You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would take clips of them doing these actions. I would make a UA ticket to report them or send it to Canadian or Pendred. Staff abuse is not fair to the community in any way, shape, or form. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? I would not take the ticket because of bias, which can get me in trouble and get that person who made the ticket, which is my friend, in trouble as well. I would contact another staff member and ask them if they can take the ticket. But if I was the only staff member on, I would take the ticket, get both sides, get clips, check damage logs, and get a second opinion from a staff member of a higher or the same rank as me. That's how I would handle the situation.

This server is full of pathetic basement-dwelling losers who pump thousands into a Garry's Mod server where they can talk in horrible Italian-American accents and pretend they are apart of the Sopranos. By the way id also like to point out to whoever handles this case that the Cadet in question was minging for real, and got caught attempting to shoot the Sergeant. He was subsequently fired from the PD and arrested on an Attempted Murder charge Yesterday. If players are allowed to break the rules simply because they’re minges, then you should accept this ban appeal. However, the metagaming, MassRDM, and their attempt to get clever by shaking hands at the scene are all things idk

Bit of a messy one, this. We have reviewed and decided that there is fault on both sides here. The cops were not acting as they should, and were metagaming. You, RDM'ed multiple cops, and were metagaming. You did not initially have the name of the man involved until the second it became relevant, either, which is not going to work as a workaround of the established rules on defending arrested group members, or faction members. If you or a friend has been RDA'd, the correct course of action would be to contact staff, who would likely void the RP and potentially punish the police in question. With all of that in mind, as well as a lack of recent bans in around 4 months, I've decided to reduce your ban to 5d, and given that you've served 3 already, that leaves you with 2d remaining. Your ban appeal has been reviewed and accepted. The ban will be reduced to 5d.
