  1. -1 TLDR: Keep jmooresy banned cake. Starting diverge I had jmz repeatedly shout abuse at me with no context of the rp of the server, later finding out that this guy was a staff member and was treating me like this in my first steps of the server could've pushed some people away so I'm glad I knew to ignore someone just dribbling hatred for no reason as after this and joining a faction that wasn't just shouting abuse at me. Further more I've had this guy show up to an apt in ghetto, switch to his staff char to see what was happening and then switch back to his main char. (What a lovely second meeting). During the conflict I had repeatedly again received abuse (including telling me to kill myself) from jmz but also from his cronies who were instructed to spout the same hatred that this insecure wee guy had spent months shouting at me. Finally moving on from my own bias and looking at the situation from a wider perspective, this is just me, I've talked to other people with similar experiences, these are the people who have stuck around, how many people has jmooresy bullied off the server before the got a chance to explore it? With the events that took place and in the lead up to the ban jmooresy was known to be a nuisance, but went over the line truly with the doxxing. To upload a ban appeal 6 days later stating to have changed, while hanging around in diverge general in my personal opinion shows a lack of growth and learning and more of a desperate plea and bargaining to try and claw his way back in without fully taking on the consequences of what he has done, without thinking about now others may feel about him being back, especially those who has harassed and ultimately doxxed, minor or not it's a complete arsehole move and I would be disappointed with the higher ups of the server if a ban was lifted so soon for behaviour that is hurting the servers player base at an ooc level. If you're reading to this point jmooresy, I do feel bad for you, I get you've spent a lot of time and money creating friendships and community on the server but I do think you need to reflect on how you make others feel before you open your mouth sometimes, not even as a staff member but as a player too, I have to give it to you recently you were becoming less cuntish but once again you've only got yourself to blame for the events that happened which lead us to your ban.

(Reference your unique RP from the question above): I myself like just going out and having group meals and driving to bars and drinking providing the staff with a time to either kick us out or giving us many bountiful meals, Also like to do rides around town once in awhile. Organization Backstory (Min. of 250+ Words & any images): Name: Ludwig "Mad Dog" Schultz Date of Birth: December 2nd, 1930 Place of Birth: Hamburg, Germany Known Aliases: Mad Dog, Urkel Affiliations: Sons of Silence MC (Former Charter President - NYC), Hells Angels MC (Charter President - NYC) Backstory: Ludwig Schultz was born in the dockside shadows of Hamburg, a city known for hard workers, hard drinkers, and hard lessons. His father was a machinist, and his mother worked nights in a local bar. Raised in a working-class home, Ludwig grew up with oil on his hands and fire in his chest. He became a skilled mechanic by sixteen, known for rebuilding engines from scrap. But Hamburg’s streets taught him more than wrenches and torque they taught him how to survive. In 1949, at age 19, Ludwig left Germany. He'd been caught up in a few too many fights, one involving a rival gang and a knife. Facing potential charges, He fled to america where he fought in the Korean war serving under the 35th Fighter Squadron. After the war He joined a biker club consisting of ex military members and with connections through his American uncle an Ex Flying Tigers WW2 Vet, he immigrated to New York City, settling in Southside, where industrial neighborhoods reminded him of home. In NYC, he worked in auto shops, fixing muscle cars and Harleys for cash. It was in a Brooklyn garage that he met members of the Sons of Silence Motorcycle Club - Midwest-born outlaws who were slowly expanding east. Ludwig’s grit, mechanical genius, and refusal to back down earned him respect fast. By 1987, he was a patched member, and by 1988, he was President of the NYC-based chapter, known as “Mad Dog” for how unbreakable he seemed on the road. Under his leadership, the chapter grew. Ludwig brought a brutal code of loyalty and brotherhood. He brokered outlaw alliances and held the crew tight, but tension grew with the national leadership. They headed west, where Ludwig forged new connections with the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club, drawn by their reach, code, and freedom. He In july 1988, Ludwig officially had to give up the position as the President of the New York City Sons Of Silence Charter After an incident cost him to lose his Warehouse feeling unfit at the time , After a few months depressed being backed by West Coast approval. He returned with his rebranded crew, setting up a clubhouse in a fortified warehouse in Queens. With him came loyalty, legacy, and lessons learned the hard way. Now in about to turn 60, Ludwig Schultz is a grizzled outlaw with deep scars and deeper connections. He's seen both brotherhood and betrayal, built empires and burned bridges. In NYC’s biker underworld, his name carries weight equal parts legend and warning.

