff who oversaw the PK. You were set active due to your bosses believing you broke a lot of rules in their faction. Disrespecting Made people after being warned not to and acknowledging that you were warned not to is one of those rules. When you join a faction you agree to abide by the rules of the faction and that you can be killed for any reason and at any time basically.

Hi. I am the member of staff who oversaw your PK. The faction you were in (Rudaj Family) ordered your death because of multiple reasons. Those reasons being "causing unnecessary drama", "being disrespectful to HC" & "Signing unauthorized documents". When you join a criminal faction you get a pop-up on your screen that warns you of the risks when you join one and that you can be PKed at any time. All I can say is better luck in the next life!

Hi, I'm the member of staff who banned you. Role-playing as something called "the road monster" is completely stupid. It's a MafiaRP server, not minge fest. Someone made a ticket on you for VDM, I dealt with the ticket and proceeded to start spectating you. Whilst I was spectating you, you were ramming into every car multiple times, which could be seen as baiting, and you were also knocking people over in your car. If your time on the server is spent fucking around with cars and not actually contributing anything, I don't see a reason for your appeal to be accepted. It's a day. You can wait it out and learn to be a better person when playing on the server.

Hi! I am the member of staff involved in your PK. You were stood semi-AFK in the alleyways next to the old Laventine apartments when a guy ran up on you with his accomplice watching you, he pulled out a gun and started yelling "this is a mug", you could hear the guys demands and had plenty of time to react to them, but you chose to run and then got gunned down. There is a longer clip which was shown to me through the support channel, however it doesn't have any audio from the muggers microphone. Honestly, you are one of those people who never change. We let you back into our faction multiple times on the basis that you would change, you never did. I strongly believe that you should stay banned, especially if you're item transferring/being the middle man. You also allegedly had a rape list which is very cringe. Just pay Pendred to get unbanned like all of the other mega retards do. -1

Hi! I am the member of staff who killed your character. When you participate in crimes such as mugging/lockpicking you are liable to be shot and killed by people. In this case you were lockpicking a room in the ghetto that belonged to a guy, he came over, saw you lockpicking and shot you dead. Due to this, your character is then liable to be permanently killed. I would recommend reading up on the PK Guidelines so that you understand what actions can cause your character to be PKed.

Hi, I am the banning member of staff. There was a dead body, blood, and bullet casings near the electronic store. A detective arrived at the crime scene and saw you with another person. He witnessed you finishing up picking up the casings, at which point he instructed both of you to put your hands up and face the wall while he had a gun pointed in your direction. He repeated this multiple times. The other person complied, but you ultimately disconnected from the server to avoid being arrested. I then asked a member of UA what ban length should be issued, considering the nature of your past offenses, one of which was a permanent ban that you had just been unbanned from a week prior to this incident. As a result, a ban was issued for the appropriate length of time as advised by UA.

Hi. I banned you for attempting to shoot the judge during a court trial, you've said you accepted that part of the ban so I won't comment on that. However, another member of staff took a ticket about you assisting people in crim factions with packages and talking about packages, which ICly, you wouldn't know about as a cop due to the fact you cannot see them or see people carrying them. You cannot be running around on a cop character talking about and assisting people with collecting packages.

I'm the one who banned you. There were 3 staff, 2 AFK and myself online. The situation was you shooting the guy the split second he turned the corner. We did speak about this in DMs and do believe that it wasn't an intentional thing. The 3 day ban was going off of Canadian-bacon stating that people breaking rules during the event will sit the rest of it out if caught. However, I don't think it was with malicious intent on Grant's behalf and I'm happy for him to be unbanned.
