I honestly enjoy helping people and giving advice to new players, i also reached a point where i dont have to constantly grind money anymore so i want to try something different and experience a non faction role. I have been roleplaying on the server for almost 2 years and i really enjoy being part of this community. Over time i became interested in how things work behind the scenes and how staff deal with different situations. That interest is one of the reasons why i want to become a part of the staff team • Why should you be considered over other candidates?: There are three different things that set me apart from the other applicants. First i have a lot of free time that i can dedicate to this role. Second, because of the time zone difference the hours when the server needs staff the most are normal hours for me so i can help cover those dead hours. Lastly i used to be someone who broke a lot of rules and didn't really care but once i realized how much being part of this community meant to me i made an effort to learn them. At this point i'd say ive memorized almost all of the rules. I learned from my past mistakes and because of that experience i believe i know the rules better than most players • Do you have any previous staffing experience?: I've been playing Garry's Mod since around 2016-2017. During that time ive been a staff member on several Turkish servers mostly DarkRP but also servers like HogwartsRP and StarWarsRP. However compared to Diverge ive never held a staff role on a big server or any platform worth mentioning before • Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: Yes, I've been banned and received notes multiple times before. Like I mentioned when explaining my motivation reason, i used to be a player who didnt care much about the rules. However over time i learned them and i truly believe ive changed. Its been almost 3 months since my last Staff Application and during that time ive spent around 1,100 hours on the server. Throughout those 1,100 hours i havent committed a single rule violation that required staff intervention or resulted in any punishment • Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: * At this point i believe i am a well known person in the community. If you asked me this question in the past i would have had to admit that my reputation was terrible. However after i started caring more about the server, respecting the rules and changing the way i treated people, i believe many people started seeing me in a better way. I dont think there are many people left who have a negative opinion of me • What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: When i think about my best moments the first thing that comes to mind is participating in Racket War '89 with Le Mob French as part of the core group. We were only 6 people but we managed to finish 7th on the server. Other than that joining Racket War '90 with the Bruno Scarfo family, moving to Supreme Team, being allowed to create my own crew, having 15 people flag up on the first day and eventually becoming HC (Underboss) are some of the moments I value the most.These are easily some of my happiest and best memories on Diverge • Have any staff members recommended you? How do you handle this?: It depends on the situation. If there are no staff members online and the player is clearly going into MRDM or seriously ruining other peoples RP i would switch to my staff character and step in. but only if there are no other active staff available and the player is actively disrupting the server. Otherwise i don't think its right to handle an RDM case that im involved in or witnessed myself. In those situations i would either create a ticket or let another staff member deal with it if possible • You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: It kinda depends on the severity of the situation. If its something minor and i dont think they did it intentionally i would simply warn them about it and tell them to be more careful. Howeve, if the situation is serious i would make a Staff Report like any other player, provide the evidence and information i have and let the UA handle the situation • A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: If a situation like this happens and there is evidence i wouldnt care at all if the person was my friend. I would do my duty and take the necessary actions. However if a complaint was made and i knew this player was capable of doing something like that but there was no evidence, i would seriously warn them and make it clear that if i ever witnessed something like that our friendship would not stop me from giving them the punishment they deserve. I think the most important thing for a staff member is not letting personal feelings affect their decisions. Whether it's a friend or someone you don't like shouldn't matter. I would look at the situation, treat every player fairly and make sure the correct action is taken no matter who it is

What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I was killed because I took OOC clips of one of our associates acting up towards another friendly faction's member. If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: What they called "providing information to another faction" was simply me taking a ooc clip relating to a Genovese associate acting out about one of Todaro's members. The only time a clip is considered IC is when it is filmed with a camera or CCTV, which neither of those were true. The clip was simply shared for the sole purpose of context, how the fuck can you get killed for taking a clip for someone? I did not go up to any member of Todaro IC and provide them information myself, simply was passed through word of mouth after I spoke with both the Todaro associate and the Genovese associate to ensure everyone was good as that is quite literally part of being in my position, which it turned out they had not been and it turned into a beef. The clips were taken during the the speak with both Todaro and Genovese associates, something that the Todaro associate would have knowledge of because they were there in the room... The Genovese associate has had previous issues within the faction, especially related to paying dues, yet I'm the one with my brains on the pavement. As a member of command is it not considered the norm to take clips of these situations? The fact the clips were shared around had nothing to do with me, practically meaning I was killed for OOC reasoning. All I did was take the clip and use it for context, not go up to Todaro command in game and provide them a camera with footage or even speak to them IC about what had happened. Pretty much meaning they fabricated a scenario in which I had done such a thing just to kill me. The only interaction I had with Todaro about the situation was with the Todaro associate during the speak to see what was going on and to clear the air. You can also see in these DM's with DopeasRoe, him quite literally saying he cant use what he was being shown ic cause he knew that it was OOC after the clips got out, which contradicts the reason I was PK'd does it not? This is all over a stupid drama relating to two associates and me taking clips. The fact that I was killed for clips says what it says. No solid evidence on any wrong doings, all just metagame bullshit.