  3. I'm making a stand against your boring, standing around RP! I have decided to join every faction on the server, incognito to find out which factions have the best and which have the worst, 'new hire RP'. Don't take it too seriously, it's all for fun. I'm aware that different people will hire people differently, take your factions ranking with a pinch of salt. if your faction isn't listed. I'll be updating with the missing ones as, and when. There are some older reviews that I will also be updating to. For the factions that haven't been reviewed yet, you get the upper hand in knowing, i'm on my way. Rules - There must be a minimum of 5 players online for me to join the faction. - There will be no bias from myself. The ranking is purely based on my experience with being hired into your faction. - I will stay entirely in character and avoid any OOC talk. - I won't let it slip that it's me, just in case there is any bias. - I'll RP a lot with /me's - If the opportunity presents itself, I'll make at least 1 mistake to see how the employer reacts. Takahashi 1/10 I walked into the Pho King and asked for a job. After a few minutes of two people discussing who would hire me, I was brought to the nearby bank and given some clothes. I was then told to stand outside and work security, without being told how. I was left entirely on my own for the full duration of the hire. The only time people would interact with me was to get my name. There was a bunch of mid to higher up guys inside just discussing OOC stuff and minging for almost the whole duration. After my mandatory 30 minutes of being AFK, I was brought into the back and then whitelisted in. I was given no formal introduction, wasn't given any faction rules. Just a pat on the back and told to 'go grind'. PRO: None. CON: Too many people messing around, nobody was serious at all. Lucchese 8/10 I walked into the Blue Lobster and asked for a job. I was pulled into the back and quizzed right away. I was asked what experience I had and was made to answer questions about myself. I was quickly given some clothing and a bat and was put on security. The job was fully explained to me, and I was told who to go to if I had any problems. It wasn't standing outside for long before one of the managers shouted me inside and threw a cloth at me and told me to wipe down some tables. He watched as I was wiping them down, telling me I missed a spot etc. There was also another hire working at the same time who was making a bunch of mistakes, and was getting chewed out for it, which made the RP more exciting. I was then asked to take a milkshake over to a table, I deliberately dropped it on the table and the customer made some noises because it had spilt. The manager apologised on my behalf and made me clean it up and get a fresh one delivered. After that I was returned back to the door. After a small amount of time I was brought to a secluded location and was told that I was being invited into a family, I had the family rules fully explained to me and was eventually whitelisted in. PRO: Good resteraunt RP. Was a little different from the usual standing around, although there was a little of it. Great RP skills of those inside. CON: Could be amped up even more, really give the new hires some bitch work to complete. Rudaj 4/10 I approached their bakery and asked for a job. There was a bit of back and forth with the employer asking me questions, to make sure I fit the bill. He got me fitted for a suit and gave me a bat and told me that I was going to be his personal security and I needed to accompany him whilst he takes care of business. He brought me along to his shipment collection, and to pick up some of his friends. During this time I was accidentally hit by a car and almost killed. The guy who employed me took it personally and made it his mission to track the guy down and make him apologise. This would've been a good way to fill the time with some RP but the employer constantly spoke OOC and just wasn't taking it seriously at all. After some driving around and recon, we found the guy working at the Takahashi gun shop. We went in and demanded an apology, the individual apologised and we moved on. We then went back to the bakery and I was whitelisted in straight away. Wasn't given any low down, or rules etc. PRO: Fun little side mission, although I think if I wasn't hit by a car, I would've ended up standing around for the entire duration. A happy accident. CON: RP wasn't taken seriously at all. Sons of Silence 5/10 Headed to the Dead Dog Saloon and asked for work. I was quickly taken care of, and got situated with a suit and a baseball bat. I was put to work on security, which came with the standard 'standing around RP'. I was tabbed out for almost the entirety of this. Although the hiring RP was incredibly boring, I will note that the faction members stayed in character really well and the people who I did get to interact with, role-played really well. After my mandatory standing around time - I was brought into the warehouse and this is where the RP got a little more exciting. The employer wasn't just going to invite me in. He conducted a full interview before hand. He wanted to know things like where I was from, am I a good mechanic and what certain things meant to me etc. I answered all of the questions and then was whitelisted into the faction. He then reeled off the rules (which actually sounded a lot like the Diamond rules I wrote years ago lmao) PRO: The interview before whitelist was very in-depth and actually made me think about how I would respond, like my answer mattered to me getting into the club or not. CON: Way too much standing around doing fuck all. With an entire bar inside, my entire RP experience was confined to standing outside a door. Altoviti 5/10 I approached the motel and asked one of the workers for a job and he told me to follow him. He took me to the hardware store and clothing store to get situated. We then walked back to the motel and I was told to hang around in case 'something happens'. I waited for 5 or so minutes before he asked me to accompany him to the electronics store and back. After that I headed back to the Motel where I met some management, briefly. I was then tabbed out for around 20 minutes, with utterly no interaction at all. Eventually the manager came back and my employer asked if he could get me in full time. He said he needed another 5-10... I waited. After that I was brought into the Motel back room and asked a few questions and then got invited into the faction. After I was brought in, the manager told me to come with him to the car dealer, where I was given money for a company car. He then took out his own car and told me to drive, to get a feel for the city. He told me to head to Corbizzi's, I was given directions because I didn't know where it was. As we arrived, he brought me up to the Napoli rooms and this is where I was given the full family rules and told what is expected of me. The manager's RP was very good and stayed in character the whole time. As we left Napoli I was introduced to some more whitelisted members, who all interacted with me and asked questions, rather than just fish for my ID. PRO: The post whitelist RP was fun, eventful and I actually felt like I had joined a mob. CON: It's a shame everything before it was incredibly boring, with little to no RP. It's crazy that with a property the size of the motel that new hires aren't cleaning rooms etc. Bonanno 2/10 I approached Dom's Diner and asked the guy outside for a job. He asked a few questions and then said 'wait here whilst I get you some clothes'. Around 5 mins later he returned and gave me some clothes. I put them on and he explained that I would be working security. I was never told how to work security and wasn't even given a bat. I stood around for over half an hour almost entirely AFK. There was occasionally a higher up who would pop in and out and interacted with me and showed his RP skills by making comments on my chars description (i put that I had a silver cross around my neck), but it was mainly to get my name. As time went on there was the odd conversation with my employer but he every time he would go somewhere else and leave me on the door. There wasn't much RP at all. Eventually I was pulled into the back and given the discord link, He didn't have hire perms though, so I was left without a whitelist and told to 'find someone who can hire you in, you are fully hired but you just need to find someone who can whitelist you'. There was no formal introduction. I didn't feel like I was about to join a mob at all. PRO: One of the other hires was always in character. CON: Everything else. Almost no RP at all. Standing around simulator. Supreme Team 6/10 I made a black character and hung out where I knew Supreme hang out. I spoke to a random dude and asked for a job. I was brought to the apartment block near the car dealer and told to hang tight. I met a few people whilst my employer ran off to get me some clothes and a bat. When he came back he gave me them and got me situated. I was standing on the door for maybe 5-10 minutes top when I was then told to get in a car and brought to the docks. From there I was whitelisted in straight away, after joining the discord. From then, I was brought to the car dealer and was set up with a custom car, I was told to get in another car and go with some of my new gang members. I was brought to the ghetto and was told to empty the trunk (it was full of weed growing stuff). I was brought to a room and my employer explained to me how to grow weed and he went through the full process. After some time doing a grow, I accompanied them to to the docks and I was told I need to make 15k in a week to qualify for a promotion. I was told to grind oil, I then left on my own to go and do that. Worth noting that everybody stayed in character pretty much the entire time. Definitely felt the African-American vibe. PRO: Stayed in character, set me about growing rather than standing around. CON: Where this falls short is how quickly I was whitelisted. If the growing and stuff was included BEFORE I was whitelisted then this would've been a higher mark. Also the rules, and formal introduction are needed. The only thing i was told was 'get 15k'. I was never even told the name of the faction lol Gambino 10/10 I approached their restaurant and asked for a job. I was asked my name and briefly quizzed about what I was looking for, my employer was roleplaying with an accent and brought me into the back. He got me situated with a knife and some clothes and he told me to stand at the door, and in the same breath he changed his mind and invited me to go for a walk. I was brought around all of Little Italy and explained where was good, where was not so good etc. We walked through city hall and stopped off at a bakery and had some good restaurant RP where we ate banana bread and talked openly about the city, my history etc. After that we hit a server crash so I just went back to the business and was introduced to somebody else. He took me on a short walk to Napoli where I was frisked. We roleplayed him taking my boot knife off me. I was then brought into a room where I met some shadowy figures and was presented with a choice, take my pay and leave or take a weapon and see how far the Italian RP rabbit hole goes. I of course chose the gun, I was told that there is someone who owes some gambling debts that needs to pay up or I need to take him out. My new hiring rep walked me down to the area and waited outside. I knocked on the door of the boathouse and asked to use the phone because my car had broken down, once inside I pulled a gun and demanded the money from my mark. He shrieked and started shouting about not having it as he spent it on his daughter's cancer treatment. I executed him. Upon walking back to the room I was made to recite an oath, if I wanted to continue on my journey. I was asked to make promises for the faction and the don etc. After answering correctly I was invited in and was offered the discord link. I then went with my hire rep and he showed me where to process, where to obtain oil and where to sell it. Staying in character the entire time. PRO: Outstanding RP. Not once did anybody ever break character, this RP was very reminiscent of when I joined my first RP server back in 2021 (shout out Backwoods and the OG Cassanos). I felt like I was joining a crime family. Not ONCE was I made to wait around doing fucking nothing. CON: The only con I have is that I wasn't really told anybodies nicknames. This review was conducted during some server fallout, luckily I didn't need anybody's names to continue the RP.

