+1, I know this member decently well, he has extreme competence and he has really good staffing experience on other communities. The only issue (if it's even that big of a deal) is his playtime. The reason I say that isn't a big deal is because even though he might not understand the general politics nor understand how we run as a community, that doesn't stop him from having a good understanding of the rules of the server and how a community should be, and run. I have good faith in him. God Speed.
