What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I was killed because I took OOC clips of one of our associates acting up towards another friendly faction's member. If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: What they called "providing information to another faction" was simply me taking a ooc clip relating to a Genovese associate acting out about one of Todaro's members. The only time a clip is considered IC is when it is filmed with a camera or CCTV, which neither of those were true. The clip was simply shared for the sole purpose of context, how the fuck can you get killed for taking a clip for someone? I did not go up to any member of Todaro IC and provide them information myself, simply was passed through word of mouth after I spoke with both the Todaro associate and the Genovese associate to ensure everyone was good as that is quite literally part of being in my position, which it turned out they had not been and it turned into a beef. The clips were taken during the the speak with both Todaro and Genovese associates, something that the Todaro associate would have knowledge of because they were there in the room... The Genovese associate has had previous issues within the faction, especially related to paying dues, yet I'm the one with my brains on the pavement. As a member of command is it not considered the norm to take clips of these situations? The fact the clips were shared around had nothing to do with me, practically meaning I was killed for OOC reasoning. All I did was take the clip and use it for context, not go up to Todaro command in game and provide them a camera with footage or even speak to them IC about what had happened. Pretty much meaning they fabricated a scenario in which I had done such a thing just to kill me. The only interaction I had with Todaro about the situation was with the Todaro associate during the speak to see what was going on and to clear the air. You can also see in these DM's with DopeasRoe, him quite literally saying he cant use what he was being shown ic cause he knew that it was OOC after the clips got out, which contradicts the reason I was PK'd does it not? This is all over a stupid drama relating to two associates and me taking clips. The fact that I was killed for clips says what it says. No solid evidence on any wrong doings, all just metagame bullshit.

A lot of people have told me to apply, and many people have even just assumed that I'm a member of staff. Everyone has heard the classic line a million times that they've been around at times where there are 0 staff online, causing incidents to go unchecked if victims don't take the time to go to the forums. I'm fortunate enough for this to not have been a huge issue for me in the past, but I have heard the complaint a million times, and would love to be able to do my part and help out when it's needed. Throughout my time playing GMod (9,614 hours in 18 years), I have always enjoyed staff work as it always makes whatever server I do it on feel like a better place. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I have gained a lot of knowledge throughout my time in the city in order to understand how things work and how rules are enforced. Any staff sit I'd be involved in would be professional and calm, and my understanding of the rules would ensure sound judgement in situations that require it. I'm also very used to the kind of harsh language and ignorance that would come with dealing with minges and whatnot, making staff sits go cleaner and more efficiently. I've won the day once on the forums, and haven't got any warnings here or super bad interactions. Even during the time of war between the Italian Commission and Underground Association, I made many friends on both sides and generally just had a good time overall. What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: Very recently I trained for days for a fight against Detective Mickey Wickers on my main character Luigi Medici. This fight meant a lot to me and I knew the entire (.//criminal side of the) city was counting on me to show up for them. The event itself was very well put together, and the environment when I came out to fight was more electric than anything I've experienced in the city. If no other staff are available in a timely manner, I'd likely just make a forums report and let it be handled from there. No staff below Super should use their power in situations they're involved in. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would gather evidence as I see the abuse occur, recordings, screenshots, etc. After this I would hand off the evidence to a member of staff of higher rank and that has no RP affiliations with the offender (if possible), so they can handle the situation without bias. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I'd wait a considerable amount of time before taking the ticket, especially if there are other staff online that aren't as closely tied to the victim as I would be in this scenario. If no one takes the ticket in a timely manner, I'd treat the situation like any other and require undeniable evidence before taking any action whatsoever, even bringing the supposed offender to a sit. For the past 12 hours, I had been continuously playing on my Officer character, i was taking a random individual to the NYPD to arrest him for "Failure to Comply" when Lucri a Supreme Team member who clearly dislikes me and was repeatedly yelling at me started following me along with someone i didn't recognize at the time. Neither of them had anything to do with the situation/arrestment yet they followed me all the way to the NYPD for some reason which i dont have any idea of. While I was taking the original suspect inside, one of the individual from the crowd kept blocking my way to NYPD. I gave him multiple lawful orders to stop but he continued so I arrested him for Obstruction of Justice, after he spoke in the cells i realized he was Redeemer (someone ive recently had OOC issues with) His first response was "I need a supervisor" Luckily Big Boss Jamal Lee was online so i called him through RPD and he came to the cells, he first asked me "What the charge was and how the situation happened" After i explained everything he said "Yes, what he did is Obstruction of Justice. Let me speak to him, give me a moment" He then spoke to Redeemer privately for around 10 minutes, came back out, confirmed there was no issue with the charges and told me i could continue the arrest. I went back inside and asked "Do you want a plea deal or do you want to go to court?" He said he wanted to go to court, so i left the cell. As I was closing the door, he said "wait" so i