What is your motivation/reason for applying?: * I really enjoy this server and have had a lot of fun playing here, I've ended up spending a lot more time on it this year then I expected, and I'd like to give back by helping out as a mod. I'm especially interested in helping during times that not many staff are on like late nights or early weekends to help make sure things are running smooth and fair for everyone:) Why should you be considered over other candidates?: * I think I should be considered over other candidates because I'm a very approachable person and easy to communicate with. I also have real-life management experience which has taught me how to handle situations calmly, diffuse conflicts, and take fair approaches when making decisions. Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): no Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: no Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: * I don't know if i would say well known but there is a fair amount of people who know me and I would assume people find me helpful and approachable. What is your favorite moment on Diverge so far?: War was fun really enjoyed the dedication people put in at the time Have any staff members recommended you? Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: Clip it tell another staff member, If there was no one else on I would just pull the people involved and get perspectives and hand out the consequence's based off my best judgement. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would ask the fellow staff member what's going on see if maybe I'm just unaware of something and If it doesn't seem to add up I would bring it up with someone in the next chain of command. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I would try to have another staff member take the ticket to avoid bias but if there's no one that can I would get all perspectives and dish out whatever is necessary based on proper chain of escalation. ---------------------------------------------------------

  5. Like the typewriter where you can print google docs have a VHS tape that you can embed youtube videos. You can argue that people will use it to put fail rp videos but you can do the same thing with the typewriter. Why should diverge network add this? It will encourage people to make RP videos ingame such as news broadcasts etc.

While I had been playing it spurts over the past year, I really dove in this time around and have been having a blast again. I wanted to be about to contribute to this project once again and display the qualities, many know of me to be true. I have a genuine enjoyment for helping people. Along with that, people have told me they like the way I handle staffing from previous experiences. This also gives me an opportunity to switch up the pace and doing something different while playing on the server. Finally, I have a handful of friends on the staff team and I think it would be an enjoyable experience to be working with people I am familiar with. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: My goal is to help other players in any way I can, so that they can better understand what is right and wrong. This allows everyone to fully enjoy what Diverge has to offer. I also want to handle staff reports and tickets in a proper way. This means investigating each situation thoroughly and taking appropriate action when there is a disagreement. I believe that it's important to get to the bottom of things and find fair solutions. In addition, I consider myself to be patient and calm when dealing with hostile individuals and groups. I try to act as a mediator, helping to resolve conflicts and find solutions to problems. Overall, my main aim is to contribute to a positive and enjoyable environment in Diverge. I want to help create a space where everyone can have a fun time with whatever players choose to do on the server. After all, we are here to play a video game and have fun. I am a dedicated player to this community and love the players within it. I believe it is important for players to see a friendly face when interacting with staff. During my tenure as staff across all the servers I've helped, I've had the pleasure in assisting in over ten thousand tickets. I am super active at hours where there is not normally staff online, before/after day time map switch. Along with being late night/early morning, I am usually on during prime hours (player peak). If given the chance I will absolutely take advantage to aid the server. This is what I enjoy and would only be right to aid once more. Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): Prometheus Networks - Administrator & Game Master - 1 Year (I know) Revenant Networks - Administrator & Game Master - 6 Months (Launch Staff) Revelation Networks - Administrator - 3 Months (Launch Staff) Diverge Networks - Moderator - 3 Months Various FiveM Servers Focusing on Serious Roleplay - 2 Years Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: Once, for abuse. The ban was appealed and I have been playing without punishment since March 2023. Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I would say that I am fairly known within the NutScript community as a whole, through my prior staff experiences. People also know characters of mine through Diverge, due to the hundreds of interactions with other players. Unless an in-character enemy of mine, I wouldn’t say that many have bad things to say about me, however you can’t make everyone like you. I try my best to hold myself to a high level of professionalism and understanding. Have any staff members recommended you? If so, list their names: Pimpin Yumeko Problem Solving Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: Clip it, if other staff members are around take it up as a normal SIT, but if I’m the only one active/around and if I’m not directly involved I’ll take it into my own hands if absolutely necessary. Talk to the guy, have him explain his side of the story and see if what he says matches up at all with my clip. Then I would take the person he RDM’d and interview that person to collect their side of the story. Based on that outcome and by my best judgment I would punish the person accordingly. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would likely mention my observations to the staff member I suspect of abusing. Check and see if there's a misunderstanding, etc. If not, I will collect any evidence that I can and take it up the Staff Chain of Command, so it can be sorted appropriately. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: There is always a possibility for anyone to call bias. First and foremost, I would talk to my friend and tell them that I think that is unacceptable behavior. Because I am associated with them my course of action would be to have another staff member take the ticket/weigh in on the decision to make sure that the outcome is as fair as possible. --------------------------------------------------------- Thank you to all who choose to read and give feedback on this application. I appreciate it.

