What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I was doing a deal with someone and I picked the guy up from the ATM near the car dealership, and he said we could go anywhere for the deal, so I chose the parking lot in the tunnel. before I picked up the guy I told my buddy to watch and follow me to the deal incase I was going to be robbed or something (I didn't have a weapon on me). I waited 2 minutes until he arrived just in case of anything and then me and the guy i picked up hopped out. I gave him 30k and then all of a sudden some guy came out of nowhere. No car, no nothing and then they started to rob me and told me to turn around and get up against the wall, so I did my buddy was in his own parked car. They told him to get out of the car He didn't do it fast enough apparently, so they just shot him without knowing if he was with me or not and then I started to lag and i couldn't move and then my game crashed because of the gun shots and this has been happening to me for a couple of days when gun shots are close to me. I understand it seems like I disconnected to not be robbed, but my game did crash. I would have just did an escalation ticket AFTER they robbed me but the reason i did not return right away was because i was also having internet issues at the time there was a sever thunder storm where i live and my wifi kept turning on and off but i came back 30-40 mins later after my wifi was working. medal wasn't set to startup with my pc so i don't have a clip but This is all fixed now. I'm also willing to give all the items on my char to the person that was robbing me to make this right just to prove my case.

What is your motivation/reason for applying?: I have been playing on Diverge for the past 9 months, with my experience I've come to notice that there are some time frames where tickets can take up to 20-30 minutes (experienced this when I got my first PK), or times when there are 0 staff online / staff online but AFK. As someone who regularly plays Diverge, I can help the community during the dead hours when there are no staff active. The Majority of my time on Diverge is early afternoon and or late at night, i work night shifts so I like to hop on Diverge to unload, i am used to seeing the server >40 throughout my days and nights. My ideals with being in diverge have been to be kind to the community regardless of how they act. I want to make sure that they feel they are being properly treated within the city and all around have a good time. Watching the community through my time of being here has brought me so much happiness and helping them with any issues would be a dream come true. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: In my over 1 month of playtime in Diverge I have kept a nearly clean sheet having 4 notes, 2 of them being related to PET Flags from me being an idiot (I'm sorry Darnell ), 1 for a pamphlet I made, and 1 for RDM (which I believe wasn't right but I'm not here to fight). In my eyes, the time I've spent in city vs the amount of notes I have helps prove that I keep my nose clean. I've grasped all of the rules and I believe that my knowledge of these rules can make sure tickets are dealt with properly and unbiasedly. I am able to get points across with little to no backtalk regarding serious matters due to my manner of speaking and how I give them the news, which can be helpful against rowdy folks who don't agree with my decision. I have made alot of friends within the city and I do take pride that so many people respect me because of how I treat them. How do you handle this?: I will wait for the ticket to be taken, if there are currently no staff available or it has been a few minutes with no I will take the ticket, collect evidence, and deal with the situation based off of given evidence. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Collect as much evidence as possible of their actions, anything that can be used to make sure they are punished for their actions. When I believe I have gained enough evidence I will submit the evidence to UA where they will be able to properly deal with the staff member abusing. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I would start by asking for any evidence, anything that can help figure out any details that are needed. If there is adequate evidence that proves that the person did indeed RDM and minge I will properly deal with the situation, depending on the severity of their actions it could result in a note if there are no priors, or if it's a serious offence it would result in a ban. Regarding the "Does it constitute possible bias" has a simple answer, anything regarding someone you know can have possible bias, but I can be unbiased when needed regardless of who it is. ---------------------------------------------------------

What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I was in immediate shock of what was going on until I had realized I was being mugged. I was kinda frozen in spot since its my f irst time being mugged and I never thought it would happen to me. I had my phone blasting music and I went to turn it off quickly and I surrendered as SOON as I could. After that I wasn't sure what they were saying as they were talking super fast and over each other. Just as I got shot I was about to back up into the room but didn't have time to react. I was shell shocked and nervous and I'm also overall very new to the server. I also feel like the trio mugging me are mugging characters, they did it practically in the open stalking a property waiting for me or someone else to come out. I feel like that's just risk they were taking cause their characters had little value. +1 Free my boy, at minimum unpk with an LTARP ban. I know for a fact this guy has been mugged before and also arrested/put in situations where most imbeciles would LTARP. This guy is aware of the rules and knows the consequence of LTARP in muggings/arrests. I fully believe he would never intentionally do something like this, If he wanted out he wouldve went out swinging.