opened the door again. He asked to see the plea deal again, so I offered him the same deal "Obstruction of Justice and Resisting Arrest - 10 years" He told me he changed his mind and said he wanted to sign a PLEA Deal instead of going to court. He then asked "Neither of these charges is a felony, right?" after that question i Alt Tabbed to check the [DV-N] NYC Central Hub Penal Codes and when i returned to the game i saw/realized that he had already signed the agreement which i offered him just 30 seconds ago so i just closed the cell door and sent him to prison through the NPC and continued my patrol RP (Afterwards) Around 30 minutes later, Ka1 pulled me into a sit and told me he believed i Powergamed???? the issue is that I never sought out any of these interaction. I was arresting a completely random person and minding my own business/rp when Supreme People inserted themselves into my RP and followed me for absolutely no reason. I never contacted, approached, or interacted with them in any kind of way AT ALL. Redeemer repeatedly obstructed me despite multiple lawful orders so obviously for that reason i charged him for the crime he was actively committing IC Ka1 told me he believed I Powergamed because I had OOC beef with the guy, despite the fact that I had absolutely no idea it was Redeemer until he spoke in the cells. Hello, I was the member of staff who handled your PK. You were set active by a member of your faction's command who had been given capo perms, regardless of whether the don, underboss or anybody else in leadership knew. Your faction then contracted out the hit to Kosher Nostra. There was a variety of reasons on these PK orders: causing internal harm, bringing drama to the family, lying to command over and over again, telling people of a false coup and making people leave the family. Faction Don here: Yes, I was 100% going to PK Noir. However, him finding out ICly just simply isn't the case. Regarding this, there were only 2 Supreme members online when we had our conversation because it wasn't orginally supposed to be about Noir. This meeting was setup privately and with no security or advert letting anyone know where we were going to be, what time, or even what day it would happen. The topic of Noir came up because once again he made decisions on behalf of the company the day of the meeting and I had grown tired of him doing this without first making sure everyone was on the same page. This has been a constant issue with him since he was given the position of Underboss which was clearly a mistake. Noir has grown increasingly more power hungry as the days have gone on and has attempted to put people from his pocket in key postitions within Supreme to attempt a coup. This as well as jealousy caused him to act out yesterday and abuse his powers to destroy the faction internally. Noir was upset that the old faction Don had given someone else money and clothing items that were not Noir's to begin with. Since day 1 of being UB he has tried to pit key members of the faction against eachother. This has created so much distrust between the Consig, Underboss, Streetboss, and Capos. Noir thinks just because he is in this position that everyone has to listen to him no matter what and he can make any amount of decisions on behalf of the company as a whole, just to get his way. For example, attempting to force another member to build a dupe at a location we don't own because he said he got it approved with the owners of the building. Come to find out this was a lie. The other company had no idea this was taking place, and this whole scheme was just Noir trying to give commands that control another players hard work. Then last night happens. Noir somehow "finds out ICly" that he is going to be promoted to civilian. So to jump the gun, like he always does, he took all the faction funds and then killed 2 of our members before the orders for him were even active. Tupac and Freeman, both AFK, are killed. Noir probably has orders on other members of the faction as well, waiting for them to get into the city. This is without a doubt an attempted coup. +1 I have a soft spot for cartels due to my first faction in Diverge being DVN. When Cartels work they work really well. I think this app is definitely one of the better ones, and wish you all the best. PRO - I really enjoyed the backstory, was very well written, loved the formatting/font usage etc. - The video was a nice move, great to see. The interview one was a bit lengthy though. I'd of made it a bit snappier, maybe added some distortion/CRT effects over the top, either way awesome to see something out of the box. - Good play time. - Enjoyed the accents in the video, I hope you'll encourage more members to adopt it. - I enjoy the diverse nationality. Neutral - I'm not a big fan of the 'hidden' approach. I always see applications time and time again about 'moving in the shadows', 'professional businessmen' etc. I for once would love to see a faction application that is straight up 'we intend to dress like cartel members and just be violent for violence sake.' What is against the rules is using Discord to find someone's location or getting into the same VC and baiting them into coming to the city so you can PK them. Simply telling someone "there is an emergency, I need your help, come to the city asap" to get them online in the city is not against the rules at all. What server rule or PK rule was violated?: So basically, I was hanging around Infront of hardware atm and a situation ensued where a bunch of people we're punching the sole cop that was Ons car and he was just going frantic and shooting his taser around trying to tase me as well, At the time I had a couple illegal items on me so I was quick to try and get of it the dude wouldn't let up so I tried shooting him and failed, He was stuck in the crowd of people so I put my gun away and started to run through the crowd mind this was about 30 seconds of me trying to maneuver around people and get into the clothing store to make my escape route. At this point Im no longer even an active threat my gun was away, and I was simply in the back of the clothing store seeing if he was chasing me and I just got blown away through the wall. Since I believed, the scene was going to continue regardless so I went back to where I was since a glitch really caused my death I was legit in no line of sight of anyone at the time of my death, As I came back Owen Davis puts me in cuffs and we went from there, I went through with a lawyer ended up sitting there for 30+mins arguing my case which ultimately ended up in me just signing a felony plea deal witch I really did not want to happen.