  12. Your Character or Steam Name: Jeff Bacchen Your SteamID (Click to retrieve):STEAM_0:0418526684 Your Discord ID#:21schmekles Reason for ban: Mugging Char Length of ban:5 Days Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I participated in a mugging that was a completely random decision in the ghetto with a couple guys, The character that was claimed to be a "Mugging Char" has multiple items on him worth of value that I was risking losing in participating in mugging that person, Also the character was made a considerable amount of time ago and was never made for the sole intention of mugging people, I play on the character quite often and the situation involving my ban was abrupt and not planned. Why should you be unbanned? I believe My character isn't in the terms of a "Mugging Char" and I was putting my own life at risk In which I was aware of, The character was never made to be a mugging char or is a mugging char in general. Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I attempted to save a friend from being arrested, I pointed my gun at him but had no bullets so my gun clicked twice. In this scenario, I think in my view the cop should’ve made an attempt to arrest me but instead, decided to shoot me. I knew the consequences of the action but since the cop heard the click of my weapon could have prompted him to roleplay an arrest or disarmament rather than use lethal force. (Unless you have posted a valid LOA): Yes Are you familiarized with SAM and/or Nutscript commands?: a little bit (IK its connected to PK's and /me's) Do you acknowledge that lying on this application will result in immediate denial and blacklisting from staff?: Yes ------------------------------------------------- Long Answer What is your motivation/reason for applying?: *I mainly want to help the server in a roleplay aspect helping oversee Sit-down's and hits for the mob and help the police send someone to the grave for attacking them with a baseball bat. I also wanna assist in stopping the great minge floods and prevent minging/cop baiting in general because its a problem, more so people intently ramming cop cars to get a chase. I'm also addicted to the serious roleplay aspect of things in terms on court RP and Sit-downs and hits and I'd love to help players who intend to roleplay and intend to follow the server rules but might not know or might even be brand new and need some help. (people hate reading) Why should you be considered over other candidates?: * Really depends on the person some candidates might be better then me, however I can provide activity and an addiction to even just watch good roleplay (I'd record it and show my friends tbh) also Good knowledge on the rules and a person who socializes with the roleplay community. I also speak Arabic incase that's ever helpful and I'd say I have an aspiration to look around while on duty for people being overtly mingy (ERP during arrest or talking about pedo crap) or anyone else ruining a serious roleplay scene. Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): Not really (Roblox RP but not the same and my own dark rp & some friends who owned a dark rp but again doesn't count comparatively they were also very low pop) Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: Not any on Diverge servers I was warned for NPC camping once in march when the stolen checks first came out Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: *I'd say I have a great reputation on the server and I'm hoping that the replies or comment section shows that to be true. I'm popular on my main Ali Abbas Hussein who's known mostly as the chill cop for a long time the only people that ever really disliked me are arrestee's who spent almost an hour cop baiting an complain that they have felony charges berceuse's of their actions, In PD I was seen as incompetent by the IA section which led to a lot of cursing me out on discord which I ignored. The reason was because I fired an officer that was one of their friends for cursing me out their supervisor (it was my first or 2nd day which did look bad), But that's the most controversy I've ever gotten into on this server and it was weeks ago so I doubt they still feel that way in IA. What is your favorite moment on Diverge so far?: Very hard to choose to be honest but its mostly actual court and when the verdict is called but also the events are pretty fun and hostage situations Have any staff members recommended you? If so, list their names: Galaxy, Dr.Hax ------------------------------------------------- Problem Solving Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I'd clip it just in case its needed as evidence for a PK(can't assume RDM) or RDM, Then If a staff ticket appears I'd check if other staff are on and join in on making a ticket to provide supporting evidence if no staff is on I'd try to contact someone IK to get on and if they can't I'll try to take the ticket without any Bias or presumptions. If its clearly just Random I'd make a staff ticket myself and if no staff is online and no ticket is made I'd just leave it alone You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I'd try to record it and gather any other evidence of abuse of power and if its something bad or a harm to role-player's on the server and I have evidence I'd report this to my higher up (most likely bacon?) A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: It does(not for me) as a general rule its not a good idea to take a ticket with someone I know personally. its better to give it off to another staff member if possible but if not possible I'd take it myself and treat it as if its any other ticket and apply the appropriate punishment with the evidence brought fourth to me and I'm confident in myself to be able to do that ---------------------------------------------------------

