Our Serbian friend from the Supreme Team got us into his crew and he was out that night we didn't believe what our 3rd friend that got banned too said to us about the conflict we messaged him on his discord and he didn't respond because he wasn't home, when he came back on he got told that we got banned because of the 3rd guy Mare that lied the Supreme guy from Serbia teached us everything what to do and what not to do if he was there that night this wouldn't have happened because Mare lied about us being in a conflict and we are so sorry once again this will never happen again you have our word we miss this server a lot and we want to come back with something new and actually bring a normal positive roleplay to the server.

add npcs that will pay for “favors” of a certain variety, I wanna sling leg on diverge networks

PD used to have more liberty, it's true, but the PD-Crim interactions in general were different. PD mains were very few back in the day, so most people playing PD understood what playing crim was like. Most didn't throw the book at everyone they ever arrested. A lot would act with what is fair rather than make arrests every time one came across their screen (a main example of this being white shirts minging and being killed after being told to leave places, although an arrestable offence, there was a time when basically no cop would arrest you for doing it). The issue I think we face now when thinking about how to balance PD is that people have stopped looking at it as a "side faction" to make sure the streets are not just pure chaos and have actual risk, and instead look at it as a side to pick, which, for balancing purposes, becomes a much more difficult thing for PD HC to do. The plain clothes detective rule isn't a "big deal" by itself, but I believe it reflects the change in mentality of many PD mains who now use PD as a tool purely to go after anyone they can and care less about the general health of the server and how they are affecting the equilibrium.

It has been months since i even played on any mafia server, let alone diverge. Kind of realised that those servers failed to achieve what diverge had for ages and i want to get back in and RP with the community i had on there. Honestly, it was never my intention to ever leave diverge, and i never had a chance to explain that all i was saying is that there is another server on the way everyone should try, and i did not know diverge disliked them. I had left the diverge server and I eventually decided to try it out on sandbox. Then I went to a 1942RP server to troll around. I never cheated on Diverge this time around and I had zero intent in doing so. I assume I was banned off the assumption based on me being in a cheat discord server. If ample evidence can be provided that I cheated I will own up to it and spend time away and or pay for this. I know I cheated in the past and that makes me look bad but I have been clean since my unban and I don't want my time I've put into my main character to go to waste. Hi After discussing with the other members of the staff team we have come to the conclusion this is a valid pk and will not be overturned. The reasons behind this are as follows the rules state how when you are in the act of committing an pk you are active as well and must not be reckless, in your case the person fought back as they suspected it, people wont just give up their life and let you kill them. He acted on suspicion and was right, now if he wasn't active this would be a whole different story, but in this case we have decided that the pk shall remain. Have a good one

Hi, banning admin here. He aimed a gun at you momentarily and put it back on to safety without making any threats towards you. He may have insulted you afterwards, however he did NOT make a threat, he disrespected you then. You then continued to have a verbal altercation which you then shot him and starting shooting all his friends who were also not an active threat to you, nor did they even get a chance to do anything before you started a shoot out with them as well.

Hey there! I'm the main staff member who was involved with this situation. To start us off, your account was flagged for item transfer and needed manual review before any action would be taken. I was the person who looked further into the logs and investigated the situation. During my review, I noticed a few things. First, your character Dmitriy "Killjoy" Krysha was PK'd on May 31st for a cop shootout. He was removed from the Gopnik account on June 2nd. Within roughly two hours, your new character, Mikalai "Sasha" Vuzkyi was added to that same account. This character was not in Popov, but instead belonged to an allied faction seemingly waiting out the 7 day timer. While on the account, Sasha withdrew, used and sold items that your previous character had helped acquire and manage. Multiple items, such as two Yoon coats, were only ever handled by your two characters. With several other items, even when other people were involved, Killjoy was the last person to handle them before the PK, and Sasha was the next person to withdraw and use/sell them afterward. Your argument that you were only selling clothes for Gopnik does not change the issue. The problem is not the existence of a gopnik account or shared inventory. The issue is that after your character was PK'd, your new character regained access to the same items your previous character helped obtain and then benefited from them. Since you did theese sales, your new character was able to profit from inventory connected to your previous character. The purpose of a PK is to end that character and separate their items, connections, and progress. If a player can immediately return on a new character, regain the same access, and continue using the same resources, that defeats the purpose of the PK system. The first relevant rule is Character Rule 7: "Likewise you may not transfer money or items between any of your characters in anyway. Nor are you allowed to act as the middleman for someone else's item or money transfer. Transferring items or money between two of your characters is not permitted under any circumstance." I am referencing this rule because, regardless of the items being stored in a shared account, the end result was your new character gaining access to and benefiting from items your previous character acquired/handled. The shared account acted as the access point between the two characters. The next relevant rule is Character Rule 9: "You cannot use a second character to assume a role you were just PK'ed/removed from." After Killjoy was removed, Sasha was added back shortly afterward and resumed the same function of being a trader/seller for Gopnik, with the same account access and inventory access. The concern is not simply that both characters sold clothes, but that your new character inherited the same access, duties and resources near instantly after your previous character was removed. In conclusion, the issue is the overall sequence- Killjoy handled/acquired/sold inventory > Killjoy was PK'd > Sasha was added to the same account within hours > Sasha accessed and used/sold the same inventory. Because your new character continued benefiting from resources and a role connected to your PK'd character, this falls under item transfer/role continuation rather than normal use of a company account. For the reasons I listed and explained, the PK was issued from me. Have a good one

I can see your concern with the lack of evidence for it being a cult-based organization, though we didn't want to explicitly state the particulars due to the nature of the rituals taking place within the mid-higher ranks as it was to be more secretive than up front with how the cult worships. I appreciate the input Edit: To further elaborate, we do intend to do ritualistic human sacrifices in place of traditional PKs. On top of that , we simply wanted to operate similar to a cult, by leaving out the particulars and promising results you can see. With this being said, the chefs special needs meat in it to be a proper stew

I've noticed the comments, and I want to say this once and for all: I don’t understand why you treat others nicely while speaking calmly, even when you disagree. I've been a nice person on this server for a long time, despite my past vigilante actions. I've tolerated the insults and negative attitudes, but I've had enough.
