Uhhhhh no, making an alt discord to avoid a blacklist is completely fine. And adding a feature to blacklist people in the actual game is stupid. It's a gray zone of the rules already, and its just never gonna get implemented in game.

I mean, have you ever tried to RP as an independent criminal? It's very difficult, you have to try really hard to get drugs/process. The intent is to provide players with a sense of pride and accomplishment for acquiring drugs.
