+1 Allholyheaven has a wealth of experience on the server, is commited to gainful RP and overall having a jersey themed crime family is creative and will add flavor to the server. Honestly, everyone says they are sick of Italian factions, yet the only ones around are the ones that have been around from the beginning. The newly made factions always seem to be non italian and it is rare that they stick around. I have lost count at how many black and muslim factions that have been made over the years. And they never seem to last. Not to mention the name is 1980s mafia rp. And it takes place in New York. To new players that have never heard of Mafia RP and is their first time to the server, I guarantee they will be thinking the same thing that I did when I joined. Italian Mafia. That should reinforce the presence of italians in the city. Looking forward to seeing some oldschool RP brought back to the city. In the beginning that was what this server was all about. Your last permaban appeal, had written by Canadian-Bacon "This is your second chance, your only second chance, if you get banned during this return face we'll re-extend the ban and forget about you." POs or not, you have had a multitude of chances, yet never seemed to recover the mindset of not intentionally rule breaking. While my ban was not originally a perma ban for you, it was extended based on your previous appeals. You never seem to learn.

PKing admin here, If the note was invalid, then it would've been removed. If it was 'approved item transfer' (literally not a thing), then it should've been appealed through the proper routes. Notes are not warnings, they are simply notes to put on a players record to give future staff members an idea of what type of player they are. Notes do not always consist of rule breaks, but the large majority of them are. Now onto the actual PK, here's a lot of screenshots so stay with me here gang. First image, you admitting 'I just mug people for a living'. A mugging character is defined as, using an alternative character to intentionally avoid losing any sort of items, or mugging without risk, it is also seen as making mugging your sole roleplay experience on said character, if mugging is your main goal of a character, you are not contributing any roleplay to the server, other than to ruin other players time/experiences on the server by constantly putting yourself in no risk, high reward situations. I was mistaken, it was not 6 muggings, but 5 and one of them was double tied for whatever reason. Now now now, stay with me here, this is only the successful muggings where you tied up the person. If we look at your kill logs WITHOUT doing anything under assumption, you made a PK ticket for one of them, so its truly 6 muggings and some spare change. But then I notice you killed two of the people you had kidnapped? Which is against the rules also. But I'm not speculating so I won't hold it against you, but it does add to the story of you being a mugging character. Onto the next, Here are all of your money logs for GIVING money. Yet you were given 4 makarovs from "Tito Dick" I did not punish Tito Dick because it was only 4 makarov's, if it was more severe character abuse/racket abuse, they would've been pked also. But it all boils down to the fact that you never gave Tito any money in exchange for 4 firearms, when you are also not in a faction, nor have any sort of gang affiliation so you cannot call this a "simple favor". Here is another chat log of you admitting that most of your belongings are from mugging. This is a roleplay server, not a PVP server nor a FiveM 100k or die server. This is all to build character lets say. It is not me being bias because I do not have a single clue who any of you are, I'm an "old" player from 2021, but I only played for a couple of weeks then came back a couple months ago. Nothing from these screenshots created any sort of bias or speculation, the reason for your PK was based on pure factual information (logs) which never lie. Your sole intention of creating this character "Tungee Royce" was to mug people, steal their items, until your faction got added to the server, while other players genuinely do play the server consistently and instantly gain more money. There are better ways to build a character, especially if you're creating a faction, that reputation of 'only muggers' will follow you. (There is a very large difference between what you do, and what Leon currently does on the server, because they do still contribute roleplay while their faction does allow mugging people). Like I said earlier in the appeal, you are giving yourself a Low risk, high reward character for "fun". It is not fun when others experiences are ruined by yourself, just because you don't take the server as serious as your victims. Side note, considering I just recently found out you come from 42rp, being called a degenerate is not the worse thing that's come to you. Don't act all high and mighty like you haven't said or meant worse before, yes it was a little unprofessional on my end, but when you are an old player it seems, and so genuinely un-educated on what the server is meant to be/what the rules say and define, sometimes it happens. Edit: I forgot to add, your character was created 10-24 at 02am:01:03, then you instantly resort to mugging people at 10-24 03am:00:32.....

Not banning admin here, but heres some cool numbers. You have 24 days, 6 hours, 16 minutes, and 12 seconds in playtime. You have 67 days and 12 hours in bans. That is x2.78 of playtime compared to ban time. Taking your playtime, divided by 11 notes and 11 bans (22), you could not go more than 1 day, 2 hours, 28 minutes without some sort of note or ban. (Edit: this does not include your most recent permaban)

Before I do my "banning admin here" blurb, do we want to talk about the two alt account attempts during your 1 day ban?

