On the first perma I already had you read server rules and take the rule quiz but that didn't seem to help much. I think you just go from server to server getting banned without much care to play properly, I don't see how we can simply trust your word at all going forward, if you're actually serious about an unban and are willing to put your money where your mouth is make a support ticket in the main discord, otherwise I think we gain nothing by giving you even more chances.

Hello, you very outwardly stole a guys idea after he pitched it to you, you being a lawyer he wanted to use. While the initial confrontation started through DMs, it was DMs that you obviously entertained and discussed things with him, and subsequently stole his idea, so we allowed for it to be used, considering you then took that information IC to steal the business idea out from underneath him. Furthermore, you failed to stop attempting to operate this business after an IC threat was made on your life, albeit after you char abused first because you're a coward. After your ban was up, you continued to attempt to operate, which was documented by the parties that had threatened you, and the evidence was given to us, which allowed for your pk to be greenlit. This was a decision based on an RP conscious conclusion of what would happen if a civilian stole a business from a mafia, which would obviously cause monetary harm, as they were losing out on the profits from said business. A normal, regular civilian wouldn't dare to steal a business from a mafioso in mafia town. But you did, so you got threatened, and subsequently PKed when you continued.

Hello, I am the staff member who banned you. You were clearly disregarding rules and knew the bridges were going to break and you did it twice. Killing one person and attempting to kill another, then mag dumped your colleague without warning and then died. You should be PKed along with the ban. You JUST got off a 7 day ban for RDM, less than 48 hours prior to being banned this time and have extensive POs from the past month, along with 3 additional bans. You clearly have no interest in reading the rules or roleplaying correctly. I am going to advise against you being unbanned. Mate if you truly hired me then you or the associated party I talked with would have had me under an actual employment contract. The "hiring" was an off the cuff remark in discord dms saying that you would pay me between $10,000 to $25,000 per contract template that I drafted. I said sweet and thank you because I thought as said in dms that we were going into business together and that I would be directing a certain aspect of that business. You disliked where that was heading and wanted to meet with me in the city to which I did and attempted to defuse the situation. Instead you decided to threaten me and prevent my civilian character from filing any enterprise application aka I couldn't file any businesses or I would violate fear rp and face pk. Plainly I think that is stupid because a citizen should not be placed under that level of fear rp because it limits their roleplay ability to act as a citizen. For example if a faction can't place citizens under fear rp for 911 calls even though its legitimate legal action in the city that can cause potential harm to the faction. So why should a citizen be placed under fear rp and be at the risk of a pk for setting up any type of legal business which has pretty much little to no chance of majorly harming a faction? Honestly, I considered myself to be an organizer on behalf of investors for the planned enterprise rather than an employee because A: I had no employment contract and B: I was the one doing all the paperwork, licensing, and organizing. On top of all that I was never paid and I want to reiterate that pretty much all of the "planning" was done in discord dms. I also can provide clips if needed.

The operative word in your argument is "stole", but in reality I didn't steal anything because there was nothing for me to steal. There was no formal company setup or even any funds which they paid me in this "entertaining of ideas". Additionally, my business concept and plan which I initially proposed to the commerce commission was manifestly different from the ideas put forward in dms from the other party. I wanted to make a bank that would have its income derived from court settlements through insurance which would be tax deductible whereas the other party wanted to have their bank based on gold and silver deposit reserves as well as other businesses which ran off of that revenue such as casinos, insurance companies, private security, restaurants, and a stock exchange. Basically I was solely focused on banking & insurance whereas the other party wanted to go into multiple business ventures. But, the main point is that no monetary or potential monetary harm could have been caused because nothing existed yet to be stolen. So I initially wanted to go separate ways when the other party started to not like my ideas for a business and just do it myself. But, I guess the other party has a claim to all my potential future ideas for any business enterprise or model because they can just fear rp me into submission if they believe I will cause them monetary harm. Some people would consider that power gaming to disallow someone from any mode of legal economic enterprise activity. For example, lets says person A who is an legal gun dealer wants to sell Glocks to people for money. However, Faction B who has an illegal racket of selling Glocks to people sees person A's business as a threat and decides to fear rp the person. During that fear rp they say that person A can no longer operate any type of legal enterprise or they will kill him. Person A shuts down his gun business and then decides to open up a restaurant. Does that mean that Faction B has a pkable offense on person A? I think not because it would be an abuse of the fear rp mechanic to disallow a person from activities which do not pose an identifiable harm to the faction and that do not conflict with the faction's initial reason for choosing the fear rp route. To close this out no I am not a coward because I wanted to setup a legal business and protect myself from intense consequences for doing so.

nb2x95 76561199802104472 892499216662925343 RDM | ARDM 14 days This ridiculous tbh i was following the rules enjoying my time back and got on my cop character to go on patrol, we ran into a lady and a man and then later on were in pursuit of the woman because she claimed people were firing shots. she was standing on the bridge trying to run away so i broke it and unfortunately she died. Then later on my partner tried arresting me so i ran across the bridge and broke it so they couldnt get to me and some random civilian (the one who complained by the way who i did not even kill) was following us around the whole time and was on the bridge trying to run towards me when i broke it and then he fell down on to the trash bags and SURVIVED he then killed me and i was back at pd talking to my partner who i killed and he didnt really care he just said "dont shoot me again" and then as me and him were going back out on patrol i got pulled and at first pyro sounded chill until he started saying he was gonna ban me even when i told him my reasoning, I understand how my actions could have made other people angry with me but in the end the 2 people who died did not care not in the slightest and were not even the ones who made the ticket. I understand i have a terrible track record but i truly enjoy playing this server. Admins if youd like to see the clip id be more than willing to stream it to you on my pager as i dont have medal premium and cant paste the clip for you.

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I was a civilian and never joined a faction and I believe this PK was based off of escalated OOC interactions. Furthermore, as a civilian I am entitled to protections outlined in the PK guidelines in which I cannot be pked unless a high bar is met. Under the current guidelines a valid pk reason for a civilian is the following: 1. A civilian working with the government or a state agency with the intention of harming a faction in court through an affidavit and testimony. Or 2. A civilian is threatened to prevent snitching (disclosure of information to the detriment of a faction) and does not comply with said threat. With that being said PK's can also be carried out under fear rp scenarios. But, I do not believe that I can be placed under fear rp for the sole reason of preventing me from making a legal enterprise/business. Citizens are allowed to make 911 calls to the police without fear of being pked. I fail to see why someone setting up an enterprise would damage a faction so immensely that there could be no other solution other than a PK. But, I guess its kosher since UA approved it including the OOC discord messages of me taking with a Corsican faction leader about the structure and business model of an enterprise. I guess this server can only run on faction rp and will never allow citizen/legal rp to flourish because initiative is not rewarded unless it is done within a faction. That last bit there was kind of a rant, but honestly I do not feel that writing a long winded PK application will do anything because of my prior bad acts of metagaming and because I personally have spent time and effort developing a viable enterprise all to see it wasted over a petty squabble and miscommunication.
