I also wanna assist in stopping the great minge floods and prevent minging/cop baiting in general because its a problem, more so people intently ramming cop cars to get a chase. I'm also addicted to the serious roleplay aspect of things in terms on court RP and Sit-downs and hits and I'd love to help players who intend to roleplay and intend to follow the server rules but might not know or might even be brand new and need some help. (people hate reading) Why should you be considered over other candidates?: * Really depends on the person some candidates might be better then me, however I can provide activity and an addiction to even just watch good roleplay (I'd record it and show my friends tbh) also Good knowledge on the rules and a person who socializes with the roleplay community. I'm popular on my main Ali Abbas Hussein who's known mostly as the chill cop for a long time the only people that ever really disliked me are arrestee's who spent almost an hour cop baiting an complain that they have felony charges berceuse's of their actions, In PD I was seen as incompetent by the IA section which led to a lot of cursing me out on discord which I ignored. The reason was because I fired an officer that was one of their friends for cursing me out their supervisor (it was my first or 2nd day which did look bad), But that's the most controversy I've ever gotten into on this server and it was weeks ago so I doubt they still feel that way in IA. What is your favorite moment on Diverge so far?: Very hard to choose to be honest but its mostly actual court and when the verdict is called but also the events are pretty fun and hostage situations Have any staff members recommended you? How do you handle this?: I'd clip it just in case its needed as evidence for a PK(can't assume RDM) or RDM, Then If a staff ticket appears I'd check if other staff are on and join in on making a ticket to provide supporting evidence if no staff is on I'd try to contact someone IK to get on and if they can't I'll try to take the ticket without any Bias or presumptions. If its clearly just Random I'd make a staff ticket myself and if no staff is online and no ticket is made I'd just leave it alone You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I'd try to record it and gather any other evidence of abuse of power and if its something bad or a harm to role-player's on the server and I have evidence I'd report this to my higher up (most likely bacon?) A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: It does(not for me) as a general rule its not a good idea to take a ticket with someone I know personally. its better to give it off to another staff member if possible but if not possible I'd take it myself and treat it as if its any other ticket and apply the appropriate punishment with the evidence brought fourth to me and I'm confident in myself to be able to do that ---------------------------------------------------------

Anyway, the main issue with this pk is 1 thing. There *might* be some disagreements about the timing of the fear RP and the timing of him pulling a gun; which came first, but frankly he had guns on him and they were obviously there to mug him and he knew that and he took the risk. Maybe there's a discussion to be had about it, but it's irrelevant. The only thing that is an issue here is one of the muggers is a minge character. The only RP he actually partakes in is baiting cops and shooting them. This appeal is accepted.

If this appeal is accepted, I want to say I’m truly sorry to all the people I hurt with my past offenses. I really believe people can change and I’ve changed a lot. I miss roleplaying as a cop that was a lot of fun. I also miss all the friends I made along the way. Mafia RP is a great server in general, and I believe people deserve second chances. Why should you be unbanned? If I am unbanned, I will make a promise to myself to keep my record clean of any warnings or bans. I’ve read the rules very carefully to make sure none will be broken. I was really looking forward to playing on this server during the summer. I was having so much fun before my original ban. I really hope you all can forgive me for the things I’ve done. Hello! Phones are pretty useless once you get out of the stage of doing random street deals, i personally used one again for the first time today after probably over a year and it got me thinking. I have a few ideas that could make phones more usable. 1. A voice mail system. If your phone call doesn't get answered of connected, allow for a short message to be sent. These can be seen by the person your attempting to call when they next log on, giving them your number and your message. 2. Landlines. This ties in with the first idea a little. Allow business to have a landline phone within their property. They will be able to publicly advertise this number to allow for example, reservations of tables as restaurants, placing orders for firearms at gun stores and stock checks at clothing stores. 3. This idea is a little ambitious but a sim system. Allow users to purchase sim cards to get new numbers instead of buying a whole new phone each time. This can be a physical item that can be swapped in and out of phones. This could allow for more in-depth detective role play if a phone was used in the commission of a crime. ( Also, as a little side idea to make phones more realistic, make some sims more expensive to allow more calls, while this may be seen as annoying i think it could make the role play experience a little more fun, E.G, you run out of calls for the day and need to either pay for more or take the risk of attempting to approach either someone you know or someone on the streets. A system that takes the simple scratch off ticket that everyone knows well, and implementing it into the game as a way for players to gamble, and make another source of income in a legal way (or illegal if this goes far). There can be different tickets that have low risk-low reward and high risk-high reward; the rewards being anywhere from a few dollars to in the thousands. Why was this raised to a PK? The rules of the server state that metagaming results in a ban or voiding of the RP situation. He looks to have served the ban so why the PK as well? Maybe I’m missing something in the rules?

I didnt have a huge problem with Rizo till my niggas pked his head enforcer char in a mugging and his boys proceeded to ask me to metagame for them and rat out the homies so I outed them after that he became a prick top level minge couldn’t go a month with out getting banned resorted to having his friends give him a faction whitelist without telling the faction sadly I think he needs more time to learn a lesson from his mistakes like others. I think that with the current state of the server the only Italian Family's to exist are large scale crime organizations with well over hundreds of members (which is fine since we are in the 80s and crime is at a high), but as we move closer to the 90s smaller scale family's/ glorified crews/ small outfits are starting to appear and hold out during crime crackdowns. The way that this application is written and made to sound is that they want to roleplay as the little guys who aren't immediately trying to make claims to anything. I think this kinda rp is lacking in the server since everyone and their mother wants to be Joe Pesci tough guys, I say give these guys a chance to try something else out rather than accept the next absurdly foreign faction cause that's what people think is game changingly different. (Keep in mind every different race faction promised to stand out and i genuinely don't see that happening a whole lot) Just something to think about