Banning admin here, You were banned for LTAP because the cop arresting you had said that you were doing a spinning tactic to stop the officers from dragging you. Which is why I added NITRP. You have a boat load of PO's and seem to not learn your lesson from the ban times. You were intentionally stopping the officers from doing their job due to a game mechanic. After you had finished doing your little spin technique, you go to the jail cells, and instantly went afk. You did not give the officers any warning that you had to leave, so this whole "Something was going on in my house", I'm calling bullshit. You intentionally went AFK the second you realized you couldn't get out of jail. You have 10 notes, and 5 bans (prior to this one), every one is related to LTAP, RDM, or NITRP. The three things that you continue to break. While yes, you did never disconnect from the server, you intentionally went afk, after trying to use a game bug to get out of the arrest. I felt 3 days was juste as you have many of those notes accumulated very recently.

Your excuse of "it should've killed him" isn't enough. You tried killing a cop, got unlucky by not killing him, and got hit back for it. Yes he might've been unconscious to "not remember" (not true too btw), but when he woke up, he literally saw you pointing a gun at him. Your appeal has been reviewed and denied. We have determined this PK to be reasonable and/or justified. You may not re-appeal this PK.

Despite you acting like a complete dumbass, yes attempting to ziptie someone is considered initiating a mug and I have no idea how someone 'accidently' ties someone, that being said the original clip for pk was submitted without audio, invalidating this anyway. You were on someone's property, who doesn't have the proper paperwork for your little stage. The clip prior is to show context that you were seen harassing the members of the establishment. PET flags are meant to expand on your properties, not to minge by placing it on others properties, and etc... If you get your flags back, what will you do differently if provided the same situation?

You may not act corrupt for a faction you are apart of or are allied with on different characters. Using your rank to abuse or meta for a family you are apart of or are allied with on other characters is strictly forbidden and can result in severe consequences for anyone involved. 6, you were caught helping during a mug and knowingly helping that mug. If you argue "wasn't a mug", thats where the metagaming came in. You were waiting in the stairwell above prior to them saying it was a mugging around the corner If it wasn't a mugging, then why would you instantly assist BabyTron (Takashi), Bobo (Takashi), and Jorge (Leon, we'll continue on this one later!) Bobo, during the sit had said that you only shot to help your friends because someone un-safety a gun, that is not a reason to kill especially when you're uninvolved in the initial situation, only hear shooting around the corner, and instantly assume to shoot the opposing party? 11, As stated above, Jorge, Bucket Hat Barry, was on his Leon character when you were assisting him. The many many unknown moments where you, receiving information in discord, from you turning the corner and helping your friends, to you all already waiting at the mugging location. You as an ex-staff member should know the rules, and not rely on something that can or cannot be proven (Caboose saying it was allowed). I think 1 week is fair considering I didn't add any extra time for the extensive amount of metagaming happening in the two clips.

You simply shot him the second you saw a gun, you could've punched him, or hit him with the bud of your gun, or shot him in the leg, but no. Seeing the facts and even witnessing it myself (game wasn't focused but I did see it happening after, later), you were teleported out of the chair multiple times, there was a large group of players around you telling you what's wrong and how you should stop doing it, yet you continued to do it. Looking at all the facts and the rules, this does not look like false corruption, plain corruption yes maybe, but that is dealt with ICly via IA reports and witnesses etc... Your PO's do make you look guilter than you actually are, so in this case the ban will be reduced to 2 days from now as you've already served 6 days. The reasoning for the reduction and not a complete removal, is that the rules do still state that cop minging is not tolerated, and with your extensive PO's you should know better than to minge, especially on a cop character. Also, your PD blacklist will be reverted and you will have to face the consequences (if any) in character as expected when beating down that person.

“Did not consider the rules”, if we read up on vdm, it says it’s basically based on INTENT, and if they’re in the road or not. Your friend was in the road and got ran over, like I said in the sit it was HIS FAULT for being ran over, therefore you cannot act on it. Apologetic or not, your notes still count as POs, if it was truly a mistake then you wouldn’t have the note in the first place, the reason for a ban and not a note was because how recent it was, you clearly did not learn from that last sit to read up on the rules so that’s why it’s a ban.

PKing admin here. You were told why you were PKed and the entire situation because your link wasn't working. You were pked because you failed an attempt at a mugging, you put someone under fearrp and gave them the command of "hold still jew", that person retaliated and managed to kill you. This is called a classic failed mug. Now if you say you wearn't trying to mug him, you 1. Held a gun to his head. 2. Gave him a direct command and expected him to comply. 3. Had restraints in your inventory and a pistol only. (nothing else basically). If you want leniency on this, you should've read the rules. Including the PK guidelines.
