+1 Allholyheaven has a wealth of experience on the server, is commited to gainful RP and overall having a jersey themed crime family is creative and will add flavor to the server. Honestly, everyone says they are sick of Italian factions, yet the only ones around are the ones that have been around from the beginning. The newly made factions always seem to be non italian and it is rare that they stick around. I have lost count at how many black and muslim factions that have been made over the years. And they never seem to last. Not to mention the name is 1980s mafia rp. And it takes place in New York. To new players that have never heard of Mafia RP and is their first time to the server, I guarantee they will be thinking the same thing that I did when I joined. Italian Mafia. That should reinforce the presence of italians in the city. Looking forward to seeing some oldschool RP brought back to the city. In the beginning that was what this server was all about. It has my vote.

+/- Not a bad application but definitely things to consider. PRO - Different ethnicity - Loved the backstory, (could be more but it was an enjoyable read) CON - Low playtime. It seems you have some sort of grasp on what is required to be a faction leader, but i'd still recommend getting some more time under your belt. - Some of the RP ideas you wrote down seem to be quite generic, could do with being padded out a little and given more explanation - The use of words like storyline and ' Now they're in Liberty City' make me wonder if you wrote this for a FiveM server and have copied and pasted it - You make multiple references to cocaine, when in all likelihood if you got accepted, you wouldn't get the cocaine racket.

You barely made it one day without disconnecting in the middle of an RP scenario. An arrest would lead to a maximum of 25 minutes in jail and a felony. Banning admin here, Just to start because this is the line that everyone will read. I was wrong about stalling cars and I fully admit that, it is my fault. My brain was being a little slow and I was under the assumption when you said stalling, you meant "the car's engine turning off after trying to go into 1st" for example. I was unaware that your car was already heavily damaged, in which does cause the car to break down and spur out a little intentionally. While there was no clip given to me during the sit, you offered to show it yet never uploaded it and clicked off it very quickly after I made my decision. You said it was an accident, but when the car stalls out, you can just stop holding down your shift and S key. In the very buggy clip that I've got of the screen recording, you see you come in beside the group, not hitting them, then the car stalls, then you slam it into reverse? Whys that? If a cars stalled, and you're going in a direction (what looked like going towards hardware from little italy), but instead you stopped beside the group and reversed. Yes, it was only one kill, but you still, from my information gathered, intentionally reversed into the crowd of people, still making it mass VDM. Considering you just got off a permaban where the reason was for Mass RDM while racking up a whopping 9 notes and 10 bans. I felt that 3 days was wayyyy more than fair. PKing admin here, The message above mine basically sums it up, when joining a faction you get a prompt saying that you understand all of the risks of joining a faction. You were pked for "breaking family rules, ghosting the family, and failure to pay fees". You accepted the prompt by joining the family, and took the risk then ended up breaking the family rules etc.

With your PO's and the short cut clip, it all could've been solved by simply showing a longer clip, it seems intentionally cut. Even in both of the clips both of you are talking about how you've come back and punched them out before. It was a little unclear at first that punching windows could result in harm to a person, but when its done in a mingy way and consistently to annoy the shop owners, yes absolutely you can be punished for it by being shot/harmed/punched/killed. Banning admin here, You are correct, there is no clip, but that doesn't stop me from being a good investigator! You have a ban from 8-24 for 7 days, that leads us to the 31st of August, you went a whole 3 days without breaking the same rule you got banned for. Based on your PO's and consistency of the notes and bans, thats why I decided on the 3 day ban because there was no solid clip, but as stated above, your general reaction to the entire sit determined it for me. 1. You kept running away from the sit 2. You kept screaming randomly "WHERES THE PROOF" 3. You consistently said "no proof, can't say intention" Because there was no clip, I looked into the positions of where the logs were saying, yes the guy you hit was on the wrong side of the road, but he was parked. You then turn a corner with plenty of time to react, (while on the opposite side of the road, the "correct" side), and drive directly into him. (This is the information I gather from the logs positions) When I gave you a last chance, when I was re-running through the entire situation with very descriptive props, you continued to run away. I physgunned you back, and gave you one last chance for REAL, then when I was explaining it you said "man im freaking out rn" then didn't answer any of my questions and barely responded to anything I said when I clearly directed my talking to you. Also not to mention, I told you that if you hit someone, it ragdolls them, then you need to continue driving over them or get stuck on the ragdoll. You mentioned multiple times "I must've not seen him", but with that loud of a crash or your car literally.... not moving.... there would be no way that you "didnt see him"

