I was cheating to gain an unfair advantage in the server. I originally found the thing I used to cheat from the brother server (Prometheus) and started using it. I had been using it for around a month if I recall correctly, and I would use it irregularly. I know what I did was wrong and if I don't get to come back I understand wholeheartedly and I will accept my fate. I have spent a decent amount of time and work into my characters and It is a shame that I went to these lengths to do such unwarranted acts. Its around Christmas and I planned to blow a lot of money on custom items for myself and I fucked up big time by doing this dumb shit. I feel ashamed of myself and I don't even think I can stand to show myself around the people I know in the community anymore. I should have known better and stayed away from this sort of thing and I can assure you if I do get to return it will not happen again. I know that the bar is low for succeeding in an appeal for this sort of ban. I beg of the Upper Administration to grant leniency and break it from a permanent ban to a long ban. Why should you be unbanned? I have mostly been a good person except for the past month that I have played on the server since my return. I have been a friendly person in the community and I used to help enforce the rules myself (that I broke). I haven't been the most stable person lately and to be honest this ban should serve as a LONG break for me from the community as a whole so I can fix myself. Ok so obviously, "You should remove the ability to stove bomb if I 'm not supposed to do it.", this guy definitely read the appeal that I had accepted and figured this was really cool. Let me clarify here: firstly, a staff member told you to stop. so no grace. Secondly, when I said *it's a feature*, I meant, as stated, that there's a specific context to which its appropriate. The context to which its appropriate, as stated in the prior appeal, is in part of a proper, roleplay escalation. I.e. the verbal confrontation that escalated into use of a stove bomb on a property. This specific situation was within the bounds of RP, and was done in good faith from what we could tell. In *your* context, you were acting like a minge, and cop baiting. Not the time to utilize the stove bomb feature at all. Real RP, organic escalation that adds value to the experience? Totally fine. Minging and trying to make people mad for no reason? Totally disallowed.

Hi there, I was the admin who handled this ban - You were banned for Powergame, NITRP and NLR To define powergame: Powergaming is described as forcing a scenario or roleplay onto someone against their will, usually in violation of the rules. Using other game mechanics to powergame can include, attempting to force players to do things outside of the server, forcing players to commit suicide, forcing players to commit crimes, forcing players to RP or /me's against their will, forcing players to give their f3, etc etc, By dropping a brick of drugs into an operating business, and with PD nearby - you blatantly powergamed. Whilst I realize this may be a rule you were unfamiliar with, it is on you to have read the rules of the server. You can find them at the link provided below. As he came out and started speaking everyone was shouting at him completely going against him when all a sudden, I heard " I hope you die, I hope you die of a heart attack" and boom he got shot in the head. I thought that was so funny because it instantly erupted into chaos and everyone was screaming where the shooter was, to me that was one of the key moments that got me hooked to diverges rp aspect and the community surrounding it. What do you do?: I would attempt to gain a clip of them abusing, or just any wrongdoing in general that would result in a staff report. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?:I would continue with the sit as any other and request clips and also viewing the logs to confirm the truth to my full capability.
