I will first start by acknowledging my wrongs, I was not aware of the "item transfer" I committed, I dropped my friend Hayvo a gun and vice versa. Although I heard canadian said it was item transfer so I will not fight against that. Althoughhhhh, cop baiting & metagame are some crazy accusations, I was frozen for what seemed to be no reason in China-town and waiting for my friend Hayvo to get back from whatever he was doing, the cops rolled up on US, I did not go looking for trouble at all and then the cops start to chase us. I even told my buddy "Nah don't even shoot em, bro just fuckin run" They continued to chase us and that's when Hayvo initiated the shootout with the police. Even DURING the shootout I specifically said "Bro this shits ass what the fuck, I wasn't even tryna get in a shootout with them bro". I was speaking in game the whole time to my friend as well, there was no metagaming going on. I know I have a crazy amount of PO's, I know I don't have the best reputation with my record. The situation stems from you item transferring. What happened was a cause from your first rule break. Though it's not inherently a rule break to shoot at PD for having an illegal firearm, your attitude and your RP style shows what your guy's intentions are. You make a white shirt character and then get a automatic firearm to do what?

Your friend kinda screwed you over when he was giving me a command stating "Stand Still for me" and tried to tie me up while you were pointing your gun at me. Also in your other friend's clip ( the one you linked) and my clip you can see everything in your faction pointing guns at me locking me and my friend in your establishment AND BEFORE YOU SAY THATS NOT TRUE AND GIVE ME FALSE FORUMS REACTIONS LIKE BIG BABIES YOU stated in my clip to "keep that door locked" at 12 seconds in the clip. You and your buddies kept the door locked trapping me and my friend inside I then take my gun out and put it on safety right after I pulled it out looking at a wall. In the mugging rules you can read how to initiate a mugging which I will post at the bottom of my reply. I would also like to state in every clip you can see everyone wearing a mask at the bottom of the imitating a mugging holding someone at gunpoint while wearing a mask is a valid indication to the victim. When your buddy first mugged me Here He didn't have a mask on at first died and Radio in (I'm pretty sure he confirmed it in the sit but I could be mistaken) leading you and 3 other people that isn't the guy that tied me up both times to come to the coffee shop where me and my friend were locked in. Your friend allowed us in and walked us into the basement and one of your buddies came in from the basement side and we followed him into the main room where the second mugging took place. I believe this would be consider a mugging because of the fact that Messi (the guy who tried to tie me up) came back to the same place he died within like 5 minutes give or take with a mask on and a gun on him and then tried to tie me up again for the second time with his buddies around him. You were pretty much caught up being at the wrong place at the wrong time due to him radioing in AFTER he died however You and 3 other people are pointing guns at me and my friend you can see it in the clip you posted and in my clip however the clip of your pov which you deleted but the admin who took the ticket recorded you couldn't really tell who pointing a gun at who. If your friend didn't tried to tie me up you prob wouldn't have been PKed and I do believe he was trying to mug me because there was no other reason to tie me up me and my buddy were trying to leave after he tried to tie me up the first time it was you who said keep that door locked. My gun was put on safety the moment I took it out however you and your buddies took their guns out and took it off safety apart from one. In RP it could be said you were defending your friend in a mugging even if you didn't know he was going to tie me up Messi screwed you over by telling me to stand still and then tying me up when I was under gun point and you were putting me under gunpoint. My POV There are several ways you may initiate a mugging, the following actions can be considered initiation of a mugging: - Attempting to Zip tie someone [Does not apply if you BAIT people into tying you by saying they may or by stealing their items, therefore forcing them to tie you to retrieve them.] - Holding someone at gunpoint with the intention of mugging them - Holding someone at gunpoint to pull them to a secluded location for a mugging - Holding someone at gunpoint and ordering them to drop cash / items - Holding someone at gunpoint or cornering them while wearing a mask which obscures your identity may also be a valid indication to the victim that you intend to mug them If a mugging violates these rules it is deemed a 'fail mug' and the victim is not subject to a PK if killed. Should the mugger be killed during a fail mug they perpetrated the handling Administrator may choose to still PK them as a result.

