(Unless you have posted a valid LOA): Yes Are you familiarized with SAM and/or Nutscript commands?: Barely, I need a refresher Do you acknowledge that lying on this application will result in immediate denial and blacklisting from staff?: Yes ------------------------------------------------- What is your motivation/reason for applying?: My motivation would be a lot of my good friends on the server are staff members and constantly tell me to apply, even with my harsh background on the server I definitely know I provide some good quality roleplay to the server with Kosher and with many other factions as well. Another reason for applying is the amount of time I dedicate to Diverge as a whole, I would love to use some of my extra free time to provide for the community and prove myself for others who might doubt me. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: A lot are going to look at my record and say "this guy's history is way too long, hell no!" however I truly believe I have changed my ways since then, only accumulating one ban in over a year. I do have some staff experience as well, meaning I have a good idea of how to handle sits, looking into logs, being unbiased, having a professional manner, etc... I'm also very familiar with the rules of Diverge Networks which helps a ton in my case. Do you have any previous staffing experience? If so, why?: Yes, I have a long history for all sorts of offenses... but do not let that disqualify me! Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I am well known in the community, I believe a lot of the community likes me (i hope) What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: UA vs Commission war - Firebombing of '89 Have any staff members recommended you? If so, list their names: Hayvo & Pendred ------------------------------------------------- Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: Immediately clip the situation and use the @ system in game to talk to other staff or make a player report on the forums if no one is available. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would gather evidence of the staff abuse and file it into a staff report via forums. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: This can very well constitute bias in the eyes of the community, which might make people file a staff report... I would avoid the ticket but correct me if I'm wrong

Thankfully, the server is getting more realistic. Shooting a player in the knee prevents them from running (until they apply a splint) which is cool. My suggestion is they also fall over for a couple of seconds. Maybe a couple new ways to kneecap a player can be introduced like repetitive hits with a melee weapon to their legs. Also, I think it would be cool to see players bleed more often after being shot or hit with a sharp melee weapon. I'm not sure if it would make the server laggy for blood to trail the player as they bleed but that could make it interesting for forensics/detective RP. Players would need to use stitches to stop the bleeding (it can't be used on themseleves). While bandages and first aid kits will replenish the players health, without getting stitched up the player would bleed to death.

Physko told me it was okay about a week ago, and I had been using it for a while without realizing there was an issue. I understand that it was a stupid decision to use it while escaping from the cops, and I take responsibility for that. I was already pretty far away from them at the time, but I understand that I still should not have done it. I am genuinely sorry, and I can promise that this will not happen again. Thank you for your understanding and for taking the time to consider my appeal.

After talking with Physko about the above, it was explained to you prior that yes, it is ok in certain circumstances. But there was a slight misunderstanding on when you are able to do so. Those circumstances being if it was pre-approved by staff but also combined with being spawned in prior to using it in an RP scenario. Spawning in a jet ski out of nowhere is fail RP, but I'm sure you are fully understanding of that fact. You have had a previous note for throwing cars into the sky, which is most likely why Yugi rightfully handed you a blacklist here.

Judging from your appeal it doesn't appear as if you tried to lie or hide the truth in his situation. As it stands you were using a non approved vehicle dupe, and you have a prior note for pet flags, which leads me to assume you've been warned about how to use props in the past and should be more knowledgeable about the prop rules. 5. Do not spawn moving prop dupes without prior approval. Staff will have final say if your prop boat/trailer is permissible. 6. No flying or floating prop vehicles / machines / mechanisms. 9. Breaking these rules will result in a ban or removal of PET flags.

And I was myself very unsure if it was a fail mug due to it being located in the weed alley next to the church. I was informed that it was a fail mug and it was entirely a green zone. I was compliant towards Auxiliary and even agreed I was at some sorts of fault, but he started to bring up a sort of escalation towards a more hefty ban even though it was MY ticket. He started to list off my inventory and my low hours of char time and stated that it was admissible for a permanent ban. Why should you be unbanned?: I feel it is unjust to upgrade a small problematic ticket into a possible perma ban AND having my char PK'd, YES I know it was a fail mug and I take full responsibility to whatever punishment comes with it, but trying to make it permanent? I wasn't purposely having a mugging char, and I'm not even FULLY educated on mugging rules, I only know the bare basics and I've skimmed over the map like twice. YES AGAIN, that is also ON ME, but when a small ticket turns into a possible perma ban AND having my char killed, I have to say something... I was banned for ban evading which i forgot which alt was used i had many following along with SK who was banned with me but he was unbanned and turned a new leaf i then began my new leaf on my main account i use which is this one i was previously banned and waited out my 30 day ban and was only now when i came back it some how logged me as my old alt i haven't used at all since and that was the last ever account i have been on since he gave up on his wrong doings and ever since then we had been nothing but legit and played by every rule and waited out previous bans i ask that you can also give me the benefit of the doubt that you gave to him to continue providing a fun and enjoyable time with the people i have became close with and be the best i can and i give you my word like he gave you his word.
