After a review of both clips, a couple points. 1. You very obviously were going to shoot that cop when he came in. You were getting chased and hid behind a door with a shotgun out and then even ignored the clown when he came in lol. This is starting a Violent Confrontation with police. 2. Whether or not the clown had attempted to kill you is irrelevant, dont pull a gun on police just because you think they're wrong. 3. Bullets taking his own PK ticket is fine, this is very obviously a PK, and there weren't even any other staff on at the time, and bullets reached out to another staff member for a second opinion just to make sure. You shouldn't have "Stolen it" in the first place. And you could've given it back to him, as you had searched him again to "put it back" and then didn't and said you were keeping it. You then could've "given it back to him" when you were bodyblocking him in the doorway and he was standing right there. I haven't the slightest clue why you were in the cells in the first place, nor why you thought it'd be totally cool to actually steal shit from prisoners, but it's pretty obviously listed in the rules that you can't do that.