Man let me lyk. First be a good cop for a long time. You can’t be a corrupt cop off the bat u need to build a good rep of yourself and show that u a trust worthy. Then eventually if you decide to be corrupt, I won’t say how but someone faction will approach you and start asking u to do certain things in exchange for money but that’s what u got to figure out and u can’t break the rules so follow the rules too.

My reason is beyond cringe. I’m getting toward being an old fucker- nearing middle age. Roleplaying in an era I was alive in a part of the life I’ve never experienced provides me a unique mix of typical roleplay escapism meeting a strange nostalgia for my years growing up in an Italian-American family from Newark/Camden. That world doesn’t exist anymore. So when I see groups of Europeans standing by their traditions and engaging in cultural hegemony even though they’ve assimilated best as possible into the USA streets, and I experience each season in this strange imaginary throwback world, I get an awesome sense of wonder for a life I never could live mixed with an odd nostalgia for a life I did live as a child. I just wish we had the towers. I remember seeing them in the skyline as a kid and I remember the first time I saw the skyline again without it. RPing the NYC life in Southside has been a strange ride for me. I’m sure my situation is uniquely cringe/nerdy but maybe someone else can relate even just a bit. The coziness of the winter map and Christmas time is a great example of the fuzzies that be hitting.

Hello, faction leader here. You intentionally sought out our racket specifically, trying to get hired multiple times, seeking out different properties, and people as stated by Medinator above. You then proceeded to immediately start selling and giving away multiple items, without even bothering to find out if it's racket abuse or not. You joined with malicious intent, and these are the consequences of your actions. Have a great rest of your day!

You tried to get hired multiple times eventually weasling through someone who didnt know we didnt want you in you were informed beforehand not to buy attachments but its the first thing you do and you give it to your buddies with insanely little profit/no profit assumably (thats what racket abuse is) considering staff made the ban i can only assume this is to be true i think its pretty well deserved considering youre not new and have a ban history lucky you were banned for the racket thing and not the fact you rdmed us thinking you were pk active and the fact you left the faction and advertised our faction name (just hard metagame) trying to bait us and the fact you flatly admit you the character is just for the intention to mug and scamming seems like ultimately you just don't wanna miss your friends wedding

First off, you had been caught by a few people doing sketchy things. Running inside of a townhouse with unknown people, wearing a mask to conceal yourself on multiple occasions, and just being a bit off when trying to get hired before I took a chance on you. Secondly, when all of this had went down, you had proceeded to shoot me in the back off the head, there wasn’t just a “getaway”. You had shot me and went into hiding, then followed up by leaving the faction without any sort of permission. That automatically will get you greenlit no matter what, which is what proceeded to happen afterwards. You weren’t greenlit until you did this. Lastly, since we had your name and knew what you looked like, you then proceeded to metagame by saying a factions name in advertisement, antagonizing us and trying to get us to call your number just so you could try and get someone to come after you. It was all out in the open. You knew what you were doing the entire time.

Im 110% biased on this post because he is my friend but I will say he has been having some type of addon issue since I very first met him like 2 months ago, every single time that someone shoots around or near him, his entire game will crash without even a pop up. "Reaper" is a pretty well known good guy in rp around the city not known for being a minge or doing shaddy stuff to get out of being in trouble. Ive never even seen this char arrested and weve been friends for awhile. I think the idea of giving the items to the person that was robbing him isnt a bad idea at all shows he doesnt care about the items just wants to make it right and explain himself. Even a like 2 week ban would be better than a char ban on a capo that is known for pretty good RP. Again im biased as this is my friend but I personally outside of our friendship believe him because ive seen him crash and have internet issues ALL the time in game when we do deals together etc.

I tried to join any factions that posted adverts saying they were hiring. Edit: For the record, I didn’t only try to get hired by the Altoviti’s. I went to 4 other businesses that also advertised they were hiring.

He drove me to 7-12, called someone to “check if they were ready,” then tried to take me to the barge. I got away and left the faction right after. Why should you be unbanned? I’m asking staff to at least consider reducing my ban if not a full unban.
