He was behind a door f4 peeking before pulling out his gun and shooting. I already stated that it could have been someone else. The sig spread is tight but not that tight. 4 doesn't make sense It's not about how fast he was shooting, it's how consistent the shooting was.

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: Global Rule 1. I don't mind the character getting PK'd, I would have took this PK on the chin but after reviewing the clip I would like to have some sort of investigation against the player that PK'd me. It could be 100% possible that this player is just and extraordinary PvPer but I don't know this player at all and I've never heard of him until now. I'm suspecting some sort of hacking/cheating due to the following reasons: 1. In the clip it seems that his crosshair (or roughly equal to where the crosshair would be) to lock on to the heads of those that were killed. From the man in the brown jacket that got head tapped, to the man behind me that got headtapped, and then to me, getting headtapped when the bullet went straight past my head (which could have just been a desync issue or something like that). 2. During the PvP, he is talking over the radio and still has extremely precise accuracy. It could have just been someone else speaking over the radio but the callouts that were given just suspect me to believe that it's him speaking. 3. The consistency of the timing between each shot is immaculate. There were no irregular patterns in between each shot. 4. As you can see, the tracer rounds show that the bullet spray is pretty much none. The accuracy with the shots is just so hard to believe that it's legitimate. (edit) 5. He is also abusing third person for this PK. I could be wrong about all of this and he genuinely just might be an amazing PvPer, but reviewing the clip just makes the situation seem a little odd. I don't really know if there's a way to prove any software usage but if this could be looked into I would really appreciate it. I am not involved in this mugging what-so-ever, but I need to state that this entire mugging took place directly in front of an NPC, mugging rule number 5. "You may NOT mug in front of NPCs as they are considered witnesses in RP. You may not bypass this rule by attempting to 'pull them away under FearRP in front of an NPC. Do not target people using NPCs/ATMs/Stashes. This includes camping. In a similar vein you may not camp shipments to mug the owner." I do not understand at all how the PK'ing admin would approve this. Not only is this the first rule violated, Omerta and the party being mugged did not have each others F3 violating another rule that you cannot kill innocent bystanders. "You may not kill or attack people for stumbling onto your mugging or witnessing it. Mug in secluded locations to avoid being seen." This entire PK seems like a big mistake by the PK'ing admin, I hope Upper Administration genuinely investigates this and takes this appeal seriously.

Exactly what @Bullets said, I've heard what happened in the situation and there's a sort of spectrum / severity when it comes to doxxing. Whether if it's calling them by their first irl name, or if it's going to the extent of leaking his phone number plus his full name. You using his mental health and his irl issues as an excuse to dox is completely retarded and unjust. Maybe this will be a learning point for you that actions have consequences whether justified or not.

+1/-1 I would like to see Velentzas make a return. But this application and backstory doesn't look promising. I think it could be utilized for good RP if he used a shit ton of money and added a shit ton of custom items in the game (pendred money grab?)

These meetings I had privately weren't even relating to you. We all agreed we wanted you in a position. Only talks we had were discussing how we should approach The Machine about Luca Quacks. There was never a single time that we said we didn't want you as high command, nor did I say that. We banded these made guys to make a point, that point being that we didn't like what The Machine was doing. And in the sitdown, all we discussed was Luca Quacks, and us showing gratitude for resolving external conflicts.

To touch on this again; Nowhere in the rules does it state that you are able to coup an underboss. There's only talks of couping a Don. You either have false suspicions that I was gonna coup machine (which I would never do because I believe gozmouz is a good leader), or like I've stated previously in the forums, this pk was metagame and ooc because Mr. ibullets wanted to kill me in speculation that I got him killed. There is just too many things wrong with this PK and your arguments.

I was able to acquire three different clips of the sitdown. None of which show any disrespect from me. (If a member of Senior Administration+ comes to me, I will send them the clip. I will not send the clips in this forums page)
