I was both childish and immature in my actions. It was foolish to even say what I said in sheer anger. I never would have done it. I simply do not have the knowhow or the tools necessary anyways even if I did. I understand that the reason I was banned is a severe one and this will often not be lifted lightly. I have waited nearly three years and hope that this lengthy sentence adds some sort of strength to my request. Why should you be unbanned?: I never had the means nor true motive to carry out my baseless threat. While I understand that this does not minimize my actions, I hope the added context in combination with my sincere remorse on the matter may be enough to warrant a final chance. I do also accept that if I fuck up one more time that it may be final which is something I can live with for the chance to be able to play with my friends again. I hope that my words had no true lasting effect on anyone and I will atone for them whether or not this is the case. Additional Information (images, videos, etc): I accept that I am at the mercy of the community on this one, and know that the chances are not entirely high. I just hope that some mercy can be spared for me so I can come back to be an upstanding member of the community. In the time since the ban, I have not tried to alt or weasel my way around the rules. I have learned my lesson and sincerely wish to come play with my friends again.

I would really like to come back and try to become a GM like I planned on last time, I have better ideas for events. I think over the 3 months of playtime I've racked up on the server I can confidently say I could answer almost any question a newer player would have as well as maybe some seasoned players that might not really know some of the tiny things, same with staffing since I've been around before I could help out the first time moderators with commands, decisions and logs. This time around I want to be all around helpful to anyone who is need of it. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: * I believe I should be considered over other candidates because like I've mentioned I am well experienced and I also know how to deal with problems that somebody else wouldn't. I am fairly active compared to last time, I am pretty unbiased when it comes to punishments like last time I was staff I had to ban a pretty good friend of mine @Davis, he was being a minge and had to be dealt with. I've also banned/pked my own members in my faction for rule breaks. Do you have any previous staffing experience? If so, why?: I was banned last year for MVDM and last month for RDMing somebody. Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: * I'd say I am pretty well known, but definitely not a fan favourite over on the Underground Alliance side of the server. My reputation varies, one side people would say they like me but the other side doesn't, there isn't a way for me to say with 100% certainty how the community views me as a person or a figure in the server, I'm sure you will see with the comments. What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: I've had a lot of good times on the server so I can't really pick one, I do upload a lot of my faction activity on a YouTube channel: YouTube. Have any staff members recommended you? If so, list their names: ------------------------------------------------- Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I would make a ticket my self on the forums or ingame. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would file a staff report or make a UA ticket. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I would deal with the sit as I would normally if they have recent notes about the same thing I would ban them, if they didn't have recent notes or no notes at all I would just give them a note. If I punished him differently (not noting/banning them for example) then if I didn't know him that would be completely biased. I would also call for a different staff if the reporting player wants a different one because of suspicion of bias.

You also left while in a confrontation. Also I highly doubt your "roommate" logged into the server. The account was created on the same day you were banned. I find this ban to be justified and your notes prior to your ban hold up to my ban reason. You shouldn't have bought a copy of Garrys Mod on an account you created and then alted to get back on the server. Your fault.

What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I should not be PK’d because there was no valid RP reason for my death; I was randomly approached and killed without escalation or justification, violating the server’s PK guidelines. The only interaction prior to the event was late night mutual shovel fights for fun between myself and a white shirt—this was not a serious conflict, criminal activity, or faction business. There was no faction involvement, escalation, or police heat tied to any of my actions. Additionally, I do remember having an OOC conversation with someone else earlier in an alleyway, but I clearly stated in voice that everything I was saying was out of character and even dropped my character voice to reminisce about the server in 2022 (OOC). If that conversation was used as a reason for the PK or involved in any way, I require video evidence of the full voice interaction, as I kept that entirely OOC and outside the bounds of roleplay. Also, that was not who killed me. A totally random character who I had never even spoken with killed me publicly. Video evidence also shows OOC communication being used to coordinate the PK, which is explicitly forbidden and should automatically invalidate the kill. I was AFK for over 15 minutes prior to the shooting, so any claim to an ongoing retroactive PK statute does not apply; by that time, all prior fighting had ended and no active RP scenario was relevant. Most importantly, the New Life Rule (NLR) dictates that after a character is killed and respawns (hospital revival), all participants must forget events, grudges, and knowledge leading up to the death—retaliation or PKs based on prior conflicts are strictly prohibited and invalid under server rules. If accusations to the contrary are made, I demand documented video or logs, as server rules require proof of a valid PK. Otherwise, this PK is clear admin abuse, RDM, or fail RP and my character deserves reinstatement. If I broke any rule unknown to me, I request explicit evidence and clarification; but as things stand, and per the server rules, this PK must be overturned. I remember playing with this guy way back in 2022. Dude was the one who recruited and trained me for the first time. Very high quality roleplayer despite the definite misstep but we have let way worse back way sooner. Bro waited 3 years, I dont see why not give him a chance.

The media player for tvs is criminally underused why? Because paying 20$ extra isn't worth it to people especially after buying donator I never see this used in rp since nobody has the perms SO merge media player with donator if its a money thing and getting rid of it would "lose extra income" and whatnot change donator to 40$ and nuke media player thank you for reading my amazing suggestion TLDR: add media player access to donator