I spent so long trying to compile the clips and I just gave up, banning admin here, Your story starts when I begin to noclip around you instead of using the spectate command. (I was watching for almost an hour before! wow!!!) Literally just going to copy paste all of the text I had explained to others if you could reply with each one of the situations and why you think you're not cheating that'd be great. I had ---- shoot him from the roof tops in the leg, he then later said to the cops “why are cops shooting me from the roof”, when there was no indication it was a cop (He said flashbang, but from the spectating POV, I didn't see anything, and neither did his clip) He then goes into the sewers and he’s constantly turning around to see through the walls where the cops are and how close they are, out of render distance he finds a dark corner and sits in it waiting for them to pass right when they're about to catch up to him. Then I get ---- to shoot him in the leg again from a rooftop, and he makes a ticket asking why civis are shooting him in the legs from rooftop (---- was on a civi this time) THEN the final straw No lock picking or anything, ---- was standing outside of the guys ghetto room, and he’s running around and preparing for a gun fight (esping), ---- starts to lock pick and he instantly readies his gun He wasn’t silent aiming in the last one, but he def knew he was there without making any noise He also says the appeal starts when the cop shoots him, and that’s when I started noclipping around him on purpose. oh another super interesting one i forgot to say, when i was spectating him (before i started noclipping around him on purpose), he was bragging how he was the best shooter ever in diverge history and that if any cops tried to arrest him or his friends, he'd win the gunfight, then when they're in a townhouse, not even like 5 seconds after starting another conversation, he goes "oh shit, i think theres cops outside", no sirens on or anything, and a cop is sitting in a bush outside of the window (not visible from garage, where he was standing.... duhhh) In the end, I was not trying to bait your PSilent aim (from the original PK clip), but I was trying to bait out ESP behaviour, in which I saw you follow multiple times. "Randomly" doing a 360 to look around you, or looking in the general direction of where someone is shooting you from, but never directly at the person. You act as a csgo player trying to seem legit, but I can tell you're not by all these little hints and movements you do, the biggest and most obvious case of the ESP was in the sewers, when out of render distance, cops don't even turn the corner yet, and you instantly know to hide in a dark area of the sewers? But the second they DO peak you, you're staring directly at them (still out of render distance btw). Yes, I did read most of the appeal, but it does genuinely start where you talk about being shot from the rooftops, there is a whole one sentence about the townhouse situation when that was almost a quarter of the spectating time.

PET Flag taking admin here (this is basically just an explanation from my side so the appeal is fair and decided properly). I first received a report about some flags blocking the alleyway. So I tracked down who it was, it was you. You were AFK and I tried talking to you and no response, I didn't PM and I agree that was my fault. . I then get another report about the same type of props in the area, but instead they were short poles.... When I figured it was you again, I tped you, and you almost instantly removed the props when I asked "whats up with the props in the alleyway again?". (Almost like you knew it was wrong) During the sit, you had brought up you put up those props because people were 'revving their cars'. This to me, I saw it as you were avoiding the confrontation roleplay by placing props down (PET flag abuse)... You then continued on to say 'other people are doing it', but yet, you didn't create a single report because you said, and I quote, word for word, "because im not a sissy crybaby". More points during the sit, you had said you have never had a note before, yet you had 3, one specifically for Prop abuse on June 13th. Less than 2 weeks ago, when I questioned you on why you simply respawned it, you had said you were placing dupes and just conveniently placed them again, yes I admit it was my fault for not pming you to not do it, but you continued on to say that it was 100% allowed because a Moderator (morty & byte (if im correct)) had said, less than 15 seconds before me pulling you that you were allowed to build there, but not prop block it to cars. I never once pulled rank on you or the moderators, but I had stated that just because one staff member said it 15 seconds before I brought you to the sit, does not mean my entire word is invalid. Ontop of that, what they said (yes I was there), was not even remotely close to "You are allowed to prop block this alley way". Genuinely, you talked yourself into getting your PET flags removed. I gave you time to calm down and have a civil conversation but you continued to yell over me and call me names, I was trying to give you a chance but you continued to lie and disrespect me. I forgot to mention, about the lying, you said you had done /me's for the "roleplay" of the parking poles. You said in real life, multiple people have put parking poles but they would be removed. But for this reply specifically, I already stated why this is and isn't allowed.

Then why even bring up the "beyond the 2 week limit for Don's orders!"?
