So far, I have kept my slate quite clean as I have done my best to abide by the server rules. Today during the faction event, the Kosher Nostra fellas all wearing the same outfit sat on top of Little Israel. One of them was our target and we did not know which one. To make perfectly sure we did not break server rules, we asked a member of the staff team, Falcon - an administrator, if we were allowed to snipe them even though we did not know which one it was. He said due to the specific circumstances of them being on the roof and not on the ground, we were permitted to do so. So I did. Then I was pulled to a sit and banned by another administrator. I don't feel that it is my or anyone else's fault if the staff team is not on the same page. The staff who gave you the information was incorrect, as this is specific to event rules and there are still some kinks that are being worked out. I will be accepting this appeal on these basis. Secondly i had no intent to kill anyone at all i was shooting at my friend as a joke which he had no problem with and then all of a sudden the 3 people i killed plus more started firing shots at me.

You say I had no friends in the crowd when the dude in the blue suit aka (jonny doe) was the friend I had in the crowd and you can literally ask him, and it’s pretty obvious I was only shooting him as in the clip you showed it shows me shooting him and nobody else, yes I did kill other people but that was after the fact they shot at me and in the sit you said I gave you an “antagonistic attitude” when I barely said anything cause yall were talking over me and didn’t let me speak. a lot of the head models don't have glasses or hat bones, this is a custom bone position for hats and glasses to merge into, therefore we need to tie it to the head bone. problem with head bone is that not every head has the same shape or size, not even remotely the same height from headbone to top of the head sadly. ONTOP of that, not all hats or glasses use the hat bone or glasses bone. it would be a lot of work to convert these hats and glasses to use different bones. also, generally a lot of hats and glasses are made to fit male 09, since its the most popular male head model.

What server rule or PK rule was violated?: from my understanding the officer recognized me on a diff char and started messing with me after seeing me pull a gun on someone trying to mug me in front of PD. when he started talking he asked for ID, I provided it and it apparently didnt go through as he claimed he didn't have my name, I put my name in chat and he kept asking. I assumed he was just messing with me so I walked away that's when he chased me and started trying to taze me, I kept ignoring and blocking because again I assumed he was fucking with me and we kept going till we got back to where I worked and he tased me, let me go, and then tried again. I saw it as bodily harm and pulled my gun out and started to defend myself to get him to leave me along and was gunned down. I tried to ask him why he did all that and he said it started as him fucking with me than he was actually not getting my ID and then went to actually arrest me and that was where my confusion was. If I knew he was done fucking with me and was actually trying to RP I would have complied. afterwords I was on the character for a couple more hours doing more work, helping with other interactions and just Rping. I went to sleep 4 hours later with no contact from any staff asking about the incident or asking for my point of view. I log back on the next day, 14 hours later and I had just been Pked and was unable to get on the Character. no contact in game or through my discord asking for my point of view or anything. it was my understanding the situation was OOC and he was just messing with me after watching someone try to attack and mug me with a knife in front of PD. If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: none of my clips go far back enough so I have none. Im at the mercy of staff and the officer because It was my confusion that I thought the situation was OOC.

Just put it up to a vote. If the majority votes it stays, then it stays. If they vote against, then we can all come up with an idea for something else. 5 people in a forum doesnt mean there arent more. Im sure many that play pay no attention to the forum. The mansion is near useless. Theres been like maybe four events in it this year to my knowledge. Having more property options for factions or something that creates better RP seems more constructive

Maybe you can participate in some instead of asking for more, more brain-rotten ways to make money happen. Even in the actual black market, counterfeiting is considered one of the dumber and lazier crimes.
