In hindsight he was just baiting so he could call staff. Why should it be returned?: My pet flags were taken because of prior offenses from years ago. The only recent one was from September 2025 and the admin told me it said if i did it again my pet flags would be removed. I was never informed of that and I dont think one offense 9 months later warrants flags removed entirely. I dont think it is fair to remove pet flags without any recent warnings for it especially given the circumstance of the prop abuse. I understand it is prop abuse to hit a car with my physgun no matter the reasoning. I will not do it again and I would like to have flags back.

I was getting minged on by jean sirus and had used my props to avoid dying from him, i had gotten an original warning that same day for a valid reason of prop climb i believe, but then i got it took away when i had used my props to avoid dying. It was a stupid as mistake using my props to avoid dying and minging. I finally got unbanned and want to use my props for my factions properties and use it to roleplay and not minge, sorry guys +1.

Loosely Based on the suggestion made by bullets, New Roleplay ways to get rid of a body would be amazing, since the Mob, and frankly many other gangs, would use more ways to get rid of a body than cutting someone up or burning their body (Since acid is so expensive, and you have to be a felon I didn't even mention it). I've seen bodies left in public, bodies acidized, burnt, and chopped up on server. Frankly Anything new would be cool, if not solely for neat roleplay and spicing up pks for both sides of the law (Since 90% of bodies are literally never found anyway) because being shot in park, or brought to your factions business never to be seen again is kind of boring. I've heard of the idea of making bodies be able to be loaded into car trunks similar to how you can load a restrained person into a car. IMO Being able to dump a body somewhere else probably wouldn't be balanced, but there's no harm in a suggestion like that. I'd love to hear what you guys think, and ways you could spice it up

The guy whos car I flung claimed I did it to him multiple times before but I did not. I do not think it is fair to even consider his claim I did it "multiple times" when he has no evidence at all. Also I think after 9 months enough time has passed to not have flags instantly removed for one offense. The guy rammed his car on top of mine on purpose to be a dick. Hello, MC who wrote the order here. We didn't PK you because of some "you dislike Jews" bullshit. I was the one who brought you in. The only thing I told you while i was hiring you is i wanted you to keep things smooth with our allies, especially the Jews, and not cause problems. (1) About an hour later, you spotted the first Jew you saw outside our place and started talking reckless, throwing insults and disrespect around. (2) After that, I pulled you into the back room with two of my enforcers and told you there wasn't a problem for the moment. I told you that as long as you were working with me, you'd be under my protection, but this was your last chance. I made it clear that I didn't want to hear about you causing any more problems with the Jews. I asked if you gave me your word, and you did. After that, the conversation was over. (3) Not long after that, you approached a made guy from the Jewish side that we know and started getting loud and disrespectful with him too. I was told you used to work with them and that their bosses might not be too happy seeing you around. I told them we'd like to give you a chance if it wasn't gonna be an issue. That chance lasted about five minutes, because you immediately went back to causing problems. (4) Around ten minutes later I spoke with them again. You were seen saying "fuck jews" and "I hate the jews" towards a jew that alone will result in harming relations. "I joined another faction and was told that the israeli's spoke to them and I was fine as long as i didnt bother them." You did infact bother them so sadly that was a main reason they ordered your death.

I was the only staff member involved in the initial Dons Order's. This is a pretty messy situation. I spoke with the person DopeAsRoe put orders on post-death and questioned him why he did what he said "I have worked at Guerini's for a while I know how they set these things up." "I could tell by the way Charlie was speaking to me they were going to kill me". Now I have no indication of his previous roles within the family because he is 1. Kicked and 2. I'm not well versed in Bruno rank structure. During a hit you are at risk of being PK'd yourself if you aren't careful. I personally had nothing to do with your death besides setting the man PK active at your faction leaders request. It is up to UA's interpretation of the situation. In my opinion he was very vague during the sit and if your claims are true that he didn't have any of these roles and never partook in setting somebody up to die then this is a pretty open and shut case of schizo associates gone rogue and RDMing at the worst times.

Hi. As previously stated, the reason you were killed was “drawing too much negative attention”. As your former boss, I’d love to elaborate on this reasoning. A few days ago, you accepted what you thought was a drug deal from a stranger you met off the street. You met up with them on a property that is forbidden to use for illegal activities, in what I presume was our company car. The guy turned out to be an undercover cop. You then pulled a gun in an attempt to shoot him. You died. Somehow, you weren’t pk’d. You almost sacrificed yourself and other lives within our faction. Personally I think you’re fixating so much on what I said to you over discord, that you’re completely forgetting the fact that you nearly ruined our completely clean slate just 2 days ago. It was not between a faction member and me it was made clear that it was an ooc conversation by my understanding all DMs are ooc and all the messages in divergent networks general is ooc yes I got “hotheaded” because who are you to tell me what I can say OOC and to the claim of unnecessary attention to the family there have been 3 other times other people in the divergent networks general have brought up the wright lady’s pk and has sparked conversation this is plain and simple metagaming as the definition says when a player uses outside knowledge—information their character has not learned in-game—to influence their character's decisions, actions, or dialogue. All I do is drive around and waste my time standing around I do not bring heat I am respectful I rarely use my vc and 90 percent of my messages in game when saying something is “yes sir” and “no sir” there was no reason to bring out this pk and I would’ve happily taken a blacklist and been on my way but thy decided to use OOC messages to metagame and pk me

I really really agree with this. I think it will bring lots of new roleplay into the community but we need some safety put in place. As a woman I think this would also help increase some of my potential profits in the server. Also if we need any testing or anything I could be considered for testing. P.s: thanks for the examples!
