The reason why the character was PK'd was not due to the fault of the staff member or the coding of the PK system. The guy that had shot and killed him was also active to the faction the character was in, resulting in the immediate and automatic permanent kill. Though, based off of the clips provided this strongly seems like a case of possible RDM. And more importantly blatant metagaming in the clip.

Hello, while this was very unfortunate timing for you there is no proof of metagaming by the cops or any sort of impropriety done on the staff part. Cops regularly patrol the ghetto multiple times a day, them stumbling across the body like that is just coincidence and bad timing for you. Additionally, while the officers may have fired first in this situation it was deemed that you consciously started the violent encounter by raising and aiming your weapon at the officers clearly with intent to begin shooting them. They just reacted before you had the chance to shoot.

While I do believe this roleplay could be considered somewhat sexual in nature, I do not believe it constitutes a violation of Global Rule 12 and ERP. Especially considering there has been strip-adjacent clubs on the server before which have gone unpunished/had no staff intervention. That said, this roleplay is still approaching the line of what could be considered a Global Rule 12 violation. Please use better judgment going forward and be more mindful of your actions in similar situations.

While it is there is some evidence to corroborate the issues you have brought up regarding this issue stemming from an OOC argument, this is something that is hard to prove with the current evidence. It really could be either way. BUT, as mentioned earlier in the appeal the issue that was quoted to be the IC reason for your death was in fact voided by staff due to it being a result of character abuse. Therefor the possibility of roleplay continuing from this should not have happened. Ergo no PK should have happened. In my eyes this is the main glaring issue with this PK and the issue that could be definitively used to ascertain whether you would be getting this character back or not. You will be unwhitelisted from the faction, any knowledge you gained from your time in the faction is now null and voided and whatnot. IE No snitching & targeting.

Unfortunately, there isn't often second chances in regards to PKs. Ordinarily only reversed if a rule was broke/mistake as made on staff members side. Which was not what had happened here. You broke the rules and had your character deleted as a result. I already see this punishment quite lenient considering your extensive history of bans & warns.

This is pretty self explanatory. If a faction believes you are harming relations with an allied faction, or creating issues with faction in another alliance they can kill you either to nip your actions in the bud or in an act of self preservation. It seems as if this is what you did and are now seeing the mafia-consequences of such.