  19. I'd like to make a follow up to my previous forum post and focus on issues that have been had with the user "Bullets" on the server. On paper, “Bullets” is the underboss of the Bonanno crime family—a position that should command respect, fear, and authority. But behind closed doors, the name "Bullets" is a punchline. No one really knows where the nickname came from—some say it’s ironic, others claim it’s because the only thing he ever shoots is his mouth off at the buffet line. Weighing in at over 300 pounds, Bullets has more chins than confirmed hits. He waddles into social clubs like he owns the place, but the soldiers can barely keep a straight face when he gives orders. His expensive suits are always a size too tight, and his greasy, thinning hair clings to his scalp like it’s trying to escape. But the real talk around the neighborhood isn't just about his size—it’s his complete lack of presence. In a world where masculinity and dominance rule the streets, Bullets is known for being socially awkward, especially around women. He can’t hold eye contact with a cocktail waitress, let alone make a move. Rumors say he once turned beet red when a hostess at a steakhouse called him “babe” while seating him—he didn’t speak the rest of the night. Some of the younger guys whisper behind his back, calling him a “fanook”—not because he’s actually gay, but because, in the macho world of La Cosa Nostra, being soft or unsure of yourself is enough to earn the insult. It’s the ultimate disrespect in that circle, and it sticks to Bullets like marinara on a white shirt. Even the boss, who keeps him around for political reasons, is rumored to have called him “dead weight” during a private sit-down. But Bullets doesn’t seem to notice—or maybe he does, and just doesn’t have the guts to confront it. He's a tragicomic figure in a brutal world: a man who rose too high, too fast, without earning it—clinging to his rank while everyone beneath him mocks him with forced nods and fake respect.

  20. To the Diverge Networks Staff Team, On behalf of my friend drm009, I am writing to respectfully request another chance for his character “Whispers,” who has been an active and valuable member of the Bonanno crime family roleplay on the server. We want to begin by apologizing sincerely for any disruptions that may have occurred. We understand the standards that Diverge Networks sets for serious roleplay, and we value the immersive world you maintain. “Whispers” has been developed carefully to fit the Mafia RP setting, bringing authenticity and depth to the Bonanno crime family’s interactions. Rather than relying on surface-level roleplay, drm009 has built “Whispers” into a subtle, soft-spoken character who influences situations through careful words and strategic actions. His role often encourages dialogue, tension, and collaboration, making storylines more engaging not just for himself but for those around him. He does not powergame or look for easy wins—his aim has always been to contribute to a richer, more believable atmosphere within Mafia RP. Unfortunately, we believe that his unban appeal has been unfairly colored by a smear campaign initiated by another player, “Bullets.” While we respect all players’ contributions to the community, it feels clear that personal bias has played a role in misrepresenting “Whispers.” This has undermined the true quality of drm009’s roleplay and overshadowed the positive impact he has had within the Bonanno family’s storylines. We ask that staff take this into consideration and separate any personal rivalries or agendas from the objective evaluation of his appeal. It has become increasingly clear that Bullets in particular has been driving this narrative against “Whispers.” His approach to roleplay has often been less about immersion and more about dominating others through intimidation OOC, spreading negativity, and trying to undercut players who outshine him in creativity or subtlety. Many see him as slow to adapt to nuanced Mafia RP, relying instead on brute force and loud, overbearing tactics that don’t reflect the intelligence or finesse of true organized crime storytelling. This jealousy and resentment has fueled unnecessary hostility toward drm009, and it’s disappointing to see that energy directed into derailing a well-crafted character instead of lifting up the overall community. Similarly, while the Bonanno family has a strong presence on the server, their leadership dynamic has sometimes fostered exclusion rather than collaboration. Players like Bullets have been elevated as “pets” or enforcers for figures such as Mental, which creates an atmosphere where personal grudges outweigh authentic roleplay. Instead of encouraging nuanced Mafia RP—strategic alliances, careful business dealings, and subtle manipulation—this structure too often rewards blunt aggression and OOC smear tactics. It’s within this climate that “Whispers” has been unfairly targeted, despite consistently prioritizing roleplay quality and immersion over petty rivalries. At the end of the day, drm009 wants nothing more than to return as “Whispers” and continue helping build the immersive Mafia world that Diverge Networks is known for. He is ready to demonstrate even more care in his roleplay going forward and to ensure that the experience remains enjoyable and respectful for all players. We ask humbly that you allow him this opportunity. Respectfully, Spaced

  22. Hello! Phones are pretty useless once you get out of the stage of doing random street deals, i personally used one again for the first time today after probably over a year and it got me thinking. I have a few ideas that could make phones more usable. 1. A voice mail system. If your phone call doesn't get answered of connected, allow for a short message to be sent. These can be seen by the person your attempting to call when they next log on, giving them your number and your message. 2. Landlines. This ties in with the first idea a little. Allow business to have a landline phone within their property. They will be able to publicly advertise this number to allow for example, reservations of tables as restaurants, placing orders for firearms at gun stores and stock checks at clothing stores. 3. This idea is a little ambitious but a sim system. Allow users to purchase sim cards to get new numbers instead of buying a whole new phone each time. This can be a physical item that can be swapped in and out of phones. This could allow for more in-depth detective role play if a phone was used in the commission of a crime. ( Also, as a little side idea to make phones more realistic, make some sims more expensive to allow more calls, while this may be seen as annoying i think it could make the role play experience a little more fun, E.G, you run out of calls for the day and need to either pay for more or take the risk of attempting to approach either someone you know or someone on the streets. Let me know your thoughts on these! God bless.

  23. The year is 1989. Nothing has happened to America's beloved towers. I've noticed that the statue of Liberty is present in the skybox, very visible, it only stands to reason that we add the Twin Towers to the skybox. This is for the sake of realism, and to add to the immersion of the community. It's important for the environment to reflect real life. Now, if this server lasts another 12 years, we may have problems, but we'll figure that out then.