Hey i’m the guy they think you gave the kutte to. Just to explain a couple things when it comes to internal faction PKs an administrator should know. You don’t need “proof” to kill someone for something they suspect you of doing. They have the right to kill you as you joined the faction just like in the real mafia/criminal organization sometimes people make bad calls which leads to an innocent guy dying. Just because you didn’t actually do what the faction suspected you of doing doesn’t invalidate the PK that just happens in organized criminal roleplay. To clarify some points; 1. Just because the reason they killed you was incorrect doesn’t invalidate the PK 2. When you join the faction you run the risk of dying if the faction believes you broke one of their rules true or not as long as they have reasonable suspicion they can kill you Finally, sorry you got accused of giving me your kutte dying sucks but it’s apart of the game. — Mards

Hi. I am the original administrator who was going to oversee the PK. You mugged a guy without wearing a mask/bandanna to conceal your identity, which allowed the person who was mugged to identify you. You never changed your description or attempted to mask your voice. After Eggsy and his friend in Corsicans did some searching, they were able to find and identify you. They then made a ticket and showed me how they could identify you, and I had set you PK active to them. They followed you for a bit until you disconnected outside the Trattoria. I then told Eggsy I'll give it a little bit of time to see if you would reconnect, and if you didn't reconnect he'd have to remake the ticket to have you set active again. That is everything on my end. I believe @Bullets might have more to contribute as he oversaw the PK later in the night.

Also I must mention they were pretty consistent with their De Leon (RIP) chars, participating in crew deals, hits, events, & even hiring (believe it or not). One of the main reasons you got banned, yet in one of your only chances of being unbanned, you directly admit to continuing what got you in this place.... I'm not staff anymore, but I do remember investigating your mugging chars, they weren't mugging chars, because you mugged on every single char, and constantly item transferred. While it wasn't an item transfer 1:1 as the rules define, you abused your characters and consistently rewarded your other characters with your mugs. This completely takes out the risk factor of losing your character, hence you're giving yourself just the reward part left. All this to say, in your appeal, you directly say you'll continue doing what you were banned for. I'm not staff nor does this message even mean anything, but I do genuinely do not believe you fit anywhere into the server and cannot find your ground.

The fact that you don't understand why you got banned for doing something you didn't get punished for in the past, shows that you don't care about the rules. After so many notes and bans, you should have read up on the rules. Now you want to all of the sudden take a test to show that you know the rules, yet you didn't know what item transferring was? You already have a global rule unban claiming you are going to be a great person and RP good. Not break rules and such. You can't properly admit you messed up and tried to transfer.

I understand how it might have looked—I was mostly focused on making money and mugging rather than fully engaging in roleplay or building connections in the city. That said, I genuinely enjoyed my time on the server beyond just that. A few days before my ban, I had started branching out by creating a cop character, which I was excited to develop. I won’t lie—I still enjoy the thrill of mugging. It’s a high-risk, high-reward part of the game that makes things exciting for me. I intend to continue to mug but not make it my main objective. However, I recognize that my actions and attitude after the ban were out of line and inappropriate. Calling everyone a bitch in frustration was immature, and for that, I sincerely apologize. I feel like I’ve had enough time to reflect, and I believe I’ve changed. If you’re willing to give me another shot, I’d love the chance to prove it to you all. With that said, let me explain to you why I was banned. As stated, I was prioritizing mugging as a source of income, going within all guidelines, and not stepping outside of the mugging rules. I was known as a “Mass Mugger” even though I knew every rule when it came to mugging by the time I was banned. My reputation as a mugger was not a good look for people affiliated with me. I would also like to clear Jdot's name for being accused of item transfer. It was stated after the ban that we would trade the items from bank to bank, bringing them to our main character. This was falsified. Jdot would mug strictly on his main character, and there is extensive evidence to prove this. I'm sure you can find it somewhere in the logs if you choose to look. Now I do wish you would take at least the slightest consideration into this appeal and make a decision unbiasedly.
