+1 Allholyheaven has a wealth of experience on the server, is commited to gainful RP and overall having a jersey themed crime family is creative and will add flavor to the server. Honestly, everyone says they are sick of Italian factions, yet the only ones around are the ones that have been around from the beginning. The newly made factions always seem to be non italian and it is rare that they stick around. I have lost count at how many black and muslim factions that have been made over the years. And they never seem to last. Not to mention the name is 1980s mafia rp. And it takes place in New York. To new players that have never heard of Mafia RP and is their first time to the server, I guarantee they will be thinking the same thing that I did when I joined. Italian Mafia. That should reinforce the presence of italians in the city. Looking forward to seeing some oldschool RP brought back to the city. In the beginning that was what this server was all about. It has my vote.

Different cultural aesthetic, paired with a different moral compass via culture, will contrast/pair well in it's own way. I wanted to see if this faction application will get accepted first before we commit time to making the dupes and whatnot. Organization Backstory (Min. of 250+ Words & any images): The Velentzas Crime Family, having originated in Greece and operated out of Greece since the early 50's and 60's, sought to create a sister sect of their business in the United States in the 70's, 80's, and 90's. They wanted to do this, to follow their mediterrianian counter parts such as the sicilians, and italians did, as the Greeks also had a significant hand in their successes in their respective old countries. They heard of their successes in the new country and it sparked a new wave of ideas for the Velentzas Crime Family. With increased attention from greek law enforcement, and greek government agencies alike, they sought a new beginning and possibly a permenant solution to their problems back in the old country. Before they made this very risky move, the Greek Don's and other executives of the greek crime families, came to the unanimous descision to send someone they knew could be trusted with the task of creating a landing pad in preparation for the migration of their criminal enterprises, and being closer to their allies, who had money, power, and easy business. That someone happened to be a respected and trusted cousin of the Velentzas Don, Apollo. His role in the family before this consideration, was merely organizing crews and being a friendly face/peacekeeper with the other organized crime families located back in the old country. His ability to read people, his perception, his bravery, and his diplomatic approaches to hairy situations, has proven to others that if there is anyone fit to get a feel for the massive hostile and bustling city of New York, it was him. He accepted this challenge as he understood that it meant the future for his way of life, and his families way of life with no hesitation. Organizing a crew, he slowly sent people to the United States to start getting settled in, as well as to get a feel for what the crime environment was like compared to back home. +1 Although an interesting history (relating to coups), he is an all around good role-player and probably up there with the best we've seen on the server.

+/- Not a bad application but definitely things to consider. PRO - Different ethnicity - Loved the backstory, (could be more but it was an enjoyable read) CON - Low playtime. It seems you have some sort of grasp on what is required to be a faction leader, but i'd still recommend getting some more time under your belt. - Some of the RP ideas you wrote down seem to be quite generic, could do with being padded out a little and given more explanation - The use of words like storyline and ' Now they're in Liberty City' make me wonder if you wrote this for a FiveM server and have copied and pasted it - You make multiple references to cocaine, when in all likelihood if you got accepted, you wouldn't get the cocaine racket.

+/- PRO - Different nationality - Some interesting RP ideas [needs more padding, see below] - Decent play time. CON - Backstory is extremely lackluster. You rely too much on 'we're doing this because the italians did it'. Doesn't make sense to me that Greek nationals would go 'oh lets set up in the US because the Italians did it and are making a lot of money'. I want to hear about the beginnings of the family, how did they come to be, what are their names and a REAL reason to go to the US. Your backstory didn't make me want to read more. - Your RP ideas, whilst quite interesting aren't padded enough IMO. You talk about doing a sort of 'olympics' style event, but then in the next line you say 'Oh but we can't be bothered to make the dupe until we get approved'... adding images and putting the time in can only help an application. - You need to think more about how you're going to stand out as a faction, nothing in your app tells me how your faction is going to be different than any other faction that gets in. Tell me how you're different. - Walls of text. I know using a google doc isn't necessary but it really helps the reader to engage with the story. A huge block of text isn't very nice to look at. Use of images can help too.

PKing admin here, The message above mine basically sums it up, when joining a faction you get a prompt saying that you understand all of the risks of joining a faction. You were pked for "breaking family rules, ghosting the family, and failure to pay fees". You accepted the prompt by joining the family, and took the risk then ended up breaking the family rules etc.

.... the "alting" ban is automated, and based on your system, so if you're using the same system, you get banned. you're literally on a forum account, that is using one of your alt accounts steam profile.....

Banning admin here, Joshua Withers made a ticket about your body blocking a door, you exclaimed that only the gods could move you and that your roleplay was being broken. I moved you from the door multiple times and told you in a voice when it was only you in the room that if you continued to do that you'd be warned/noted. You continued to do it and I stayed for a couple of minutes because something seemed off. I then see that you're being extremely uncooperative with the police officers with consistent insults, and not just regular "you're stupid" insults apart of roleplay, but insults that would take up 99% of your sentence. You said you were trying to talk through the walls and when I told you that they're soundproof, you said "Hold on, let me speak out of character" then continued to barrade me with insults exclaiming that the server was broken and it was my fault that the cells were soundproof because of a shitty "bug". I had myself and another staff member, explain to you multiple times its on purpose. The officer had already given you options of a lawyer, court, or plea deal. After 30 minutes of no roleplay interaction, you are set free. You then spammed and made multiple tickets regarding "no one responding" once again. I then told you, again, that when a lawyer is in play, it is not the police's duty to set you free as they cannot control if someone wants to represent you or not. A lawyer shows up, then leaves after talking with you for 30 seconds. You were given multiple chances to cooperate and be respectful, and I left out the list of insults you called me because I understand you're frustrated. However, I came to you with a level head until I gagged you multiple times, yet you continued to hound me with insulting comments. TLDR: Multiple chances given, refused to roleplay with police, lawyers, and anyone who talked to you, the only time you responded to questions was to barrage everyone in the room with insults, you were intolerable to players and staff members, you were auto-plead guilty because of this and told the reason behind it, yet still, instead of attempting to dispute it, just screamed and kicked like a small child having a temper tantrum, you needed some time to cool down and that's what the 3 days will do.

Looking at your PO's I'm suprised the ban wasn't longer to be honest. The time between the end of your first ban and the start of the second ban is 1 hour, 44 minutes, 28 seconds. Based on your excuse of "im speeding and its unintentional", that doesnt fly. You need to bear the consequences for your actions and thats what happened. After seeing one clip I thought "oh ya know, it can happen sometimes", but there are 4 clips of 4 different instances. 3 out of the 4 clips are you ramming the same person, then the 4th clip is you not even swerving, but driving straight at the crowd and hitting them.