  26. As many of you may have noticed, there has been a noticeable rise in criminal activity committed solely for the purpose of obtaining felony status and gaining access to certain benefits. I agree with the benefits, as felons can no longer legally own a firearm license or carry a firearm without committing a crime. However, there should be a system in place that allows criminal faction members to access those same products and equipment without having to rely on receiving a felony charge. The Idea: - Felons receive a 25% or 50% discount on products that were previously locked behind felony status; - Felons receive +1 extra unit when crafting equipment that was previously felon-locked. These products and equipment also become available for criminal factions to purchase or craft, without requiring felony status.

  27. b.2312. A guy in the history books, one for the ages. Let me tell you guys a tale about this young chap. No name shines brighter than drm009, a roleplayer whose sheer talent has become the stuff of legend. Known as the "Godfather of Immersion," he’s the player who could walk into any scene—whether a smoky backroom negotiation or a chaotic street shootout—and elevate it into a cinematic masterpiece. His ability to embody any character, from a sharp-suited mob boss dripping with charisma to a street-level hustler clawing for survival, is unmatched, with entire factions building their lore around his storytelling. Many claim that entire server events have been shaped by the ripple effect of his choices, as admins and players alike scrambled to keep up with the depth and realism he brought to every encounter. In fact, it’s said that when drm009 logged in, the server’s population spiked, because everyone knew they were about to witness RP so good it blurred the line between game and reality.

  28. I’d like to make a follow-up to my previous forum post and focus on a specific strength that drm009 brings to the server — his unmatched ability in custom suit roleplay. Outfits in Mafia RP are more than just cosmetics; they’re a reflection of a character’s status, ambition, and personality. “Whispers” has consistently elevated this part of the roleplay experience, using custom suits not just as decoration, but as storytelling tools that immerse others in the atmosphere of organized crime. Where many players in the Bonanno family and elsewhere may treat suits as simple wardrobe changes, drm009 goes deeper, building a reputation around the attire itself. The way “Whispers” carries himself in tailored clothing, the way he uses style as part of his intimidation, and even the subtle status cues his suits provide all make his roleplay stand out. His attention to detail is unmatched across most of the server, setting a higher standard that others rarely reach. It isn’t just about looking sharp — it’s about weaving the look into the narrative of a character who thrives on subtle influence and presence. This dedication to custom suit RP sets him apart from most of the Bonannos. While their style often feels repetitive or surface-level, “Whispers” makes it an art form. He treats clothing as an extension of his roleplay — every suit, tie, or accessory chosen to send a message. It’s this level of care that immerses others in the world and makes every interaction feel authentic to the Mafia setting. Few players can match that level of consistency or creativity, and many have noticed how it enhances the experience when “Whispers” is around. Allowing drm009 to return would mean bringing back not just a well-developed character, but also one of the strongest examples of custom suit RP the server has. It’s an aspect of Mafia storytelling that often goes overlooked, and yet he has mastered it to the point of setting the bar for others. For that reason alone, “Whispers” deserves the opportunity to return and keep enriching Diverge Networks with the kind of detail and immersion that makes the server truly unique. Respectfully, Spaced

  29. When it comes to MafiaRP on the Diverge community server, no one comes close to the legendary drm009. Known across the city for his razor-sharp wit, flawless character immersion, and ability to turn every encounter into cinematic gold, drm009 has built a reputation as the gold standard of roleplay. Whether he's orchestrating high-stakes heists or navigating the treacherous world of crime families with the poise of a mob boss straight out of a Scorsese film, drm009 consistently outshines the competition. Meanwhile, the Bonanno Crime Family continues to drag its feet in the RP scene, infamous for their half-baked dialogue, immersion-breaking antics, and a general lack of finesse. Where drm009 brings life and depth to every scene, the Bonannos bring… confusion. It’s no wonder the community holds drm009 in such high regard—he’s not just a player; he’s masterclass.

