I was under the assumption because it was an unlocked cabinet that it would be whoever left it unlocked that made a mistake presumably making it a warrant/IC issue for the char. I would not have done it if i realized it was a ban-able offense. Why should you be unbanned?: I've been on this server for over 2 years now if my memory is correct, and this is my first ban ever on Christmas day. I've done a good job of staying out of trouble to this point and feel my track record alone is a testament to my point. Which is i would not have done it had i known it was not an IC issue, I rarely have issues with anyone, i get along with pretty much everybody. For what its worth i am sorry for taking the stuff. I feel being Christmas, being my first ever ban in years of playing, i clearly like being here and wont cause more problems if unbanned. I think I deserve another chance. It is also holidays and i have a few days off of work and it would be nice to be able to play before I've got to go back. This guy is a good dude i had a lot of fun with this guy. He helped show me around the city when i was new and tryna figure out what was going on and was always friendly and always made people laugh and got along with them. i feel he deserves a second chance. id vouch for him. Hes a good part of this community for sure.