Whilst I have to admit; as Head Enforcer I was more than a willing participant of the family of Altoviti, I was their lapdog. I did everything they asked me for without questioning the Don. I know the PK Rules clearly says, when you're no longer an use for the faction you can still be permanently killed, however i feel like i am punished mulitple times over the same occasion that did happen. I've had some of these 'schizophrenic' episodes like no shit, you're trying to protect the family from a threat, however I feel like I was killed over something that was already solved before hand. What do you do?: I would take my time gathering as much evidence of the situation as I can as well as notifying a higher ranking admin of the situation so they can also keep their eyes open for anything they notice. If nobody comes to take the ticket I would take the sit and handle it as an unbiased 3rd party fully working the sit as if I had never met the person from my faction and or friend and provide proper punishment to them if they were truly in the wrong.

All gun stores can buy legally aquired and properly serialized firearms, but there is an inherant risk due to not knowing the guns history, therefore most gun stores dont aquire guns. I would propose gun vendor holders are able to run serial numbers of guns to verify ownership, similiar to the ability police have. To avoid abuse, put a cooldown on it, 1 per hour or x per day. In real life, any gun store could run a guns serial number through a database to check if it was stolen or connected to a crime.

He's been in the server for a little over a year of what I know his name is out there people do know him. Theres no third person peaking he's already actively on third person and before the engagement y'all are not seen until after when he peaked out shooting. so anyways 1. No third person peaking 2. different person giving comms 3. The sig is very tight spread with hip fire 4. The third guy died accidentally when he moved from brown coat to you (hence why he's strafing after killing you expecting the third guy to peak) 5. Faction Don here: Yes, I was 100% going to PK Noir. However, him finding out ICly just simply isn't the case. Regarding this, there were only 2 Supreme members online when we had our conversation because it wasn't orginally supposed to be about Noir. This meeting was setup privately and with no security or advert letting anyone know where we were going to be, what time, or even what day it would happen. The topic of Noir came up because once again he made decisions on behalf of the company the day of the meeting and I had grown tired of him doing this without first making sure everyone was on the same page. This has been a constant issue with him since he was given the position of Underboss which was clearly a mistake. Noir has grown increasingly more power hungry as the days have gone on and has attempted to put people from his pocket in key postitions within Supreme to attempt a coup. This as well as jealousy caused him to act out yesterday and abuse his powers to destroy the faction internally. Noir was upset that the old faction Don had given someone else money and clothing items that were not Noir's to begin with. Since day 1 of being UB he has tried to pit key members of the faction against eachother. This has created so much distrust between the Consig, Underboss, Streetboss, and Capos. Noir thinks just because he is in this position that everyone has to listen to him no matter what and he can make any amount of decisions on behalf of the company as a whole, just to get his way. For example, attempting to force another member to build a dupe at a location we don't own because he said he got it approved with the owners of the building. Come to find out this was a lie. The other company had no idea this was taking place, and this whole scheme was just Noir trying to give commands that control another players hard work. Then last night happens. Noir somehow "finds out ICly" that he is going to be promoted to civilian. So to jump the gun, like he always does, he took all the faction funds and then killed 2 of our members before the orders for him were even active. Tupac and Freeman, both AFK, are killed. Noir probably has orders on other members of the faction as well, waiting for them to get into the city. This is without a doubt an attempted coup. Unless my Consig is lying to me as well, he does not have majority in the company to take over. This whole situation is a young man acting like a child because daddy didn't give him enough love. He felt abandoned by the last don leaving and wants the money for himself. He simply saw Tupac wearing shit he couldn't afford that the old Don gave him and snapped. He didn't kill them for a reason, he killed them because hes a higher rank.

From there, making a decision on the situation such as handing out proper punishments. What do you do?: I'd try to speak to the other staff member in question first, in the case that it's a simple mistake or something they're unaware of they're abusing, if it can be quickly solved by a conversation avoiding needing any escalation. Although, if the person in question is higher in rank too me, or equal too in rank and isn't willing to change / adjust what is needed, gathering evidence and then reporting it to higher ranking staff member to decide on the matter. Avoidance would be the best scenario.

Self reflection is an essential part of growing up, though some people, especially younger people, tend to lack that skill early on. You clearly can't self reflect atm, whether because you are too emotional or it's over whelming being told all these things by so many different people at once. I don't say this to be rude or mean in anyway, I think when you're too close, time wise, to an event you lack the ability to separate your actions from who you are as a person, whereas if you revisit the event in say, a few months, few years, you can more objectively self reflect and realize how maybe some of your words or actions were less than ideal. Is there any reason in particular that the option to purchase more character slots was removed? I see people like Crocie with 10 character slots and I guess thats a bit much but like even the ability to buy an extra 2 on top of the additional 2 Donator provides would be nice. Currently I have all my character slots filled, My main, a citizen character, my PD, a different crim character and then my City Worker, I would 100% buy another character slot if given the option on the store page.