Have you read the rules?: Yes Do you have a working microphone?: Yes Do you acknowledge that you must meet the weekly minimum ticket quota of 20 tickets? (Unless you have posted a valid LOA): Yes Are you familiarized with SAM and/or Nutscript commands?: No Do you acknowledge that lying on this application will result in immediate denial and blacklisting from staff?: Yes ------------------------------------------------- Long Answer Questions proceeded with an asterix require a response of 3 Sentences Minimum. What is your motivation/reason for applying?: I have been enjoying the server for over 6 months now, and have gained a lot more free time recently. I thought it would be valuable to me and the community to start helping out with the moderation efforts and ensuring an enjoyable time for everyone who passes through the city, so that hopefully more people will stick around and have the positive experience I have had so far! If something's good, it's worth maintaining. I also think being a staff member would help inform my future RP and gameplay, and deliver a better experience for me and the people I interact with as a result. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I am an adult and I have worked in management within the hospitality industry for nearly 4 years and am very experienced in being a mediator of conflicts and issues. I am capable and willing to ensure everyone walks away from a dispute without feeling like they've been treated with bias, or that an outcome was unfair. I spend enough time on the server to want to assist in its moderation, but not so much as to be deep in the Diverge drama mines. I will hear out what people have to say, without becoming personally offended should they be upset due to the nature of their ongoing issue. Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): No, but I am sure to pick everything up quickly Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: No Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I am definitely not unknown, but not super well known, especially in terms of the OOC community, I believe I bring a good amount of roleplay and I am always being agreeable, approachable and fun to interact with. I'm sure there will be some people who can attest to my reputation better than I can myself, haha - I'm definitely trying to interact with more people in the city, from all the businesses and beyond, particularly through getting into legal RP. I am confident my reputation is good overall What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: There is a huge amount of things I could pull from, obviously conflict can be fun, but I have always enjoyed the dinners, meetings and community events the most! I like taking my friends and family to a new restaurant to RP, try some new food and say Marone like 20,000 times. I think the best moments are always found within small interactions between you, and some Unknown guy on the street, where you just remember for a second that everyone around you is an actual person. Those 60 second talks-in-passing can genuinely be just some of the funniest or most human moments you can get from gaming. Have any staff members recommended you? If so, list their names: SexaphoneGod, Yumeko, Mmmm_cookies, Jennay, Boosted, Toasty, Falcon ------------------------------------------------- Problem Solving Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take. Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: If I was off-duty, I would be happy to make a staff ticket myself, or encourage the involved parties to do so. This would then ideally lead to an active staff member handling the ticket, and I would be available to provide a clip or support if necessary. If there were no other staff active, or it was a particularly busy time, I would encourage the involved parties to make a ticket and then claim it in an official capacity, rather than skipping over that initial step. If there is a preferred protocol for this, I would be happy to learn it, too You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would communicate to the staff member that the abuse is becoming frequent and that despite it being somewhat "lowkey" it is likely to cause them or me an issue in the future, and may be effecting the wellbeing of players or other staff, and so they need to fix up their behaviour. If they showed no ability to express remorse or understanding of what they were doing wrong, and made no promise to stop doing these minor infractions, then I would speak with a separate higher ranked staff member to inform them of the ongoing problems, and leave it in their hands. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I would say this constitutes a possible bias, as one might feel like they can let their friend off easy, due to their anecdotal past experiences with them. In this circumstance, I would not be involving myself with the ticket, unless necessary. The ticket needs to run its course through the proper due process, without the personal opinion of a staff member. If there is proof of the RDM and/or minging, the correct punishments or warnings need to be issued. Whilst I know I would have no gripe with issuing proper consequences to members of my faction(s) it is also preferable for the sake of preventing bias accusations, that someone else handles the ticket. If there is no other option, or I am required to take the ticket I would do my most to ensure 1. a fair and due process and 2. the parties involved leave free from concerns of bias. To conclude: I have been massively engaged in Diverge for a good while, and enjoying it so much, I think I am a good fit to assist in the moderation of the server, and that both fellow staff and the community/playerbase would get along well with me, and I can devote enough time to make the required weekly quota (and then some) Thanks for your consideration! ---------------------------------------------------------

  35. Critique of Ban Appeal: Grammar and Structure: 2/10 This appeal is poorly constructed and difficult to read. It consists of a single incoherent paragraph, riddled with run-on sentences, misspellings, missing punctuation, and vague statements. There is no clear timeline, no formatting, and no attempt to communicate in a professional or even legible tone. It reads like a stream-of-consciousness rant, not a serious appeal. Claim-Evidence-Reasoning Breakdown: Claim: You are arguing that your permanent ban is unjust and should be reversed. That’s a valid basis for an appeal, but the execution is completely lacking. Evidence (Weak): You vaguely state that the admin “mmm.cookies” told you the ban would be 3 weeks, escalating only if future infractions occurred. You mention that a senior admin allegedly escalated the punishment to a permanent ban without notice. You also claim you didn’t know that killing a cop to protect a friend was against the rules, despite admitting you had already been banned for similar behavior. Issues with Evidence: You provide no actual proof or logs to support what the admin said. You admit you’ve been banned before—so you’re clearly not new to server rules or consequences. “I see other people do it” is not a defense; it’s an excuse. Reasoning (Flawed): You believe that since you served your 3-week ban, any extension is inherently unfair. But if senior staff reviewed your case and determined your behavior warranted escalation, that is within their right—especially if there was a pattern of prior offenses or low-quality behavior. You don’t demonstrate understanding of the rule you broke, nor take full responsibility. Saying “I didn’t realize” and then immediately excusing it by saying “everyone else does it” shows no growth or reflection. Verdict: This is a textbook example of how not to write a ban appeal. You appear entitled to an unban, show minimal remorse, and submit an appeal that fails even basic standards of communication. It gives staff zero reason to reconsider your case. If you want to be taken seriously: Write in clear, proper sentences. Provide direct evidence if you’re accusing staff of inconsistency. Take full responsibility without shifting blame. Show you understand the rule you broke and why it matters. Until you do that, this appeal reads like someone more upset about consequences than someone who wants to improve

