Were chilling in the in the bushes out infront of deli, like crouching n shit in them doing what ever, Monaclu comes over and starts demanding that they leave the area, some shit talking started and threats were made from both parties. I cant quote exact words, but monaclu said something along the lines of " ima get my gun if your still here when i get back we gonna have an issue " rough memory of words. Monaclu then comes back, I MYSELF gets locked in the jewish deli in a playful manner, some more shit talking happens & Monaclu kills one of the sos members, then the rest of sos pull guns & kill monaclu, Menace, & if my memory is correct Kov & finnigan might be incorrect of names. | From that point on things were tense, shit talking back n fourth from both ends. Then racket war happened & with Koshers embarrassing loss, i just couldnt hold myself back from shit talking the head enforcers for losing that badly. after that war i was honestly shit talking Head enforcers a lot, & rage baiting Jared which is a head enforcer. Then 1 day most of HC of sos & made men, convene with HC & Made men of kosher infront of the deli again. A Lot of threats were made by monaclu about how he is going to ( not exact words ) " Pay people to mug us & or pay to buy stolen cuts/vest's that they mug from us. & that he would harrass us everyday if he didnt get an apology. " No Apology was given to them From SOS command. From that day Things were still tense for the next week or so, Then deals started popping back up little by little with kosher mid command. Howver even with relations going back up. I was still shit talking Jared ( head enforcer ) . Which Led to a Formal Sit down With Jared of Kosher & Holiday VP Of SOS & a few others. Which reached a solution of me paying 100K & Giving an Apology to Kosher. I Paid 100K to Kosher & did not give an apology, ( like how sos not gonna apologize but make me & pay 100K ) So i didnt apologize. THEN THE NEXT DAY THE NEXT DAY, Kosher has another sit down & Now Demands That I Be Killed for being disrespectful & not saying sorry & if i didnt that they would escalate. SOS Then somehow SOMEHOW Agrees that that is the best solution. ( keep in mind they let a HC Member Rat leave faction no PK & His Wife rat leave faction no PK & Re-hired a nigga who snitched on faction back in as capo ) But anyways that's off point. ------------------------------------------------------------ Conclusion: Kosher Technically Started The Hostile Actions & Reasons For Shit Talking. 100k tax and PK is wild. +1 This shows how good SOS is to their people, they're such babies they'd rather PK one of their own, they're too scared of conflict. First off, when I was ban I was ban for Item transferring (there is a script to prevent it). Me and a long time friend and ooc family member wanted to test out the new PK script. He texted me one day and asked if I wanted to PK one of my old characters, i said why not because I was not going to use it anymore, and why not have a good rp with it. So what we did was I mugged one of their chars in the crew so then they would have a reason and they could get a good clip for an edit or YouTube video (not really sure what it was for either YouTube or something else all I know is it was being clipped for something). So then once everything happened and the guy I mugged got set free, I went to drop the stuff I took out of the guys pockets and dropped it. I know that the rule book does state " you may not transfer money or items between any of your characters in anyway. Nor are you allowed to act as the middleman for someone else's item or money transfer. Transferring items or money between two of your characters is not permitted under any circumstance." This quote says how any type/sort of item transferring is strictly prohibited no matter who your doing it for. I am wondering if we can do a zero tolerance policy/ 1 strike policy if you choose to remove my ban. I do understand it was wrong and I do understand that I have extensive POs. Hello! Yes, I am the banning admin and the one that was primarily handling this situation. As you already quoted me you know my reasoning for the ban length. You chose to however leave out what we had already discussed about you being involved. Initiating the mugging or participating in the mugging is the same thing. They may have radio'ed, but you made the decision to join in on a serious RP scenario that you had zero context for. Another quote from that same ticket you left out is "Ignorance does not grant you immunity from your actions." So, between you being involved in a fail mugging, a more serious rule break with much more serious consequences, and your repeated pattern of not respecting the rules or RP environment of our server you were handed a one week ban to reflect on your actions. Not just the fail mug, but your repeated rule breaks in your first week active on the server after a ban almost two years ago. We have majority of our players go years without a single note. In the span of one week you have collected five notes and a ban. Also, yes, you would have received a lesser ban for RDM or minging. Those are much lesser offenses with much less impact on RP. Fail muggings potentially to PKs, which you now know very well. In this instance it has also lead to RP needing to be entirely voided so again much larger impact from your actions. As I told you in the ticket and will tell you now, I hope you take this time to understand our rules and reflect on the recent choices you have been making on the server.

I am grateful that Byte resolved the situation much quicker than I originally thought, he handed me a ban for a week in his words. Our rate is standard and comparable to others who have inferior rackets. Our guys pay more by choice. No need to lie. We ain’t others who actually do extort their own with weak ass rackets and disrespectful mid/hc.

This is pretty simple. You were caught in several lies and engaged in unilateral decision making in attempt to make money for yourself that strictly went against rules we set, such as how to conduct yourself when selling certain goods all the way to what goods you are allowed to sell. Furthermore, your story for the time you spent in holding/lockup/processing was inconsistent and lacking in verifiable proof once we looked into the matter. It was clear cut that you are a liability and there was a high probability that you gave badges what they needed or the promises of what was needed for them to work some sort of deal with you. Even that specifically non-withstanding, you had to go. Too many missteps and untruths.

This is false. I never pointed a gun at a cop. That was my partner, not me. How was my violence unsolicited? 9/10 times the other people shot first and killed my partner so I would shoot them before they got to me. I even brought a guy I was having issues with to menace. Menace handled about 4-5 problems with people around us. Menace and Dimitri were the ones to kill in most situations I was in because I trusted them to handle it and knew they would. What higher ups deemed it necessary? My partner and I played more often than others in the business we joined so some situations we had to handle when our bosses were offline. We also were never spoken to or given warnings. Just killed straight up unwarranted. If anything, I just want an answer as to why I was permanently killed.

Hey thanks for the reply. I did harass a police in good fun but at no point did I pull out a gun. I also was never asked or talked to about the situation. The last thing people said before I walked away is "I don't know what he's saying" and they were laughing. Also the female cop said something to me that I forgot. I then comedically walked away with my head down and after that I don't know what happened but it was in good fun. Also I didn't shoot random vehicles. I shot when my vehicle was stolen from me. I also accidentally blew up Dayvon's vehicle trying to shoot the person that rdm'd him. I wish I was talked to about it before being PK'd because I met some great people for my first faction and experience but it's fine.

The person in question, must have repeatedly done something to directly harm you, your family, or another member of your family. Unwarranted Harm in a financial (+10,000$) or repeated physical way, there has to be tangible damages, disrespect is not a reason to kill someone. This also means you cannot PK someone JUST for being part of an enemy faction. Having continued gunfights, scams or warnings about territory, money or other continued violent disputes can cause escalation to a PK. (Be sure to record all encounters/transgressions) Disrespect [0 - 10k] - Max escalation Level 1 Disrespect of a boss or made men. No one cares if a group of associates or soldiers are insulted, it’s part of their job. Should someone, capo and above, intentionally go out of their way to insult other made men or bosses a transgression for disrespect can be considered and either a tax or apology demanded depending on the severity of the disrespect [If both men insulted each other it’s also useful to simply squash the beef]. Generally factions you are neutral with or in an alliance with will take this seriously. A faction you are opposed to likely won’t care. Making him pay 100k Tax on a 10k max tax then demanding an apology.. Crazy work.

i have played with this char for over 2 years now he has helped me with not only garry mod but about 6 months ago he got me 50 cases that got me me a knife in cs;go 2 and that made me a better man in diverge that i am today.