What is your motivation/reason for applying?: *Honestly, the server has brought me so much joy. I want to give something back. I care about this community. I want to help where I can to make a real difference. This server is different from others I’ve seen. It stands out. It feels positive, welcoming, and full of good people. I’d like to contribute to that spirit. Maybe I can help by sharing ideas, answering questions, or lending a hand in whatever way is needed. I want to be involved and helpful, not just a member, but someone who helps keep this server great. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: *I’m not going to sit here and sing my own praise, but I’m level-headed for the most part. I believe my dedication can be counted on—I follow through even when things get busy. I’m consistent and dependable, so others know they can trust me. I stay calm in pressure and can juggle tasks without panicking. Overall, I bring steady energy, focus, and the kind of reliability that helps a team run smoothly. Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): I’ve got very limited moderation experience. I was a moderator for a few weeks, but I honestly can’t remember the server name; it ended up shutting down before I got real hands on time. Even though it was brief, I showed up, followed the rules, and tried to keep things organized. I’m a fast learner, respectful, and dependable even when I don’t know all the ins and outs yet. I’m eager for the opportunity to grow and contribute more if given the chance. Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?:I made a mistake early on when I was new to the server. I ended up randomly killing someone who was driving, because I thought their driving was reckless and yes, that was RDM , which is against server rules and I got banned. I’ve definitely learned from that experience. I now understand the importance of following RP rules and handling conflict calmly instead of jumping to extremes. I’m more patient now and know that moderating means guiding and resolving issues, not reacting. Overall, I’m committed to being a fair, thoughtful member who grows from my mistakes Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: *I’d like to think that John Gordon has become something of a household name in our community, basically, someone people recognize and think of often. I've also been trying out civilian life under the name Jim Gordan, and I hope that’s left a positive impression too. Overall, I believe most folks see me in a good light well, except maybe those I’ve arrested, although even then I hope it's respectable. I truly care about this community and hope what I’ve contributed reflects that. What is your favorite moment on Diverge so far?: I have so many great memories from Diverge, but the one that really stands out is climbing through the ranks of the PD. I still remember the night I was hired as a cadet—around 2 AM, with retired Cpl. Joe Ribbentrop. There wasn’t an admin online, so I didn’t have any roles, and I was just handed a video and told, “Good luck!” Later, I got to patrol with Sgt. Cam Stephen. He asked me where I saw myself going in the PD, and I said, “Sgt seems like a good spot.” Now, here I am serving as a Lieutenant. It might not be a single epic moment, but it’s a memory I’ll carry with me. That journey from cadet to Lt, means a lot to me. Have any staff members recommended you? If so, list their names: DONG, GALAXY, GREENGHOST, COOKIES, LOGAN ------------------------------------------------- Problem Solving Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take. Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: If I witness someone committing RDM while I’m off-duty, I’d first report it in admin chat and submit a video clip as evidence. If no one responds in time, I’d hop on duty via my staff alt to monitor the behavior directly and see if it continues; step in if absolutely necessary You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do ?: If I noticed a fellow staff member of equal or higher rank misusing their position, I would discreetly collect solid evidence such as logs, timestamps showing repeated , subtle abuse, or Videos and then report it privately to someone higher up in the Command Chain. I’d avoid public accusations or drama and instead trust senior leadership to review the evidence. This ensures accountability while preserving professionalism and confidentiality A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. Does it constitute possible bias?: I’d look at their history first. If they have a clean record, I’d treat this as a potentially one time incident and not assume bias. However, if they’ve had similar complaints before, I’d consider that their reputation could matter. It can constitute possible bias either way, but as long as the punishment is fair, rather than favoritism, that’s acceptable. Ultimately, consistent enforcement and transparency matter more than personal connections.

Have you read the rules?: Yes Do you have a working microphone?: Yes Do you acknowledge that you must meet the weekly minimum ticket quota of 20 tickets? (Unless you have posted a valid LOA): Yes Are you familiarized with SAM and/or Nutscript commands?: No, but I am open to learning Do you acknowledge that lying on this application will result in immediate denial and blacklisting from staff?: Yes ------------------------------------------------- Long Answer Questions proceeded with an asterix require a response of 3 Sentences Minimum. What is your motivation/reason for applying?: * I have been playing MafiaRP for around 3 years, and I have always loved being a part of the incredibly diverse community. I have also loved to see the new waves of people that come and find the server, as there has been a lot of new groups if people that I have seen and have had the pleasure to play with. plus, it is always fun to see all the fun, and hilarious situations that you can get in to. it is by a landslide, my favorite Garry's mod server; I also want to help keep the community pure of all the minges, and people who try to ruin other people's experiences. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: * I have been playing for quite some time, and I think I can bring positive energy to the community. I also believe in treating everyone equally and giving fair and honest opinions. and if I were to be accepted, for any ticket I take all sides/ stories into consideration, as I believe it is important to fully understand a situation before making an ultimate decision. Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): Yes, but not on a game server. A couple years ago, I started out as a chat moderator, then became one of the top Admins. I was an admin for about a year for a youtuber who has 300k subscribers. he is not as popular anymore, but he was quite popular when he got doxed as a kid while on stream. His name is Rolly Ranchers, and we actually ended up becoming pretty good friends Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: No, I have never been banned. Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: * I am somewhat well known amongst the PD, and I was well known in the faction I was apart of. I would say I have a pretty good reputation, as I hope people would see me as a down-to-earth person, and quite easy to get along with. I'd also like to think I am quite friendly to people, and I treat people respectfully. What is your favorite moment on Diverge so far?: When the aliens invaded the city, and we had to go kill them, and we had to watch from above to make sure we didn't get sucked up by the things with the long arms Have any staff members recommended you? If so, list their names: x2x5 (Veraxify), Galaxy ------------------------------------------------- Problem Solving Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take. Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: It depends. If there are other mod's on, and I am in a roleplay scenario, I will let the other mods know about it because I don't want to ruin the scenario just to escalate the situation with the RDM. I think that's power abusing. However, if I am the only mod on at the time of the RDM, I think its reasonable to switch characters to deal with it, so they don't feel like they are able to just continue doing it without any consequence(s) You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would gather evidence of the abusing, but if it isn't anything that's too absurd, I would just wait in case it was just error which we all make, but if it continues to get worse, I will definitely report the abuser to higher ranks and provide them the evidence. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I will still punish them as it is unacceptable to RDM/Minge. Even if I do know them personally, I still think they should be punished for their actions, as like I stated earlier, that everyone should be treated equally. No one should have any specific bias against them, or in favor for them.

  40. If you unban JMZ, you're basically implying that doxxing people, even if it was meant as a joke, is acceptable on Diverge. By that logic, unbanning JMZ after doxxing others would just encourage more people to do the same, since there would be no consequences.

  44. That is not my fault, in the video you can hear and see me change my frequency to the correct one as I'm being told. The guy you are saying you pulled is telling you he had a problem. Instead of trying to cover your tracks on everything, do your job the way it was intended and actually review the evidence I am handing to you in this forum.

  46. Voice messages could be cool, possibly prerecord instructions, or training guides. Some concerns with how the ingame pager is used and people using it to minge. Phones for businesses make sense, possibly have them pay for a 'special number'. But a strict landline attached to a wall. I think would be a little bit of a nuisance. As a follow up, I think adding a code you could add to your phone. That gives you access to any 'business call' made to the business, would be a better implementation. Sim cards weren't manufactured till 1991, I think adding them is a little redundant, may account for a pointless price increase. As opposed to just getting another phone.
